A study on changes in the food service industry about keyword before and after COVID-19 using big data

2022 International Journal of Internet, Broadcasting an Vol.14 No.3

In this study, keywords from representative online portal sites such as NAVER, Google, and Youtube were collected based on text mining analysis technique using TEXTOM to check the changes in the restaurant industry before and after COVID-19. The collection keywords were selected as dining out, food service industry, and dining out culture. For the collected data, the top 30 words were derived, respectively, through the refinement process. In addition, comparative analysis was conducted by defining data from 2018 to 2019 before COVID- 19, and from 2020 to 2021 after COVID-19. As a result, 8272 keywords before COVID-19 and 9654 keywords after COVID-19, a total of 17926 keywords, were derived. In order for the food service industry to develop after the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to commercialize the recipes of restaurants to revitalize the distribution of home-use food products that replace home-cooked meals such as meal kits. Due to the social distancing caused by COVID-19, the dining out culture has changed and the trend has changed, and it has been confirmed that the consumption culture has changed to eating and delivering at home more safely than visiting restaurants. In addition, it has been confirmed that the consumption culture of existing consumers is changing to a trend of cooking at home rather than visiting restaurants.

Vol.1 No.2

I searched the recent murder cases for other criminal methods of homicides the monthly statistics of the local police agencies of the whole country, I found that there are many criminal cases where knives were used. Based on this finding, I decided to conduct my survey about kitchen knives. The statistics indicated more than five hundread male and female adults were reported to have committed murders. Of the 500 people, 21 used a kitchen knife to commit murder. This study showed that when people have a conflict, the kitchen knife is as a tool that can be easily changed into a weapon. If the points of the knife is round, more homicides could be avoided. If regulations were established, as we have with dagger when producing, selling or purchasing, I would assume that the number of the crimes with knives will be remarkably diminished. It is our responsibility to create a bill concerning regulatory standards in understanding the dangers of kitchen knives. We must immediately participate in active publicity campaigns.

The Effect of 0.5% Sodium Tetradecyl Sulfate on a Venous Lake Lesion

2008 Annals of Dermatology Vol.20 No.4

Background: A venous lake lesion is a venous ectasia that occurs on the exposed skin of elderly people. Although a number of therapies such as surgical excision, laser therapy, infrared coagulation, cryotherapy and sclerotherapy have been used to treat venous lakes, there is no guideline for treating this lesion. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine whether 0.5% sodium tetradecyl sulfate (STS) is effective for the treatment of venous lake lesions. Methods: Twelve patients with venous lake lesions were enrolled In this study. After proper antiseptic preparation, 0.5% STS was slowly injected into each subject's lesion, and this was followed by immediate compression for 10 minutes. Results: After treatment, all of the patients' lesions cleared completely. The average number of treatments was 2.15±1.28. Two patients experienced mild side effects such as light pain and paresthesia, and these soon disappeared. There were no serious side effects reported during treatment. The mean follow up period was 29.58±13.48 months. Conclusion: We have demonstrated that sclerotherapy with 0.5% STS was quite effective for treating venous lake lesions, and this treatment caused no serious adverse effects.
