        연구보문 : 러시아 극동지역 사과시장에 대한 한국사과 수출가능성에 대한 연구

        본 논문은 러시아 극동지역 사과시장의 특성을 평가해서 한국사과의 러시아 수출가능성을 평가하였다. 러시아 극동지역 사과시장의 가장 중요한 특성은 사과가격과 품질에 따라 저가시장, 중가시장 그리고 프리미엄시장의 3개 시장으로 세분화되어 있다는 점이다. 한국사과시장이 대과 위주로 형성되어 있는 점을 고려해 볼 때, 일본산 대과가 주종을 이루는 프리미엄시장이 결국 한국사과의 타겟이 되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 러시아시장의 특성상 한국사과가 러시아시장에서 성공하기 위해서는 한국사과에 대한 러시아 소비자의 인지도를 높이고 신뢰를 쌓을 수 있는 홍보 캠페인을 통한 이미지 구축이 전제되어야 한다. This study attempts to evaluate characteristics of apple markets in far eastern region of Russia and possibilities of exporting Korean apples to Russia. The major feature of apple markets in Russian far eastern region is market segmentation in products` qualities and prices-low price, midium price and premium markets. Considering that Korean apples are large in general, the premium market, which are dominated be large Japanese apples, should be the target. In order that Korean apples become successful in Russian market, the most important thing is building a good reputation and acquiring a credit from consumer in Russia through a publicity campaign.

        한우산업의 가치사슬 및 경제파급효과

        This study attempts to analyze value chain structures of native Korean cattle industry, beef processing industry and beef marketing industry to evaluate their competitiveness and derive their strong and weak points. Moreover, forward and backward linkage effects of native Korean cattle industry is also analyzed to define its relationship with other industries. The results from the value chain analysis show that feed costs occupy of almost 3/4 of intermediate input costs of native Korean cattle industry and that beef processing industry is not profitable itself so that it needs to be integrated with other industry such as beef marketing industry. They also show that beef marketing industry is the most profitable one and produce the biggest direct employment induced effects among three of them.

        국내 발효생햄시장의 경제적 가치 평가

        This study aims to evaluate economic values for domestic production of fermented raw ham, which is considered as one of solutions to stagnant meat processing industry. The analysis has been done in three ways. First, the CVM analysis gives that the consumers` willingness to pay for fermented raw ham is 12,599 won/kg. Second, economic and business values of fermented raw ham is estimated for the period of 2011-2030 under four scenarios, distinguished by growth rates of industry. The total net present value of revenue 48,683 million won, 97,412 million won, 78,772 million won and 157,620 million won, respectively by scenarios. The total net present value of surplus cash flow 589 million won, 1,179 million won, 915 million won, 1,840 million won, respectively by scenarios. Last, economic induction effects of fermented raw ham production are turned out to be 1.8 billion won and 15 persons.

        동충하초 용매 농도별 추출물의 항산화 및 항염활성에 대한 연구

        This study investigated antioxidant and anti-inflammatory in order to confirm the possibility of functional materials that can improve skin diseases using Cordyceps militaris extracts. As a result of measuring the total polyphenol content in the solvent extract of Cordyceps sinensis extracted while decreasing the ethanol content, the content was high in 100% water, 30% ethanol, and 50% ethanol extract. As a result of measuring DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging activities, it was confirmed that 100% water, 30% ethanol, and 50% ethanol extracts had superior antioxidant activity compared to other solvent extracts. In particular, in the case of 50% ethanol extract, it was confirmed that the antioxidant ability was excellent even at a low concentration compared to other extracts. As a result of confirming the efficacy of reducing skin inflammation against 50% ethanol extract using the HaCaT cell line, it was confirmed that the protein level of the CCL17 and CCL22 cytokine increased by TNF-αTNF-α/IFN-γ decreased by 77.8-81.5% and 61.9-67.4%, respectively. In conclusion, the 50% ethanol extract of Cordyceps militaris is likely to be used as a functional material related to skin diseases in the future.

        원전용 비상디젤발전기 국외 손상사례 분석에 관한 연구

        The emergency diesel generator (EDG) in a nuclear power plant (NPP) shall start within 10 secondss and supply electrical power to engineered safety features within one minute and less if a loss of offsite power (LOOP), A design-basis event, or their combination occur. Each NPP has an EDG set consisting of two diesel generators for redundancy. In addition to the EDG set, an alternate Alternating Current Diesel Generator (AAC DG) is installed and shared by several units to cope with a station black out (SBO), i.e., loss of the offsite power concurrent with reactor trip and unavailability of the EDG set. The objective of this study is to analyze the failure data of emergency diesel generators reported in overseas nuclear power plants.

