        30대 여성의 체형에 따른 다트매니플래이션의 심미성연구

        The purpose of this study is to find the Dart Manipulation with good fitting and evaluate the aesthetics of Dart Manipulation that is used in the designs of the original tops for women in their 30`s. Subsequently, it suggests dart manipulation with good body fitting and physical fitness when designing original tops. The findings of this study are as follows. First, in the fitting of Dart Manipulation for different body types, cross direction Dart Manipulation received good marks in the Square Body Type while mixed direction and diagonal direction Dart Manipulation received high evaluation in the Standard Body Type. Also, for the Reverse Triangle Body Type, mixed direction Dart Manipulation received high marks. Since there are only small changes in fitting for the Square Body Type, the position of Dart Manipulation should be determined in regards to the aesthetic view as well as the fitting of the Standard Body Type and Reverse Triangle Body Type. Second, in the fitness of Dart Manipulation for different body types, an approach from the aesthetic view should be considered for Square Body Types because of the differences in fitness according to the position of dart manipulation. The fitness should be considered when positioning Dart Manipulation for the Standard Body Type and Reverse Triangle Body Type because of these differences. Third, for the greater variance of drop for these different body types, the change of the amount of dart received lower evaluation in fitting since the amount of dart increased when the dart was located higher than B.P. The number of dart should likely increase when gathering or tucking is necessary when there is an excessive amount of dart in Dart Manipulation for the different body types. Fourth, as for the changes of wrinkles in accordance with the body type, wrinkles were likely to be formed at the breast or neck area when there was a larger difference in drop. To prevent such problems, one more dart should be made on the wrinkle. In conclusion, the study suggests designing the original top with a better look and comfort by setting the balance between aesthetics and fitting in the design stage.

        슬림 핏 테일러드 재킷 생산 실태조사와 맞음새 향상을 위한 연구 -국내 30대 여성 중심으로-

        Recently, the interest in a garment that accentuates a fit and slender body continues to be highly desirable. Customers frequently want to wear a slim designed jacket that fits well, reflecting the trends of being young and slim. Accordingly, this research collected information on brands with ready-to-wear slim fit tailored jackets that target female customers in their 30s. By identifying the jacket pattern design and production state by brand, and evaluating the appearance when wearing the jacket, I was able to draw up the following conclusions. First, the fit highlights many problems because of the difference between the model size of brands that targeted domestic women in their 30s and the standard somatotype of them. This can be solved by considering the somatotype of women in their 30s when choosing the models. Second, the relative simplicity of the pattern should allow a slim fit tailored jacket to be produced that fits the front, back and side well. This would lead to the development of a jacket that would fit better as well as allowing for ease of movement. Similar to this, the model size of domestic brands changes frequently and customers prefer the size of a slim model instead of the size suitable for a target’s somatotype. This results in a limit on the levels of satisfaction regarding brand targets for body types. Accordingly, it is hoped that this research will become the standard data for the development of a slim fit tailored jacket that will fit women in their 30s well.

