노인요양시설에서 종사하는 요양보호사들은 노인들의 만성질환은 현대 의학적 치료와 더불어 대체 의학적 치료를 병행하는 것이 효과적이라고 인식하고 있다. 또한 대체의학의 교육 필요성을 느끼고 있으며 대체의학이 치료에 도움이 되는 것으로 인식하고 있다. Care helpers who engaged in elderly care facilities realize that treatment of the elderly chronic disease is effective when combining modern medical care with the alternative medical care together. Also they feel the need for education of the alternative medicine and alternative medicine is considered to be helpful to cure.

인터넷 사용이 대중화되면서 개인이 정보의 키워드 또는 검색할 주제에 따라 원하는 정보에 쉽게 접근할 수 있다. 이때 다양한 구조를 갖는 자료들의 속성을 잘 나타내는 메타데이터를 이용하면 검색의도에 보다 정확하게 부합하는 검색 결과를 얻을 수 있어 다양한 연구가 지속되고 있다. 본 연구는 소 그룹의 사용자들이 공동으로 관심 있는 웹 콘텐츠의 즐겨찾기를 공동으로 유지 관리하는 용도로 다차원 벡터형 태그를 제안한다. 제안하는 벡터형 태그는 정보 유용성을 나타내는 색인을 벡터방식으로 기술하고 이것을 활용해 정보의 분류·관리·재활용의 효율을 높이는 표현법이다. 벡터방식 태깅은 대상 키워드에 사용자들이 두 개 이상의 요소에 대한 우선순위를 부여하고 벡터 방식으로 표현한다. 이 때 벡터의 기본이 되는 벡터공간은 정보생성시간, 선호순위 등으로 구성한다. 벡터성분으로 산출할 수 있는 벡터크기가 정보의 유용성을 나타내며 순위측정의 기준이 된다. 제안방식에 의한 순위측정은 단순한 링크구조에 의해 측정된 순위와 비교하였을 때, 사용자의 검색의도에 부합하는 순위 정보를 제공하고 있다. A Internet user can easily access to the target information by web searching using some key-words or categories in the present Internet environment. When some meta-data which represent attributes of several data structures well are used, then more accurate result which is matched with the intention of users can be provided. This study proposes a multiple dimensional vector tagging method for the small web user group who interest in maintaining and sharing the bookmark for common interesting topics. The proposed method uses vector tag method for increasing the effect of categorization, management, and retrieval of target information. The vector tag composes with two or more components of the user defined priority. The basic vector space is created time of information and reference value. The calculated vector value shows the usability of information and became the metric of ranking. The ranking accuracy of the proposed method compares with that of a simply link structure, The proposed method shows better results for corresponding the intention of users.

사회복지사ㆍ요양보호사는 대체의학 교육의 필요성과 요양시설에서 대체의학 이용 만족도가 높은 것으로 나왔고, 전문인력 양성과 건강관리를 위한 대중화를 제시하였으며 국가 자격제도를 추진하여 무자격자와 허위ㆍ과대광고로부터 국민들을 보호해야 한다는 인식을 갖고 있다. 이렇게 국가에서 제도를 안정화하고 표준화한다면 많은 사람들에게도 대체의학이 올바르게 정립될 것이다. It is shown that social workers and care helpers are quite satisfied with using alternative medicine in needs of education of alternative medicine and care facilities. Also they suggest training of high skilled experts and popularization for health care, and they are aware of protecting people from unqualified people and misleading exaggerated advertisements with a plan to promote the nation qualification system. If the nation makes the system stabilize and standardize like this, many people will be able to establish the awareness of alternative medicine.

무선 센서네트워크는 센서로 수집한 정보를 가공하는 프로세서와 함께 이를 전송하는 기능을 가진 센서노드로 구성된다. 따라서 어떤 장소에 센서네트워크를 구축하면 다양한 상황인지가 가능한 센싱정보가 제공된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 무선 센서네트워크를 기반으로 모니터링시스템을 구성하는데 있어 모니터링 성능과 상황인지에 대한 판단능력을 향상시키고자 모니터링시스템용 온톨로지 구축에 대한 연구를 수행한다. 구축하고자하는 온톨로지의 경우 모니터링시스템에 종속되어있으면서 상황정보를 센싱하여 처리하는 태스크를 대상으로하는 온톨로지라는 특징이 있다. 이러한 특징으로 인해 본 논문의 온톨로지는 기존 범용적인 온톨로지 구축방법이 아닌 특화된 구축방법론에 대한 연구와 정립이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 온톨로지 구축방법론에 대한 분석을 통해 새로운 방법론을 정립하고, 응용시스템 종속용 온톨로지의 구축방법으로 제안한다. 또한 제안 방법을 토대로 모니터링시스템용 온톨로지를 구축하는 절차를 소개하고, 실제 구축되는 온톨로지 구조를 설계한다.

