In the present study, we investigated the temporal-dependence of the effect of treadmill exercise on short-term memory, neuronal cell death, and cell proliferation in the hippocampal dentate gyrus following transient global ischemia in gerbils. Transient global ischemia impaired short-term memory function and increased apoptotic neuronal cell death and cell proliferation in the hippocampal dentate gyrus in gerbils. Treadmill exercise for 7 days improved ischemia-induced short-term memory and suppressed ischemia-induced increase in apoptosis and cell proliferation in gerbils. The most potent protective effect of treadmill exercise on ischemia-induced apoptosis was observed when started treadmill exercise at 24 h after ischemic insult. Here, we have shown that treadmill exercise alleviates ischemia-induced short-term memory impairment by suppressing apoptotic neuronal cell death in the hippocampus.

골프참여자의 건강지각과 운동재미 및 운동지속의 관계

[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between health-perception, exercise enjoyment and intention to continue exercise for golf participants. [Method] The subject for this research consisted of 238 customers who took a golf lesson in golf driving ranges around Seoul, Gyeonnggi, Daejeon. Daegu, Kangwon and Inchun. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling using SPSS Version 18.0. and Amos 18.0 program. [Result] The results showed that the health-perception of golf participants had a significant influence on the exercise enjoyment and intention to continue exercise. In addition, the exercise enjoyment also had a significant influence on the intention to continue exercise while the health-perception mediated by exercise enjoyment had an indirect influence on the intention to continue exercise. [Conclusion] Therefore golf leaders should seek not only the general golf skills but also various methods such as exercise effect on golf in order to have a good health perception for golf participants and they also should promote and educate them so that they can have excercise enjoyment. [목적] 본 연구는 서울, 경기, 대전, 대구, 강원, 인천지역에 소재한 골프연습장 이용객을 대상으로 골프참여자의 건강지각과 운동재미 및 운동지속의도에는 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 진행되었다. [방법] 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석과 상관관계분석을 실시하였고 모형을 설정한 뒤 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 통하여 변인간의 인과적 관계를 규명하였다. [결과] 이상과 같은 연구방법과 연구모형 검증을 기초로 하여 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프참여자들의 건강지각은 운동 재미에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프참여자들의 건강지각은 운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프참여자의 운동 재미는 운동지속의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프참여자의 건강지각과 운동지속의도의 관계에서 운동 재미는 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 따라서 골프참여자들에게 자신에 대한 바람직한 건강지각을 가질 수 있도록 골프지도자는 일반적인 골프 기술에만 치우치지 말고 골프에 대한 운동효과 등 다양한 방법을 모색해야하며, 운동에 대한 재미를 가질 수 있도록 홍보와 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

이미지 처리기법을 이용한 스캐너 용지 이송정밀도에 관한 연구

Two different types of paper feeding methods are widely used for modem printers and scanners. One of them is the flat-bed type, which utilizes a translating camera to scan the images on a stationary sheet. The other one is the sheetfed type, which requires continuous movement of the sheet. This study involves the precision of the paper feeding mechanism of the sheetfed type, which is known to be less precise. Test sheets were generated by printing straight lines in both machine and lateral directions, forming square patterns. The test sheets were. fed into the scanner, and the machine-direction line spacing of the scanned images was analyzed. It was determined that the paper speed momentarily changed three times: when the leading edge of paper contacted the guide plate, the moment the leading edge reached the pull roller, and the instant the trailing edge departed from the push roller. It appeared that the first two speed reductions were due to buckling of the sheet, while the last one was related to the loss of pushing force. For 0.1-mm-thick paper, the variation of sheet speed due to the loss of pushing force was approximately 50 percent of the average speed, while the effect of the impact at the leading edge was less significant. However, the trends reversed with thicker 0.35-mm paper. The momentary speed reduction of the thicker paper due to the impact at the leading edge was more prominent than that due to the loss of pushing force.

본 연구의 목적은 골프연습장의 서비스품질이 참여만족 및 운동지속의사에 미치는 영향을 통계적으로 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 서울과 경기지역의 각각 6곳의 골프연습장에서 373명의 자료가 실제 분석에 사용되었으며, 자료처리는 SPSS/PC+19.0 version을 이용하여 빈도분석과 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프연습장의 서비스품질의 하위요인 중 신뢰서, 공감성, 확신성은 참여만족의 하위요인 중 사회적 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 유형성, 확신성, 공감성은 환경적 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 교육적 만족과 신체적 만족에는 모든 요인이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프연습장의 서비스품질의 모든 하위요인이 운동지속의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프연습장 이용객의 참여만족의 하위요인 중 사회적, 교육적, 신체적 만족이 운동지속의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to define the effect of the golf practice center service quality on participation satisfaction and intention to continue exercise. 373 subjects were sampled from six golf practice centers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi region, and the frequency analysis, factor analysis and reliability multi regression analysis of survey results were conducted using the SPSS 19.0 program. The research findings are outlined as follows. First, the effect of golf practice center service quality on their participation satisfaction revealed this: Tangibility statistically influenced education satisfaction, physical satisfaction, and environmental satisfaction; assurance and empathy statistically influenced social satisfaction, education satisfaction, physical satisfaction and environmental satisfaction; and reliability statistically influenced social satisfaction, education satisfaction, and physical satisfaction. Second, the effect of golf practice center users' perceived service quality on their intention to continue exercise revealed this: Tangibility statistically influenced the possibility of continuing exercise; reliability influenced the intention to continue exercise; and assurance and empathy influenced the possibility of continuing exercise and the intention to continue exercise. Third, the effect of golf practice center users' (perceived service quality) on their participation satisfaction and intention to continue exercise revealed this: their social satisfaction, education satisfaction and environmental satisfaction statistically influenced the possibility of continuing exercise and the intention to continue exercise.
