논문초록 미국 북장로교회의 경남선교와 경남서북지방 교회설립 정원길 고신대학교 대학원 신학과 이 논문은 미국북장로교의 경남선교와 경남서북지방 교회설립과정에 관한 연구다. 서론은 본 연구의 목적을 다음과 같이 밝혔다: 1)하디의 사역이 북장로교의 경남선교에 기여한 바와 그 의의를 규명하는 것, 2)북장로교의 경남선교와 서북지방 교회설립 과정을 밝히고 이를 통해 그들의 사역을 재평가 하는 것. 2장은 경남지방의 개신교 전래과정을 약술했다. 3장은 하디의 사역이 북장로교의 경남선교에 기여한바와 그 의의를 규명했다. 4장은 서북지방 지형의 특수성과 북장로교와 호주장로교간의 선교지역 조정을 통해서 서북지방이 동질성을 갖게 되었음을 논증했다. 5장은 베어드와 서두엽의 사역을 통해서 서북지방이 기독교와 접촉하는 과정을 기술했다. 6장은 북장로교의 선교활동과 서북지방의 교회 설립과정을 기술했다. 첫째, 북장로교의 사역을 전도, 교육, 의료, 구제 등의 분야로 세분해서 설명했다. 이 장에서 특히 규범여자중학교와 메리 콜린스 화이팅 진료소, 전킨기념병원, 부산 나환자수용소 등을 다루었다. 둘째, 북장로교 한국선교부의 교회설립기준을 확인하고 서북지방에서의 교회설립 과정을 기술했다. 서술한 순서는 북장로교의 사역자들이 도달한 순서를 따랐는데 그 순서는 다음과 같다: 초계, 합천, 거창, 삼가, 안의, 함양. 7장은 북장로교 부산 선교부에 속한 초기 사역자들의 사역과 행적을 약술했다. 첫째, 부산선교부 소속 6명의 선교사를 선별해서 그들의 내한 배경과 사역을 기술했다. 그 6명은 메리 콜린스 화이팅 진료소를 건축한 브라운, 전킨기념병원을 건축하고 약 20년간 병원에서 사역한 어빈, 다재다능한 사역으로 많은 사랑을 받았던 사이드보텀, 서북지방 최초의 선교사인 스미스, 부산선교부에 마지막까지 남아서 사역했던 두 명의 윈 등이다. 둘째, 북장로교 선교부에 소속되어 사역한 한국인 전도자들의 사역을 밝혔다. 그 6명은 다음과 같다: 경남 최초의 한국인 병원사역자 고학윤, 서북지방에 최초로 기독교를 전파한 탁월한 장거리 순회전도자 서두엽, 서북지방 최초의 교회를 설립한 장상언, 스미스와 동역한 권서 이현필, 만주로 이주한 서북지방 교인들의 지도자 이윤팔, 스미스의 권서 김주관 등이다. 결론은 논문의 핵심을 요약하고 논증을 마무리했다. 하디는 북장로교 경남선교의 기틀을 마련해 주었을 뿐만 아니라 그의 사역은 경남 선교역사에서 다음과 같은 의의를 가진다: 1)경남 의료선교의 효시, 2)경남 주일학교의 효시, 3)경남최초의 개종자 획득, 4)경남최초의 교회 시작. 북장로교가 경남에서 선교한 기간은 호주장로교에 비해서 비교적 짧았지만 그들의 공헌은 매우 컸다. 북장로교가 설립한 병원과 학교, 나환자 수용소는 경남최초의 근대식 시설들로서 기독교전파와 이 지방의 교육․보건에 크게 기여했다. 또 북장로교 선교사들과 한국인 동역자들의 등섭지로(登涉之路)의 사역을 통해서 복음의 미답지인 서북지방에 교회가 설립될 수 있었다. Abstract The Missionary Work of the Presbyterian Church in the USA at the South Gyeongsang Province and the Establishment of the Christian Churches toward North-western Area of the Province Jeong, Won-kil Department of Historical Theology Kosin University Graduate School A thesis submitted for the degree of Theology of Master, graduate school of Kosin University by Won-kil Jeong This thesis examines missionary work of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America(PCUSA) at the south Gyeongsang province(SGP) and their church establishment toward northwestern area of the SGP in Korea. In the introduction, the thesis critiques previous studies providing reviews of the primary sources used and presents a synopsis of the thesis. Chapter two describes the process of the introduction of the Christianism into the SGP Chapter three finds out the contribution of Dr. Hardie to the PCUSA’s works in the SGP and the meaning of Hardie’s missionary works occupied in the history of the SGP. Chapter four describes distinct characteristics of the NW area and examines history of the territory divisions between the PCUSA and the Australian Presbyterian Mission and from this, it explains the commonness of the churches in the NW part of the province. Chapter five examines the process of contact with Christianity by works of W. M. Baird and a colporteur Suh Tu-yup. Chapter six examines the works of the PCUSA in south Gyeongsang province and the process of the church establishment in NW area. Firstly, it describes the works of the PCUSA by four parts: evangelistic, educational, medical, and relief work. Their works are shown by Model Training School, Mary Collins Whiting Memorial Dispensary, Junkin Memorial Hospital and Fusan Leper Asylum. Secondly, it examines the mission law and the process of church establishment in the NW area in the order of the Gospel reaching from Choke to Hamyang County. Chapter seven describes works and lifetime of the ministers of PCUSA in Fusan Station. Firstly, it describes six missionaries’ motives of their visiting Korea and their works and performances after the resignation: Dr. H. M. Brown, the founder of the Mary Collins whiting Memorial Dispensary, Dr. Irvin, the founder of the Junkin Memorial Hospital, Rev. R. H. Sidebotham, the missionary of versatile talents, Rev. W. E. Smith, the first missionary in NW area, Rev. G. H. Winn and Rev. R. E. Winn. Secondly, it describes works and performances of six Korean ministers: Ko Hak-yun, the first hospital evangelist, Suh Tu-yup, the first colporteur in NW area, Chang Sang-un, the first Church founder in