        한국적 이미지를 활용한 항공사 여승무원 유니폼 디자인 연구

        본 연구는 각 나라의 항공사 여승무원이 착용하는 유니폼 디자인의 중요성을 인식하고, 한국적 미를 재해석하여 우리만의 독창적인 유니폼을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 항공사 여성 승무원 유니폼 디자인개발에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재킷의 프린세스라인을 한국 당의의 선을 사용하여 한국의 아름다운 곡선을 표현하였으며 깃의 형태를 비대칭하게 디자인하여 현대적인 세련미를 표현하였다. 둘째, 한복치마에서 볼 수 있는 형태미를 현대의 H라인 스커트에 접목시켜 한국적인 미를 표현하였다. 셋째, 블라우스는 깃의 라인과 당의의 곡선을 이용하여 한국적인 선과 돌먼스리브의 라인으로 현대적으로 재해석하여 표현하였다. 또한 팔 동작이 많은 승무원들의 활동성을 고려하여 몸통 옆선에 절개를 주어 편안하게 활동할 수 있도록 디자인 하였다. 넷째, 승무원의 팬츠는 앞부분에 절개와 핀턱을 주어 한복바지의 형태미를 응용한 디자인으로 제작하여 기내에서의 활동성이 원활하게 하였다. 다섯째, 승무원의 코트는 한복 두루마기의 형태를 빌려 소매도련부분의 곡선과 깃의 형태를 이용하여 한국적인 디자인을 표현하였고, 코트 뒷면에서 셔링을 주어 세련된 여성미를 표현하였다. 여섯째, 앞치마는 내리닫이치마의 실루엣을 이용하여 디자인 하였으며 끈을 활용하여 활동성과 편리성 및 장식성을 주었다. 일곱째, 스카프는 한국전통 문양인 단청중 연꽃 문양과 오방색을 사용하여 승무원 유니폼에 포인트를 줄 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구과정은 국내외항공사의 승무원 유니폼을 비교하여 기존 유니폼에 한국적 이미지를 활용한 새로운 유니폼 개발에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 진행하였다. 이번 연구를 통해 한국적 이미지를 응용한 디자인 연구에 새로운 방향을 제시하며 우리나라 고유의 문화유산을 접목시켜 한국의 이미지를 높일 수 있는 효과를 가져 올 수 있다는데 그의의를 둘 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to let people recognize the importance of uniform design for female flight attendants and to develop a unique and rational uniform that would reinterpret the beauty of Korea. The results were as follows. First, a princess line of was created for the jacket using the lines of Korean dangui and organic Korean beautiful curves, while the form of the collars was designed asymmetrically. Second, the beauty of Korea was expressed by combining formative beauty seen in hanbok skirts with H-line skirts. Third, a new image of a flight attendant was created by using the lines of the collar on the blouse, a princess line and the beautiful curves of a Korean dangui. Fourth, the pants of the female flight attendant had a cut part and a pin tuck at the front area and were designed using the formative beauty of hanbok pants. Fifth, with regard to the coat of a flight attendant, the form of the hanbok`s durumagi was borrowed while the sophisticated urban image of women was expressed using the silhouette of a Western trench coat. Sixth, the apron was designed to show an image of Korea in harmony with the uniform using the overall curves of dangui. Seventh, on the scarf, Korean traditional patterns were used for decoration, such as a lotus pattern on dancheong (traditional multi-colored paintwork) and the five traditional colors of Korea called obangsaek. This study compared the uniforms of flight attendants, both domestic and overseas, and focused on the development of a new uniform by applying the image of Korea to the existing uniforms. This study was meaningful in that it suggested a new direction in design research using the image of Korea and had an effect of enhancing the image of Korea by combining our unique cultural heritage.

      • 접속재용 고무 절연재료의 극성반전 시 공간전하 특성 및 DC 절연파괴강도 비교

        본 논문에서는 기존 상용 고무 절연재료 2종(실리콘 및 EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Dine Monomer)) 및 전류형 HVDC용으로 개발된 EPDM 고무 절연재료 1종에 대해 극성반전 시 공간전하 특성 및 DC절연파괴강도 저하 특성을 비교하였다. 공간전하 측정 결과, 실리콘 고무의 경우 극성반전 시 인가전계보다 높은 전계가 국부적으로 집중되는 것으로 나타났고, 극성반전 시 DC절연파괴강도 또한 저하되는 것으로 나타났다. EPDM 고무 절연재료 2종의 경우 공간전하 축적이 실리콘 고무에 비해 상대적으로 작게 축적되었고, 극성반전 시 DC절연파괴강도의 저하가 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 EPDM 고무 절연재료 2종에 대해 고온 공간전하 특성, Impulse 절연파괴강도, 영구압출줄음률 특성을 비교하였다.

        GC/MS를 이용한 소변 중 대마 대사체 분석의 측정불확도 평가

        We described an estimation of measurement uncertainty in quantitative analysis of 11-nor-9-carboxy-${\Delta}^9$-tetrahydrocannabinol (THCCOOH), the major metabolite of ${\Delta}^9$-tetrahydrocannabinol, in urine sample by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and GC/MS detection. The analytical results were compared and the different contributions to the uncertainty were evaluated. Inter-day and inter-person validation were performed using statistical analysis of several indicative factors. Measurement uncertainty associated with target analyte in real forensic samples was estimated using quality control (QC) data. Traceability of measurement was established through traceable standards, calibrated volumetric glassware and volume measuring device. The major factors of contribution to combined standard uncertainty, were calibration linearity, inter-day repeatability and inter-person reproducibility, while those associated with preparation of analytical standards and sampling volume were not so important considering the degree of contribution. Relative combined standard uncertainties associated with the described method was 12.05% for THCCOOH.