      • 아리랑위성 2호 영상촬영계획 궤도예측 정밀도 분석

        본 논문에서는 아리랑위성 2호의 영상촬영 계획 절차를 살펴보고, 각 단계에서 발생할 수 있는 궤도예측 오차를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 영상촬영 계획을 수립하는 PSS와 명령계획을 작성하는 MAPS에서 각각 계산된 자세정보를 상호 비교하여 궤도예측 오차의 원인을 규명하였다. 또한, 아리랑위성 2호의 실제 영상자료를 이용하여 촬영된 영상의 중심점과 미리 계획된 목표지점 사이의 이탈거리인 촬영 지향오차를 계산하였다. 영상촬영 계획은 실제 촬영일보다 이전에 수행되어 궤도예측 오차를 어느 정도 포함하게 되므로, 영상촬영 계획 시 일정한 Margin을 적용해야 할 것으로 판단된다. In order to acquire the images requested by users, it is very important to calculate mission schedule parameters such as imaging execution time and attitude tilt angle accurately. These parameters are based on orbit prediction. This paper describes the accuracy of orbit propagation for image planning. The orbit prediction data from PSS and MAPS has a certain discrepancy due to different orbit propagator. It is necessary for mission planner to confirm this value during mission planning phase. The pointing error which means the difference between target center and real linage received is calculated and analyzed using KOMPSAT-2 linage data.

      • 통합지향형 임무운용시스템 분석 및 설계

        본 논문에서는 단일 임무운용 개념에서 벗어나 향후 다수의 위성들을 동시에 직접 제어하거나, 임무가 상이하더라도 주요 핵심시스템을 근간으로 각 위성마다 소요되는 임무운용 시스템을 개발함에 있어 개발기간을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있는 차세대 통합형 임무운용시스템 개발을 위한 분석 및 설계결과를 기술하였다. 이를 위해 우주개발선진국들의 통합지향형 임무운용시스템 개발 추세 및 개발 동향을 살펴보고, 각 시스템들의 주요 기능을 수행하는 공통 핵심시스템의 구조도 분석하였으며 설계 결과를 제시하였다. This paper represents the analysis and design of the generic mission operations system for next generation satellite mission. In the past, mission operations systems were developed by their own mission requirements respectively. However, these systems have the similar architecture and common functions. Mission operations systems, in general, consist of mission independent module and mission specific module. In this paper, the generic framework for the mission scheduling and automation are introduced and analyzed. Using these generic frameworks, the risk and cost for operations system development can be reduced significantly. And, these frameworks might be used for the core technology in the development of mission operations system in the future.

      • 농촌마을종합개발사업의 중간결과 평가지표 설정

        This study attempts to develop indices in order to make an objective and effective evaluation of achievements in the first stage of operation of the Rural Village Development Project(RVDP) (the first 3 years of its operation). The results are as follows 1. Evaluation purposes are expansion of income-generating bases, improvement of living environments, strengthening of village's competence and establishment of an effective project's management system. 2. Evaluation items for the first three evaluation purposes, which are income-generating bases, improvement of living environments and strengthening of village's competence, are record of performance and substantiality in project's operation, results from operation, and capability in managing the project. Those for establishment of an effective project's management system are participation of habitants and the projects's management system. 3. As this study aims to develop the indices which can evaluate the state of operation in the interim of the project's operation and outcomes generated by then, the evaluation indices are selected by considering those criterions of representativeness, accessibility, usefulness and reliability. 4. As the indices developed in this study efficiency evaluate the process of project's operation and thus evaluate basically the project's operation on the basis of its efficiency. But, considering the purposes of the RVDP, it is included for the overall project's management system and plans for managing activities of the project to be evaluated on the basis of effectiveness.

      • 급성농흉의 치료에 대한 Taurolidine(Taurolin^(R))의 임상적 효과에 관한 연구

        The treatment of acute empyema is still subjected to a considerable high level of morbidity and mortality despite of the progression in antibiotic therapy, because of antibiotics-resistant organism and the release of bacterial toxin. Taurolidine, a new chemotherapeutic agent, was reported to kill bacteria without inducing any bacterial resistance and to inactivate the bacterial endotoxins. So, a clinical trial was performed to determine efficacy and safety of taurolidine in 20 patients with acute empyema of disease origin. The successful result of 85% was achieved in taurolidine-treated group as compared with 15% in control group. Adverse reactions were never observed in those patients.
