        국제 영화선택속성이 축제 이미지, 관여도, 만족도에 미치는 영향: 전주국제영화제 중심으로

        This study collected 209 copies of Jeonju International Film Festival in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, Korea. In the empirical analysis of data on the influence of the selection attributes of the International Film Festival on the festival image, involvement and satisfaction, frequency analysis, validity, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the social science statistical program SPSS 20.0. First, Jeonju's international movie selection attribute was analyzed to have a significant influence on convenience and kindness in the festival image (emotional), but not attractive. The Jeonju international film selection attribute was analyzed to have a significant influence on the festival image (cognitive). Second, Jeonju international movie selection attribute was found to have a significant influence on kindness and convenience. Third, it was analyzed that Jeonju international movie selection attribute was significant for satisfaction.         유학생 라이프스타일이 관광지선택속성과 행동의도, 만족도에 미치는 영향

        In this study, the following study was conducted to find out the effect of international student's lifestyle on tourist destination selection attributes, behavioral intentions, and satisfaction. First, factors of lifestyle were analyzed to understand the degree of influence of international student lifestyle on tourist destination selection attributes. And the results of regression analysis are as follows. The factors of international student lifestyle rational planning and family-centeredness were found to have a significant influence on attractiveness. It seems that it is necessary to develop and provide mission tours, educational tours, and experiential tours in tourist destinations that can increase the self-esteem of international students by breaking away from conventional scenic tours in tourist destinations. Second, in order to understand the degree of influence of international student lifestyle on behavioral intention, a regression analysis was conducted by analyzing each item of lifestyle. For this, it is necessary to develop a program through interactive opinions through the formation of a community with international students, and it is necessary to devise a system for recommending tourist destinations and operate a system of points or benefits for recommenders. 본 연구는 유학생의 라이프스타일이 관광지선택속성, 행동의도, 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 다음과 같이 연구를 하게 되었다. 첫째, 유학생 라이프스타일이 관광지선택속성에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하기 위해 라이프스타일의 각 항목들을 요인 분석하였다. 그리고 회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 유학생 라이프스타일의 요인 합리적계획성, 가족중심성의 요인은 매력성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기존의 관광여행 상품의 관광지 현지에서 일반적인 경관 관광을 하는 것에서 탈피하여 유학생들의 자존감을 높일 수 있는 관광지에서의 미션투어, 교육투어, 체험투어를 개발해서 제공해야 할 것으로 보인다. 둘째, 유학생 라이프스타일이 행동의도에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하기 위해 라이프스타일의 각 항목들을 요인 분석하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 유학생 라이프스타일의 요인 감각추구형, 가족중심형의 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 안전함을 높이기 위해서는 지자체, 지역 단체와 연계한 사고 시 대체 상황을 보여 줄 수 있는 가이드라인 정보 제공과 지역주민들과 함께 참여하여 지역의 문화·역사를 배우며 체험하는 지역 프로그램을 개발해야 할 것으로 보인다. 셋째, 유학생 라이프스타일이 만족도에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하기 위해 라이프스타일의 각 항목들을 요인 분석하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 유학생 라이프스타일의 요인 합리적계획성, 감각추구형, 가족중심형의 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지자체에서는 관광지 홍보 시 관광 휴양과 함께 개인의 개발을 할 수 있는 프로그램을 홍보하고, 관광지관련 단체에서는 편안함을 줄 수 있는 프로그램을 홍보를 공동 홍보라인을 구축해서 진행해야 할 것으로 보인다. 넷째, 관광지선택속성이 행동의도에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하기 위해 관광지선택속성의 각 항목들을 요인 분석하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 관광지선택속성의 요인 매력성과 접근성의 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대다수 유학생들은 개인 차량이 없기 때문에 관광을 많이 하는 주말에는 접근성이 뛰어난 곳에서 셔틀버스와 같은 임시 대중교통을 운행해야 할 것으로 보인다. 다섯째, 관광지선택속성이 만족도에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하기 위해 관광지선택속성의 각 항목들을 요인 분석하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 관광지선택속성의 요인 매력성과 접근성의 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유학생들의 온라인 커뮤니티, SNS를 통한 관광지 정보를 홍보해야 할 것이고, 더 나아가 유학생의 본국에까지 홍보를 하기 위해 다양한 언어로 구성한 홍보를 해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 행동의도가 만족도에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하기 위해 행동의도의 각 항목들을 요인 분석하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 행동의도와 만족도는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 애호도는 주관적인 심리요인으로 유학생 관련 다채로운 행사를 계획, 진행하면서, 관광지에 대한 애호도는 높아질 것으로 보인다. 이것을 위해서는 유학생과의 커뮤니티 형성으로 쌍방향 의견을 통한 프로그램 개발이 필요하고, 관광지 추천 제도를 구상하여 추천자를 위한 포인트, 또는 해택 제도를 운영해야 할 것으로 보인다.

