        광원색이 직물의 색 변화에 미치는 영향

        Although design, color, and material are important elements in stage costumes, stage lightning also plays significant role in the presentation of stage costumes. Costumes color, material and perception can be significantly influenced by visual effects. Stage illumination can be arranged or managed so that colors are closely related to or enhanced or change the effects of costume colors on the runway or display at specific times. The results of this thesis are as follow; 1) Fabric tone, name, brightness, and chroma of colors were changed by the colors of stage lighting. 2) An achromatic color was changed to a chromatic color after being combined with colors of stage lighting. 3) Stage illuminations can make fabric, colors look similar to stage colors. 4) Plain satin silk fabric which reflects light shows high brightness and chroma after being influenced by stage lighting its shining effects and color changes were clear and apparent. 5) Velvet pile fabric which absorbs light shows low brightness and chroma after being influenced by stage lightning its shining effects and changes of colors were not clear and apparent. In conclusion, natural lights did not significantly influence fabric colors and perception, while artificial lights had wide range of effects on fabric colors and perception.

        TV뉴스 여성 앵커의 빨강색 의상 이미지에 관한 연구

        This study was motivated from the point that TV anchor women wore red clothing the most when they appeared at the broadcasting. For the analysis of clothing color, the main news programs of three local terrestial broadcasting systems were adopted, and the screen sources having been obtained for a year on the anchor women from January 2008 to December were classified by S/S, F/W. As the result, it was found out that the image was classified according to the inherent symbolic meaning of red color, and red color was frequently adopted for the happy-passionate image. It is judged that the reason is red color clothing spotlights passionate, challenging and imposing image which anchor women have. It revealed that while investigating the relationship of coloration between red upper clothing and other clothing, the inner-wear white color of the red jacket, or of the black inner-wear was matched the most, regardless of season. It is judged that this is because the coloration of red and white, and of red and black give not only brilliant but also clear image.

        Immunohistochemical Study of Nitric Oxide Synthase in Pleomorphic Adenoma of the Salivary Glands

        산화질소는 신생혈관생성, 암종의 전이등 종양에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있으나, 머리 및 목에서 발생하는 종양 에 대한 산화질소 활성도에 관한 연구는 거의 없다. 본 연구는 침샘에서 발생하는 양성 종양 중 가장 빈번한 다형성 선종 및 인접 정상조직에서 eNOS (산화질소합성효소) 및 iNOS의 발현도를 알아보기 위해 면역조직화학검사를 시행하였다. 면역조직화학검사 결과 다형성 선종에서 인접 정상조직보다 높은 NOS의 발현을 보였는데, 이는 산화질소합성효소의 증가가 종양 생성 및 진행과 관련성이 있음을 시사한다. 또한, NOS 발현은 간엽성 유래 구성요소 보다는 상피성 유래 구성요소에서 더 높게 발현되었다. 대체로 다형성 선종에서는 iNOS의 발현이 eNOS보다 높게 나타났다. 다형성 선종에 인접한 정상조직에서 iNOS의 발현은 간엽성이 우세한 것보다 상피성이 우세한 다형성 선종에서 더 높게 발현되어 eNOS보다는 iNOS 가 종양의 진행에 더 관여할 것으로 추측된다. 결론적으로 산화질소는 종양의 초기성장과 진행에 있어 중요한 인자이며, 앞으로 종양 성장에 중요한 인자인 신생혈관생성에 관련한 인자와 함께 더 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Recent studies have suggested that nitric oxide (NO) exerts various effects on aspects of tumor biology, including angiogenesis and metastasis. There have been, however, scanty reports on nitric oxide synthase (NOS) response for tumors of the head and neck. This study was carried out to assess the distribution of both endothelial NOS (eNOS) and inducible NOS (iNOS) in normal salivary gland tissue and in pleomorphic adenoma by using immunohistochemistry. In the present study, eNOS and iNOS were higher expressed in pleomorphic adenoma than adjacent normal salivary gland tissue, suggesting that up-regulation of this enzyme is associated with tumor progression. Additionally, eNOS and iNOS expression were higher in epithelial components than in mesenchymal components. Overall, iNOS expression was higher than eNOS expression in pleomorphic adenoma. In normal tissues adjacent to pleomorphic adenoma, iNOS expression was higher in the mesenchymal type than in the epithelial type of pleomorphic adenoma. It is suggested that NO may play a role in the tumorgenesis and propagation of pleomorphic adenoma.
