        청소년기, 성년기, 중년기의 배려지향적 도덕성에 관한 연구

        This study investigated the relationships of care-oriented morality to gender and sex role identity among adolescents, young and middle-aged adults. Care-oriented morality was measured by the Ethic of Care Interview(ECI) while sex role identity was assessed by the Korean Sex Role Inventory(KSRI) with a sample of 115 men and 125 women between 16 and 59 years of age. Care-oriented morality of most of the subjects was on Level 2. For the young adults there was a significant difference between genders with females reporting higher care-oriented morality than males. For the middle-aged adults, there was a significant difference among sex role identity types, indicating that feminine individuals possessed higher care-oriented morality than masculine individuals. A significant difference between gender groups was also found with females reporting higher care-oriented morality than males.

        ‘청소년의 힘 북돋우기 프로그램’의 효과 연구 - 창의성, 자아존중감, 자기효능감을 중심으로 -

        본 연구에서는 ‘청소년의 힘 북돋우기 프로그램’의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. ‘청소년의 힘 북돋우기 프로그램’은 교과내용에 적절한 창의적 교수-학습방법을 도입한 ‘교과중심 창의성 프로그램’으로, 학생들의 기술·가정교과에 대한 이해도를 높임과 동시에 창의성을 신장시키는 데 초점을 두었다. 궁극적으로는 학습자인 청소년들이 가정생활이나 사회생활에서 직면하는 문제를 스스로 해결해 나가는 과정에서 자신에 대한 자신감을 갖고 건강하고 책임감있는 삶을 살도록 도와주는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 프로그램은 12차시의 활동으로 구성되어 있고, 학생들의 흥미를 유발하기 위해 매차시마다 다양한 활동유형과 매체를 사용하였다. 본 연구는 서울시와 수도권에 소재한 3개 중학교 1학년 학생 262명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 프로그램의 효과 검증을 위하여 연구대상을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 무작위 할당하였으며, 실험집단은 129명, 통제집단은 133명이었다. 실험집단에는 기술·가정교과의 ‘나와 가족의 이해’ 단원의 수업시간 동안 ‘청소년의 힘 북돋우기’ 프로그램을 실시하였고, 통제집단에는 기존의 기술·가정과 수업을 그대로 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 평균, 표준편차, 공변량분석(ANCOVA), 빈도, 백분율을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, ‘청소년의 힘 북돋우기 프로그램’은 청소년의 창의성 신장에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 청소년의 자아존중감 및 자기효능감 향상에 있어서도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

      • 간호조직문화가 간호사의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the Organizational Culture and the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors(OCBs) in nursing organization. Method: The study sample consisted of 420 nurses of two secondary medical institutions. The instruments used in this study were the nursing organizational culture questionnaire(Han, 2001) and organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire(Lee, 1998). The data were analysed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficients, multiple regression using the SPSS WIN 15.0 program. Result: The OCBs was positively correlated with all categories of organizational culture: innovative-oriented culture(r=.467, p<.001), relation-oriented culture(r=.398, p<.001), task-oriented culture(r=.383, p<.001), and hierarch-oriented culture(r=.218, p<.001). Organizational culture explained 32.0% of OCBs. Conclusions: In order to encourage OCBs, we should develop strategies to enhance the relation-oriented culture and task-oriented culture in nursing organization.