        축제 정체성이 축제의 지속 가능성과 만족도, 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 군산시간여행축제 중심으로

        In this study, the main identity of festivals for visitors to Gunsan time travel festivals is to examine the sustainability of local festivals and to study the satisfaction of tourists to contribute to the increase of tourist attraction. The Gunsan Time Travel Festival was held for the first time since 2013 based on modern history. Starting from the existing festival contents, we started by reflecting unique materials based on the cultural identity of the region. Gunsan Time Travel Festival is 235, except for 5 questionnaires that collected 240 copies of tourists who participated in the festival during the three days from October 10 to 06, 2019. In the empirical analysis of data, frequency analysis, validity, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the social science statistical program SPSS 20.0. First, festival identity was analyzed to have a significant influence on festival sustainability (social). Second, festival identity was found to have a significant influence on satisfaction. Third, festival identity was analyzed to be partially significant in behavioral intention. Fourth, festival sustainability was all significant for satisfaction.         대학교의 교육서비스품질이 유학생의 자아존중감, 전공만족, 충성도에 미치는 영향

        The current education market has rapidly reduced the number of students admitted to high school from high school due to various problems in Korea. Due to the influx of foreign education market, the supply and demand of education has not been able to balance supply and demand, and this has changed from a supply-oriented market to a market centered on demand. Self-esteem and major satisfaction can be major variables affecting the loyalty of major students. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and improve key variables that can be developed and changed to improve the quality of education service, self-esteem, major satisfaction, and loyalty of international students. For the demonstration of this study, international students attending three schools in Jeollabuk-do (Jeonju University, Wondae University, Woosuk University), which are judged to have similar school size, external evaluation level, and admissions procedure for new students It was selected as a study subject. From March 15 to April 30, 2020, a questionnaire was conducted using the convenience sampling method through the international student community due to Corona 19, and a total of 230 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, excluding 20 copies that could not be used as analytical data. 210 parts were used as data for analysis of the results. The results of this study are as follows. First, in order to understand the degree of influence of educational service quality on the self-esteem of international students, factors of education service quality were analyzed and regression analysis was conducted. As a result, all factors of educational service quality were responsive, confident, reliable, and empathetic. It was found that there was no significant effect on self-esteem. Second, in order to understand the degree of impact of educational service quality on major satisfaction, a factor analysis of each item of educational service quality was conducted to perform regression analysis.         향토음식의 스토리텔링이 지각된 가치, 만족도, 행동의도에 미치는 영향 : 전주시 거주 유학생을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Jeonju local food storytelling, perceived value, satisfaction, and behavioral intention for international students at private universities in Jeollabuk-do. The result is as follows. First, in the storytelling of local food, it was identified that all factors of uniqueness, interest, culturality, and historicality had a significant influence on perceived value. Second, as for the influence of storytelling of local food on satisfaction, it was found that all factors of uniqueness, culturality, interest, and history showed significant influences. Third, it was found that the influence of storytelling of local food on behavioral intention also showed a significant effect. Finally, it was found that both perceived value and satisfaction had a significant effect on behavioral intention. As a result of this, it seems necessary to develop a high-level storytelling based on the culture and history of the region in order to revitalize local tourism and local food in relation to storytelling of local local food. And it seems that it is necessary to provide various events and programs that can captivate tourists.         유학생의 한국어 학습동기가 자기효능감, 전공만족, 대학생활에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 외국인 유학생들의 한국어 교육이 대학생활이 어떻게 변화하는지를 검토하였다. 연구를 위하여 외국인 학습동기 선행연구를 중심으로 파악하였다. 한국어 학습 동기가 자기효능감과 전공만족, 대학생활에 미치는 관계를 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 연구의 성과와 한계점을 파악함으로써 앞으로 유학생들이 대학생활에 도움을 주기 위함이다. 그리고 한국정부와 대학교에서 유학생을 위한 대책을 마련하는 데에 시사점을 두고 있다. 설문조사는 전라북도 내 사립대학 유학생 대상으로 구글 설문지를 활용하여 설문지를 수집하였다. 설문기간은 2021년 4월부터 5월까지 실시되었다. 첫째, 한국어 학습동기가 자기효능감에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하기 위해 한국어 학습동기 구성요인인 동기요인, 학습자요인, 학습요인의 각 항목들을 요인 분석하여 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 ‘동기요인’, ‘학습요인’ 요인이 자기효능감(자기조절효능감)에 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 그리고 ‘학습자요인’ 요인이 자기효능감(자신감)에 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국어 학습동기가 전공만족에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하기 위해 한국어 학습동기 구성요인인 동기요인, 학습자요인, 학습요인의 각 항목들을 요인 분석하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 ‘동기요인’, ‘학습요인’ 요인이 전공만족에 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국어 학습동기가 대학생활에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하기 위해 한국어 학습동기 구성요인인 동기요인, 학습자요인, 학습요인의 각 항목들을 요인 분석하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 ‘동기요인’만이 대학생활(학업적응)에 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기효능감이 대학생활에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하기 위해 자기효능감 구성요인인 자기조절효능감, 자신감의 각 항목들을 요인 분석하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 ‘자기조절효능감’만이 대학생활(학업적응)에 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 다섯째, 전공만족이 대학생활에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하기 위해 전공만족 단일요인의 각 항목들을 요인 분석하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 ‘전공만족’의 요인은 대학생활(학업적응)과 대학생활(대학생활적응)에 모두 유의한 결과로 나타났다.         The Effect of the study is investigate of festivalservicescape on festival image, emotional response, and behavioral intention for tourists participating in Jinan Ginseng Festival in 2018 Jinangun, Jeollabukdo. The Jinan red ginseng festival starts in 2013 and runs for 6 times until 2018. It is a festival held under the theme of ginseng, a special product of Jinan. The image of the festival theme is stronger than any festival.         커플에 따른 축제 참가자 의사결정이 선택속성 만족도 연구: IPA 연구 중심으로