NW area, Yi Hyun-pil, the colporteur cooperated with Rev. Smith, Yi Yoon-pal, the church leader of emigrant to Manchuria and Kim Joo-Kwan, the helper of Rev. Smith. In conclusion, Dr. Hardie paved the way for the PCUSA’s missionary work in SGP His works in Fusan have significant meanings as following: 1)his dispensary work was the first medical missionary work in the SGP, 2)he started the first Sabbath School in the SGP, 3)he won the first convert in the SGP, 4)he began the first church in the SGP. The PCUSA’s ministers and Korean evangelists contributed to the SGP in evangelism, education, medicine, and relief works. Especially, through their hard works(teongsupziro, 登涉之路) to evangelize in the untrodden ground, numerous churches could be established in NW area of the SGP in Korea.

기혼여성의 스트레스에 대한 경험의 차이를 살펴보고 취업주부와 비취업주부의 일반적 특성에 따라 스트레스 수준의 차이와 기혼여성의 취업여부에 의한 스트레스 대처유형을 파악하고, 기혼여성의 스트레스 수준을 완화하도록 원조할 수 있는 사회복지 실천방안을 제시하는데 기본 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 기혼여성들의 스트레스에 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정되는 요인들을 알아보고 일반적 특성, 기혼여성의 취업여부, 기혼여성의 스트레스 대처유형이 스트레스에 영향을 미치는가를 검증하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서울 노원구에 거주하고 있는 기혼여성을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 조사도구로 심리적 스트레스, 가족 스트레스, 스트레스 대처유형, 일반적 특성, 가족생활 특성, 직장생활 특성, 건강관련 특성 등 총 7개 영역으로 구성하였다. SPSSWIN을 이용하여 분석한 주요연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 본 연구에서는 연령, 부부관계 만족도, 가족형태, 경제적 상태 등의 일반적 특성과 취업여부와 기혼여성의 스트레스의 관계, 기혼여성의 취업과 스트레스 대처유형의 관계에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 설정하였다. 이러한 가설의 검증결과, 여러 요인들 중에서 종교에서 심리적 스트레스, 결혼기간에서 가족 스트레스, 월수입, 건강상태가 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기혼여성의 취업여부에 따른 스트레스에서는 전업주부일수록 더 높은 심리적 스트레스를 받고, 가족 스트레스는 전업주부보다 취업주부가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 근거로 하여 볼 때, 사회복지 차원의 교육프로그램을 개발, 실시하고 여성복지를 위한 정책, 상담 등 실제적인 서비스를 제공하여야 할 것이다. Aim of this paper is proposal of practical method of social welfare to reduce level of stress of married woman by examining married women's difference in experience about stress and understanding difference of stress level in general characteristic of married career women and housewives and stress management pattern whether married woman have a job or not. Therefore, factors about effect on stress of married women are investigated and verified how general characteristic, dependence of having a job of married woman and management pattern affect stress. Statistical research was proceeded to married women lived in Nowongu, Seoul. In this research, the questions are consisted of psychological stress, stress of family, stress management pattern, general characteristic, characteristic of family life and work, health. Using SPSSWIN the results are followed. In this study, the assumption is the relation between general characteristic like age, degree of satisfaction at relation of husband and wife, pattern of family and financial condition and dependence of having a job affect stress of married woman. Another assumption is the stress management is influenced by dependence of having a job. The result of verification shows that religion affects psychological stress. And length of marriage life affects family stress and income and health condition also affect stress of married woman. Housewives feel more psychological stress than married career woman but the result is opposite in the family stress. As the result, practical service like developing education program, policy for woman welfare, consulting agency on the level for social welfare must be provided.

선교적 교회론의 성경적 근거를 에큐메니컬과 복음주의에서 모두 수용하는 네 명의 신학자들의 연구를 통해 고찰하고, 레슬리 뉴비긴의 선교적 교회론의 의의와 문제점을 살펴본 후, 교회의 네 가지 속성을 통해 실제적으로 적용 가능한 선교적 교회론에 대해 논의하였다. Biblical basis of the missional church was discussed based on studies of four theologians who have been acknowledged by both ecumenical and evangelical circles. Then meanings and problems of the missional ecclesiology by Lesslie Newbigin was evaluated and the missional church based on four marks of the church which can be practically appliable was discussed.