        뇌졸중 입원환자 가족간호자의 부담감과 우울

        This study was designed to evaluate the burden and depression perceived by family caregivers of hospitalized stroke patients and to assess their relationship with family caregivers` general characteristics and their relationship with each other. The subjects were 172 family care givers whose family members were admitted in 10 chinese medicine hospitals due to stroke. Burden was evaluated using burden scale composed of 29 questions which is categorized into 6 subscales and depression was evaluated using Korean version of CES-D which is composed of 20 questions. General characteristics of care givers were evaluated using questionnaire composed of 14 questions devised by the author. Data was analyzed by means of t-test, ANOVA and Pearson`s correlation using SPSS(R) window version. The results were as follows: Mean score of burden was 3.12. Family caregivers who were of sixty and over, who were patient`s spouses, who had been paying all the hospital fees, who perceived the severity of patient`s illness to be very serious, whose total care periods were 7 months or more, who had spent 16 hours or more in care during a day, who had no alternative care giver or who perceived themselves to be unhealthy showed significantly high scores of burden. Of the subscales of burden, score for time-dependent burden was the greatest(mean 4.02) and that for emotional burden was the lowest(mean 2.52) with statistical significance. Mean score of depression was 23.49. Family caregivers who were in their fifties, who were patient`s spouses, who were married rather than single, whose educational backgrounds were equal to or lower than those of lower secondary school, who perceived the severity of patient`s illness to be very serious, whose total care periods were 7 months or more, who had spent 16 hours or more in care during a day, who had no alternative care giver or who perceived themselves to be unhealthy showed significantly high scores of depression. Depression of family care givers was significantly correlated to their burden in every subscales.

        청소년이 지각한 아버지의 양육참여도가 청소년의 자기효능감과 성취동기에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of adolescents' perception of the fathers' child-rearing on their self-efficacy and achievement motivation. The subjects of this study were 456 adolescents from 3 middle schools located in Seoul and GyeonggiDo. The main results are as follows: (1) There was a significant correlation between the father's child-rearing involvement and the adolescent's self-efficacy. The father's 'day-to-day guidance' was the best predictor of the adolescent's self-efficacy. (2) There was a significant correlation between the father's child-rearing involvement and the adolescent's achievement motivation. The father's 'day-to-day guidance' was the best predictor in predicting the adolescent's achievement motivation. In conclusion, the adolescent's perceived father's child-rearing involvement were found to be significant variables in predicting the adolescent's self-efficacy and achievement motivation.

        실무지도자 활용 모델(Preceptorship) 경험후 시간경과에 따른 실무지도자(Preceptor)의 업무수행도와 직무만족도의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate variation in the job performance and satisfaction of nurses after Preceptors experienced Preceptorship. The subject of this study were 34 nurses working in a University Hospital G in Chinju selected as Preceptors and trained in Preceptorship. The data collection was conducted from April, 1999 to April, 2000. Park's(1981) modified questionnaire of Kron(1981) and Mayer(1977) was used to measure the nurses' job performance. Kim and park's(1988) modified questionnaire of Slavitt and Stamps(1978) was employed to measure the job satisfaction of the nurses. SPSS was employed to analyze general characteristics in real number and percentage. In order to investigate the variation in the job performance and satisfaction of the subjects, Repeated ANOVA measurements were used on the score variations at designated time intervals after the experience of Preceptorship. The results of this study is summarized as follows: To summarize the results of this study, both job performance and satisfaction tended to increase at the intervals of six and nine months and tended to decrease at the interval of nine months after the Preceptorship experience. Almost all the subcategories of job satisfaction tended to decrease at the interval of three months. It may be suggested as the conclusion of this study that the optimal time point for the re-education and re-motivation of Preceptors should be performed at the intervals of three and twelve months after the Preceptorship, when job performance and satisfaction showed significant decrease. In addition, active role performance of Preceptors and efficient Preceptorship operation should be achieved by exterior and interior reward systems such as programs for re-education of Preceptors, reasonable payment bonuses, incentives in personnel policy, official certification of Preceptorship, domestic and overseas training courses, and opportunity for acquisition of required expertise.

        전통 가족에서의 자녀양육 및 사회화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this documentary study was to investigate child rearing practice and socialization in the Choson Dynasty and to explore those implications in applying to parent education in modem times. The Confucian view of human beings, ideal man and child education was reviewed. The aim of socialization was to be Kun-Ja as a ideal man in the Confusian view. It was found that child rearing pratices in the Choson Dynasty was to emphasize prenatal education and close physical contact between mother and infant which gave emotional security of infant and strong mother/infant bond. Discipline was begun at about three years, but it was not severe. Socialization in childhood was largely concerned with mental attitude and right conduct on dairy life. It was emphasized to stand for congruence of knowledge and behavior. Thus, the methods of child education in traditional families was so valuable that is applicable to contemporary parent education program.