        In the modern age, women 's status increases, women' s participation in the economy and women 's role in the family are taking place. The role of family members and changes in mutual influence are changing as a very important influential variable in family tourism decision making. The roles of men and women, which are heightened by changes in the times, are changing rapidly in consumer life. In general, males showed more positive and positive attitudes than females, and couple was identified as a major social factor in the digital divide, and the perception, acceptance, and utilization of technology would be different depending on couple. Social change, social system, culture, lifestyle, and so on are changing and affecting society as a whole. In addition, companies are trying to attract the customers by attracting customers in various ways in order to take priority in the competition, but there is no research for women in the festival yet. In this study, the festival selection attributes according to couples were studied on the 'Soonman Reed Festival,' which is running a festival program for couples in Korea to study the satisfaction of participants. The Suncheonman Reed Festival was organized in a variety of programs for couples and families as a whole. The theme of the 19th Suncheon Bay Reed Festival was 'The Sky, Wind and Reed'.         축제 참가자 참여동기, 매력성, 관여도, 만족도 연구 : 한ㆍ일 야간축제를 중심으로

        Although the development of local festivals has led to many scholarly studies on festivals but there are few studies on night festivals. The purpose of this study is to suggest the implications of improving the quality of Korean festival by participation on motivation, attractiveness and involvement of festival, focusing on Korea and Japan night festival. For the empirical analysis of the survey, the spatial range was limited to the venue where "Gamaek Festival" was held Jeonju in Korea and "Yosakoi Festival" was held Kochi in Japan. The time range was from Aug. 10 to 12, 2017, when the "Gamaek Festival" was held, and "Yosakoi Festival" was held from August 11 to 13, 2017. During this period, 105 copies were distributed for each festivals to visitors. The content scope is composed of 5 chapters. First, Participants in Korea and Japan will have different motives for participation. Second, the attractiveness of Korean and Japanese festival participants will be different. Third, the involvement of participants in Korea and Japan festival will be different. Fourth, the satisfaction level of participants in Korea and Japan festival will be different. The result of Analysis is First, motivation for participation was significant in significance and deviation. Second, only the convenience was significant in the analysis of attractiveness difference. Third, in the analysis of difference between involvement and satisfaction, all results were significant.