        붉은싸리버섯 추출물의 항산화 및 Human Neutrophil Elastase 저해활성

        천연자원으로부터 항노화 화장품 신소재를 탐색하던 중, 국내 자생버섯의 일종인 붉은싸리버섯 자실체 추출물이 항산화 활성과 인체 호중구 엘라스타제 저해활성이 우수함을 확인하고 일련의 연구를 수행하였다. 붉은싸리버섯 추출물의 DPPH 라디칼 소거활성은 붉은싸리버섯 추출물 500 μ g/mL 처리시 117.0 mg/mL (ascorbic acid 환산값)의 매우 우수한 소거활성을 나타냈다. Peroxy 라디칼 소거활성을 oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) assay 를 통하여 측정한 결과 붉은싸리버섯 추출물 1, 10, 20 μ g/mL 처리 시, 각각 0.8, 5.2, 7.8 ORAC<sub>Roo</sub> (trolox equivalents, 1 μ M)로 농도 의존적으로 높은 소거활성을 나타냈다. 뿐만 아니라 cellular antioxidant capacity를 DCF fluorescence intensity (% of control)로 조사한 결과에서도 붉은싸리버섯 추출물 20 μ g/mL 처리시 약 30% 이상 높은 항산화 활성을 나타냈다. Human neutrophil elastase 저해활성은 농도 의존적으로 저해활성을 나타냈으며 특히 에탄올 추출분획에서 ED<sub>50</sub> 값은 42.9 μ g/mL이었다. 붉은싸리버섯 추출물은 Bacillus subtilis (B. subtilis), Escherichia coli (E. coli), Candida albicans (C. albicans), Aspergillus oryzae (A. oryzae) 균주 모두에서 항균활성은 나타나지 않았다. 또한 염증성 cytokine인 interleukin-10 및 interferon-γ (IFN-γ)의 생산 또는 분비 조절에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 붉은싸리버섯 추출물은 항산화활성과 elastase 저해활성을 우수하여 피부에 자극이 없는 항노화 화장품 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. In searching for novel agents for skin anti-aging from natural resources, we found that the extract of the fruiting bodies of Ramaria formosa (R. formosa) had significant antioxidant and human neutrophil elastase (HNE) inhibitory activities. R. formosa extract exhibited a considerable DPPH radical scavenging activity with an antioxidant content of 117.0 mg/mL (ascorbic acid equivalents) at the concentration of 500 μg/mL. The capacity of R. formosa extract to scavenge peroxy radicals measured by ORAC assay also showed dose-dependent antioxidant effect with ORAC<sub>Roo</sub> (trolox equivalents, 1 μM) values of 0.8, 5.2, and 7.8 at the concentrations of 1, 10, and 20 μg/mL. The cellular antioxidant capacity of R. formosa extract was investigated by assaying the cellular fluorescence intensity using dichlorodihydrofluorescein (DCF). The cellular oxidative stress induced by AAPH, Cu<sup>2+</sup> or H2O2 in HepG2 cells was significantly attenuated by more than 30% at 20 μg/mL of R. formosa extract. HNE activity was reduced by treatment with R. formosa extract in a dose-dependent manner, and the ED<sub>50</sub> value for the ethanol extract of R. formosa was 42.9 μg/mL. R. formosa extract did not exhibited antimicrobial activity against four microorganisms including Bacillus subtilis (B. subtilis), Escherichia coli (E. coli), Candida albicans (C. albicans), Aspergillus oryzae (A. oryzae). Furthermore, the extract did not affect the inflammatory cytokine production of interleukin-10 and interferon-γ in NK92 cells. From the above results, we found that R. formosa extract has considerable antioxidant and elastase inhibitory effects, and does not stimulate immune cells. These findings suggest that R. formosa extract may be used as a bioactive component in cosmetic composition.
