생활기술(Life skills) 향상을 위한 스크린 골프 시나리오 구성

본 연구는 골프를 통해 습득할 수 있는 생활기술을 향상시키기 위한 스크린 골프 프로그램의 시나리오를 구성하는데 목적이 있다. 골프, 생활기술과 관련된 다양한 문헌자료, 전문 골퍼들과의 심층면담과 관찰을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 총 5명의 전문 골퍼가 연구대상으로 참여하였고, 수집된 자료는 내용 분석법에 의해 분석되었다. 연구결과, 정용철과 류민정(2008)이 밝힌 7가지의 생활기술에 대한 개별 시나리오가 구성되었으며, 세부내용으로는 상황소개, 중재, 결과로 분류되었다. 지속적이고 조직적인 훈련과 연습을 통해 골프에서 습득된 생활기술은 일상생활로 전이될 수 있다는 측면을 고려하여 골프 상황 시나리오와 일상생활 시나리오를 동시에 구성하였다. 스크린 골프 시나리오는 대안적 교육방안의 시나리오 기법과 스토리텔링 기법과 관련하여 논의되었다. The purpose of this study was to create screen golf scenarios for improvement of life skills through golf. Data were collected from various literatures related to golf and life skills, interviews with five professional golfers, and observations. These data were analyzed using content analysis. For each of the seven life skills through golf that Chung and Lyu (2008) indicated, scenarios were created in golf situations and general life situations. Each scenario included the introduction of the situation, intervention, and result. The results showed that through organized practice and training, life skills can be transferred from the golf environment to actual life. The results of this current research were discussed in comparison with prior research related to scenario and storytelling technique as educational method.

As exercise craving needs to be examined in a systematic way, this research aims at investigating the profile of exercise craving, analyzing the characteristics of exercise participants’ exercise craving, and offers the basic data for follow-up study. Participants were the adults of 19 years old or older at a preparation stage, an action stage and a maintenance stage with the stages of exercise behavior as the standard. Total of 975 male and female participants was used for analysis. Results are as follows. First, it has been found out that there were differences in exercise craving depending on the characteristics of the exercise participants. Second, there were differences in exercise craving according to the stages of exercise behavior, and the stages of exercise behavior have been found to affect exercise craving. Third, it has been concluded that basic psychological needs and exercise craving are correlated and that autonomy, competence and relatedness have influence on exercise craving. Fourth, participation motivation has been found to have correlation with exercise craving and intrinsic and external motivation to affect exercise craving. Fifth, it has been shown that exercise emotion is correlated to exercise craving and that positive emotions exert an effect on exercise craving.
Hepatoprotective effects of Platycodon grandiflorum on acetaminophen-induced liver damage in mice

The protective effects of an aqueous extract from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC (Campanulaceae), Changkil (CK), on acetaminophen (APAP)-induced hepatotoxicities and the possible protective mechanisms involved were investigated in mice. Pretreatment with CK prior to the administration of APAP significantly prevented the increase in serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activity and hepatic lipid peroxidation in a dose-dependent manner. APAP-induced hepatotoxicity was also essentially prevented as evidenced by liver histopathology. Hepatic glutahione levels and glutathione-S-transferase activities were not affected by treatment with CK alone, but pretreatment with CK protected the APAP-induced depletion of hepatic glutathione levels. The effects of CK on cytochrome P450 (P450) 1A2 and 2E1, the major isozymes involved in APAP bioactivation, were investigated. In microsomal incubations, CK effectively inhibited P450 1A2-dependent methoxyresorufin O-deethylase activities and the P450 2E1-dependent p-nitrophenol and aniline hydroxylase. The results suggest that the protective effects of CK against the APAP-induced hepatotoxicity may, at least in part, be due to its ability to block P450-mediated APAP bioactivation.
