축구선수들의 디트레이닝이 최대산소섭취량과 LDH 및 CPK에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the detraining on VO3max and blood components (CPK, LDH). Subjects were sixteen well-trained high school soccer players. They were randomly divided two groups, eight of them as training group were keeping on training soccer program, another eights as detraining group were detraining until 6 weeks. VO2max, and blood components (CPK, LDH) were measured pre, after 3weeks, 6weeks of detraining both groups. The one way analysis of variance was to determine significant difference in each group. The O.G6 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows' 1. The change of body composition were no significant difference in each group. 2. VO2max, VO2max/kg were significantly increased in training group, decreased in detraining group. 3. LDH and CPK were significantly decreased in detraining group. In conclusion, detraining d general Metabolic State, so to minimize decrease of VO in soccer players is to detrain within 3weeks.