건천마와 발효천마 추출물의 항노화 활성과 신경성장인자 유도 효과 비교

건천마와 발효천마의 추출물을 이용하여 항노화 활성과 신경성장인자 유도효과를 비교하였다. 항산화 활성을 비교하여 측정한 결과 모든 추출물에서 비교적 높은 항산화력을 나타내었으며, 발효하지 않은 건천마 추출물보다 발효과정을 거친 발효천마 추출물에서 다소 높은 항산화력을 나타내었다. Angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE)와 xanthine oxidase(XOase) 저해 활성을 측정한 결과 DW 추출에서 DPPH가 건천마 64.14 ± 0.89%, 발효천마 66.21 ± 1.03%으로 나타났고, ABTS가 건천마 54.15 ± 1.37%, 발효천마 60.24 ± 2.25%로 나타났다. 70% EtOH추출에서도 유사한 결과를 보여 발효천마 추출물이 ACE에 대해 높은 저해활성을 나타내었으나, XOase에 대하여 발효 및 건천마 추출물의 차이는 크지 않다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 nerve growth factor(NGF) 활성 측정 결과 모든 추출물에서 40%의 신경돌기 성장효과를 나타내었다. 이와 같이 건천마와 발효천마의 추출물을 상대로 천마의 항노화 활성과 신경성장인자 유도효과에 대한 기능성을 탐색한 결과 발효천마가 건천마보다 우수한 생리기능성을 가지는 것을 알 수 있어, 발효과정을 통하면 천마의 활용도를 높일 수 있다는 것을 증명할 수 있었다. This study was performed to examine the increasing biological activities of both nerve growth factor induction and anti-aging activity of gastrodia (Gastrodia elata) with fermentation process. Antioxidant activities, taken in the fermenting, were investigated to verify utility value of gastrodia for functional food and cosmetics. Fermented gastrodia extracts showed higher antioxidant activities than dried gastrodia extracts. During the routine check of all the practical use potential as functional food, inhibition effect of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and xanthine oxidase (XOase) was tested among water extracted dried gastrodia (WEDG), water extracted fermented gastrodia (WEFG), 70% ethanol extracted dried gastrodia (EEDG) and 70% ethanol extracted fermented gastrodia (EEFG). DPPH was shown as WEDG = 64.14 ± 0.89%, WEFG = 66.21 ± 1.03%, EEDG = 82.25 ± 0.52%, and EEFG = 82.36 ± 2.37%. ABTS was shown as WEDG = 54.15 ± 1.37%, WEFG = 60.24 ± 2.25%, EEDG = 59.18 ± 1.86%, and EEFG = 77.17 ± 4.23%. Therefore, ACE activity was dramatically inhibited by EERG while there was no difference of XOase inhibition between EEFG and EERG. Nerve growth factor (NGF) activity was measured and indicated about 40% increased neurite growth effect. To conclude, biologically active compounds of gastrodia were increased by fermentation process. It seems to be that ferment gastrodia enhance the use ranges from functional food to fuctional cosmetics, and to all processing industry.

Biopharmaceutical drugs have strong therapeutic effect in various diseases such as autoimmune diseases, rheumatism and cancer due to their target specific recognition and low side effects. In particular, the most representative antibodies among biopharmaceuticals are widely used for targeted drug delivery, diagnosis and treatment. Moreover, antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) have been developed by many researchers and biopharmaceutical companies. An antibody-drug conjugate, one of the new bio anticancer drugs is composed of an antibody, cytotoxic drug and chemical linker. Antibodies accurately recognize the target cancer, and drugs induce apoptosis or death of the cancer cells. Linkers stably connects the antibody and drug until ADC go to the target cancer cells. In order to develop an ADC, it is important to correctly configure each component. Recently, the 9th ADC was approved by food and drug administration (FDA) and a lot of development of new ADC is underway. The development of ADC is expected through the introduction of new antibodies including bi-specific and drugs with new anticancer mechanisms.
