용융염내에서의 Ba-ferrite 결정의 생성과정 및 그 자기적 특성

본 연구에서는 용융염법에 의한 Ba-ferrite의 생성기구와 그 자기적특성에 대해 조사하였다. 출발원료 중 BaC $O_3$만이 용융염내에서 용해도를 가졌으며, 이는 용융염내에서는 Ba-ferrite의 생성이 용해된 $Ba^{2+}$가 F $e_2$ $O_3$나 $\delta$-FeOOH의 표면으로 확산하여 표면반응을 통해 일어나는 것으로 보인다. 한편, 출발물질($\delta$-FeOOH와 F $e_2$ $O_3$)에 따라 생성된 Ba-ferrite가 합성되는 온도는 더 낮은 온도에서 생성됨을 알 수 있었다. In this study, formation process of Ba-ferrite by using molten salt synthesis and its magnetic properties were investigated. Among starting materials, BaC $O_3$was only soluble in the molten salts, but other starting material such as $\delta$-FeOOH or F $e_2$ $O_3$was not soluble even at 105$0^{\circ}C$. It implies that the dissolved $Ba^{2+}$ diffused on surfaces of F $e_2$ $O_3$(or $\delta$-FeOOH), therefore, Ba-ferrtites were formed through surface reaction. However, the magnetic properties of Ba-ferrite prepared by two starting materials (F $e_2$ $O_3$and $\delta$-FeOOH) were not different. On the other hand, compared $\delta$-FeOOH with F $e_2$ $O_3$m, morphologies and dispersibility of Ba-ferrites prepared by using $\delta$-FeOOH were good and Ba-ferrites were obtaioned at lower temperature.

The prescription of Gal Gun Tang, which has been used for treatment of cold, fever, and muscular pain in Chinese herb medicine, is produced in the form of decoction However, the storage problem for this dosage form remains unsettled. Using HPLC and GC, we examined quantitative change of major constituents caused by time-progress and temperature-change. Nine major constituents, such as cinnamaldehyde, cinnamic acid, ephedrine, puerarin, paeoniflorin, daidzin, benzoic acid, glycyrrhizin and liquiritin, were selected as references. The content of cinnamaldehyde significantle decreased by the increase of temperature. While that of cinnamic acid increased. Benzoic acid showed the most significant change of the content in three months at $40^{\circ}C$. It is suggested that most of constituents are considerably stable when kept frozen.

'Si Ho'(柴胡) is one of the chinese crude drugs used mainly to cure inflammation, fever, cough, hepatitis, jaundice, etc. Though the botanical origin of the crude drug has been considered to be Bupleurum species of Umbelliferae, there has been no pharmacognostical study. To clarify the botanical origin of 'Si Ho', the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the roots of Bupleurum species growing in Korea, such as Bupleurum euphorbioides Nakai, Bupleurum falcatum L., Bupleurum leveillei Bois., Bupleurum longiradiatum Turcz. and Bupleurum scorzoneraefolium Wild. were studied. As a result, it is authentified that 'Si Ho' was proved to be the root of Bupleurum falcatum and B. scorzoneraefolium and 'Jug Si Ho' was the root of B. longiradiatum.

The famous prescription of So Cheong Ryong Tang (小靑龍湯)in Chinese herb medicine, which has been used for the treatment of common cold, influenza, asthmatic bronchitis, and bronchial asthma and, is being commercially produced in the form of decoction. However, the storage problem for this dosage form remains unsettled. The quantitative changes of the major constituents, at different temperature and time course, were examined employing HPLC and GC. Cinnamaldehyde, cinnamic acid, ephedrine, albiflorine, paeoniflorin, benzoic acid, glycyrrhizin, and liquiritin were choosen as phytochemical markers. The content of cinnamaidehyde significantly decreased when stored at increased temperature, while that of benzoic acid has increased. By overall consideration of the present experimental data, it was suggested that most constituents are considerably stable when preserved below freezing temperature.

'Gu Maig(瞿麥)' is one of the Chinese crude drugs used mainly to cure a diuretic, gonorhoea and menostasis, etc. With regard to the botanical origin of 'Gu Maig', it has been considered to be Dianthus spp. of Caryophyllaceae, but there has not been studied pharmacognostically. To clarify the botanical origin of the "Gu Maig", the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the leaves and stems of Dianthus species growing in Korea, i.e. D. sinensis, D. superbus var. longicalycinus, D. repens, D. morii, D. superbus var. speciosus were compared. As a result, it was determined that 'Gu Maig' was the whole plant body of Dianthus sinensis and D. superbus var. longicalycinus.
