It is necessary to understand the changes in the landscape to ensure sustainable land use, secure various habitats, and enhance and preserve green area functions. For this reason, this study analyzed landscape changes in 2000, 2010, and 2019 in Busan Metropolitan City using Fragstat and GIS. This study showed that the area of urban, wetlands, and barrens increased, and the size of farmlands, forests, and grasslands decreased from 2000 to 2019. Fragmentation seems to have occurred in the farmlands and the largest forest patch in the eastern part of Busan. The destruction of the ecosystem occurred in farmlands and forests from 2010 to 2019, grasslands from 2000 to 2019, and wetlands from 2000 to 2010. As more development pressure is expected on the forest area and the Nakdong river estuary in the future, it is believed that a lot of attention is needed to preserve the forest area and wetlands to maintain the landscape and ecosystem services of Busan Metropolitan City.
U-Health System 활용이 대사증후군 중년여성의 신체구성, 체력, 대사증후군 위험요인, 신체활동량 및 수면에 미치는 영향

This study investigated the effects of applying u-health system in managing metabolic syndrome of middle aged women. 28 women with metabolic syndrome participated in this study and divided into U-Health group(UG, n=15) and control group(CG, n=15). Anthropometric measurements, biochemical analyses, health related fitness and sleep were measured before and after the intervention. Participants in UG periodically check their body composition, blood pressure, and physical activity by using U-Health care equipments and U-Health zone. Comparison between groups were made using two-way repeated ANOVA measures with a statistical significant level of α =.05 Main results of the present study were as follows: 1) weight, fat free mass, fat mass, and BMI improved significantly in both groups. 2) sit-up and sit and reach significantly in both groups. 3) metabolic syndrome risk factors, waist circumference, glucose, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in both groups, whereas HDL-C increased significantly in both groups 4) total and average physical activity improved significantly in UG group. 5) sleep variances did not changed significantly in both groups. It was concluded that U-Health system to exercise program seems effective in managing metabolic syndrome. However, if enough time to adjust to U-Health system is provided, it could be much effective aids.
현대무용을 활용한 유소녀 싱크로나이즈드 스위밍 지상훈련프로그램 개발 및 효과

The Purpose of this study was to develop the land exercise for youth synchronized swimmer by using modern dance and investigate the effect of the program in physique, fitness, and performance. This study was developed by literature review and meeting with experts for exercise motions. For the effect of developed program, we analyzed physique, fitness, and performance before and after the intervention. Seven elementary students participated the program which included developed 22 motions twice a week for 16 weeks. In result of physique, weight(p<.05), fat free mass(p<.05), muscle mass(p<.05), height(p<.05), upper(p<.05) and lower(p<.05) extremity, sit height(p<.05), arm span(p<.05), forearm(p<.05) and chest(p<.05) circumference had significant differences. In the physical fitness, FEV1(p<.05), VC(p<.05), sargent jump(p<.05), trunk extension backward(p<.05), shoulder flexibility(p<.05), blind one leg stand(p<.05), relative peak power(p<.05,) and relative average power(p<.05) improved significantly after intervention. In water fitness, 25m and 100m freestyle kick, 50m and 100m breath stroke kick, 100m fly kick and 100m back flutter kick were significantly different(p<.05). In performance, routine, especially in execution and total performance score improved significantly after intervention(p<.05). These results indicated that modern dance applied youth synchronized swimming program can be proper land exercise in improving performance of youth synchronized swimmer.
엘리트 펜싱선수의 드롭수직점프 시 전방십자인대 손상위험요인 평가를 위한 착지오류점수 분석

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the differences of gender and detail items by using landing error scores during drop vertical jumping that can be used in the field for elite fencers and to use them as basic data for prevention of injury. Methods: The subjects were 42 elite fencers. Independent sample t-test was used to compare the landing error scoring system (LESS) score between the groups. In order to compensate for errors that may occur in multiple comparisons, they are corrected through the Bonferroni collection. The significant differences between the groups were evaluated using Cohen effect difference, and one-way analysis of variance was performed for differences in epee, fleuret, and sabre. Results: The comparison of landing error scores between male and female fencer groups showed that the knee valgus angle at initial contact, lateral trunk flexion angle at initial contact, stance width-narrow, foot position-toe out, symmetric initial foot contact, in the total score of LESS items, female fencer group was higher and statistically significant difference was found. Conclusion: In the case of fencing players, there is no significant difference in the LESS scores according to the items. However, when comparing gender, female fencers have higher LESS scores than male fencers; female fencers should be more careful in preventing injuries.

초고진공 시스템에 있어서 시스템을 대기압으로 바람을 넣은 후 정상상태로의 신속한 원상회복을 위하여 건조질소 통풍(venting) 장치를 고안 제작하였다. 이 장치는 액체 질소 저장통, 증발기 및 여과기로 구성되어 있다. 이 장치에 의한 통풍효과와 다른 방법에 의한 통풍효과를 가스 방출률 측정을 통하여 정성적으로 비교 분석하였을 때, 본 장치가 가장 낮은 가스 방출률과 가장 빠른 진공회복을 보여주었다. A new dry nitrogen venting system has been developed and built which enables quick recovery of a vented system to normal vacuum condition. The assembly consists of a liquid-nitrogen reservoir, an evaporator, a liquid-nitrogen trap with a mesh filter. Through outgassing rate measurement of a test chamber which was vented using several methods, effectiveness of this dry nitrogen supply system has been tested and compared with other methods. The new dry nitrogen venting system has shown superior perfomance to others in both outgassing rate andd quick recovery.
