        습식 체분리법을 이용한 알루미나분말 중의 조대입자 함량평가

        세라믹 분말을 이용하여 슬러리와 분산제의 농도에 따른 조대입자 함량평가에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 시판용의 알루미나 분말을 조대입자 분리용 시료로 사용하였으며, 분산제로는 sodium hexametaphosphate와 sodium polyacrylate를 사용하였다. 알루미나 농도의 증가 및 분산제 농도의 감소에 따라 조대입자의 함량이 증가하였다. 슬러리 내의 시료농도가 1.0wt%이고, 시료에 대해 1.0wt%의 분산제를 첨가하였을 때 조대입자의 함량이 가장 작게 측정됨을 알 수 있었다. 고분자 분산제인 sodium polyacrylate를 사용하여 sodium hexametaphosphate보다 조대입자의 함량이 크게 측정되었다. 실험횟수가 증가함에 따라, 체의 질량이 일정한 비율로 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 조대입자의 함량을 알고 있는 임의의 슬러리를 제조하여 실험을 실시한 결과, 본 연구에서 사용한 습식 체분리 방법은 조대입자 함량평가에 적합한 것으로 사료된다. The effects of solid and dispersant concentration was investigated by wet-sieving method for knowing the amount of coarse particle in fine powders. In the work alumina powders, sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium polyacrylate were used for preparing slurry. It was confirmed that the coarse particle mass increased by increasing alumina concentration and decreasing dispersant concentration. With systematic measurements we know that the alumina powder and dispersant of one weight percent(1.0wt%) were proper quantity for coarse particle mass measuring, respectively. Sodium polyacrylate as dispersant showed higher coarse particle mass than sodium hexametaphosphate. The sieve mass was decreased according to increase of experiment number. Based on experiments it was considered that wet-sieving method is good tool for measuring a coarse particle mass in fine powders.

        훈련기 고장 다빈도 품목의 체계 영향성 분석 연구

        Purpose: An improved target operational availability is required to maintain the combat readiness of a trainer plane. This study investigates the improvements in the failure rate of the trainer plane and its effect on the reliability, availability, and maintenance cost. Methods: The flight control system has an improved failure rate with a higher mean time between failure (MTBF) value. It is necessary to improve the failure rates of other subsystems, to meet the target operational availability. Results: The results improved the failure rate of items with frequent failures to meet the target operational availability of the trainer. Specifically, the operational availability and MTBF were improved by 8.6% and 194.4%, respectively. However, the propsed methed can reduce failure rates and operating maintenance costs by 45.3% and 34.3%, respectively. Conclusion: As a method of improving the target operational availability required for maintaining the combat readiness of the trainer, the impact on the reliability, availability, and operation maintenance cost of the trainer was analyzed when improving the failure rate of items with frequent failures.

        종합병원 의료인의 교육훈련 인식이 의료인 상호간 커뮤니케이션에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 종합병원 의료인의 교육훈련 인식이 의료인 상호간 커뮤니케이션에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행된 연구이다. 자료조사는 광주광역시, 전라남도 소재 29개 종합병원에서 근무하는 의료인 433명을 대상으로 2018년 6월 8일부터 2018년 6월 25일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 t-검정과 분산분석, 사후검정, 상관관계 및 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 인구사회학적 특성 및 건강관련 특성과 의료인 상호간 커뮤니케이션 차이를 검정한 결과 연령, 학력, 병상규모, 직업만족도, 소재지, 건강상태, 건강관리 교육경험, 우울경험에서, 교육훈련 인식은 연령, 병상규모, 직종, 급여수준, 의료기관 종류, 직업만족도, 소재지, 건강상태, 건강관리 교육경험, 만성질환 여부에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 의료인 상호간의 커뮤니케이션에 미치는 영향 요인으로 학력, 건강관련 교육경험에서 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 연령과 병상규모(801병상 이상), 직업만족도에서는 연령이 높을수록, 병상규모가 801병상 이상인 경우, 직업에 만족하지 못할수록 부정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 교육훈련 하부요인인 지원환경, 학습전이, 성과에서 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 교육훈련 계획수립 시 성과와 지원환경, 학습전이를 높일 수 있는 교육훈련 프로그램 구축이 필요하며, 의학 및 간호학생들의 교육 과정에 커뮤니케이션의 정규 교육과정을 도입. 의료인 상호간 커뮤니케이션을 높여 환자에게 안전한 의료서비스를 제공해야 할 것이다. This study was conducted to identify the effects of interpersonal communication between health care providers after receiving supplementary education. The participants of this study were 433 health care providers who work at 29 general hospitals in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanamdo Province. Data were collected from June 8 to June 25, 2018 and evaluated by t-tests, dispersion analysis, correlation analysis and stepwise regression. The results were produced by investigating interpersonal communications according to socio-demographic and health-related characteristics including age, education level, bed size of the hospital at which the participant worked, job satisfaction, hospital location, personal health status, experience with health care management and experience with depression. There were significant differences in communication observed according to supplemental education awareness regarding age, bed size of hospital, occupation, wage, type of medical institution of employment, job satisfaction, work location, health status, health care education experience and chronic disease. There were positive correlations between supplemental education awareness in health workers and their interpersonal communication. The factors that had positive effects on interpersonal communication were level of education and health-related education experience, while age, hospital bed size and job dissatisfaction had negative effects. Finally, support environment, learning transfer and results were identified as sub-factors of supplemental education. Based on the results above, it was proposed that educational training to enhance results, provide a supportive environment and foster learning transfer be developed to increase communication between health workers and provide a safe health service for patients.

        가격경직성과 산업연관관계

        본 논문은 산업수준에서의 가격경직성과 투입산출표에 나타나는 산업연관의 특징 간의 관계에 대한 이론 및 실증분석이다. 본 논문의 이론에 의하면 다수의 투입물 공급자 및 생산물 수요자와 거래하는 독점적 경쟁기업은 가격조정을 할 때마다 발생하는 메뉴비용과 가격조정에서 오는 이득을 서로 상쇄시키면서 그 이윤을 극대화한다. 이 경우 상위 가공단계 산업 및 하위가공단계 산업과의 직접적인 연관관계가 증가할수록 가격이 더욱 빈번히 조정된다. 본 논문의 실증분석은 이론의 예측을 지지한다. 실증분석은 미국 주요 산업의 가격경직성 정도와 투입산출표에 나타난 산업들의 연관도 간의 관계를 조사하여 가격경직성에 대한 새로운 실증적 증거를 제시한다. 따라서 사용된 시계열 및 횡단면 표본데이터는 산업들의 가격조정비용의 성격과 가격경직성에 대한 새 케인스 경제학적인 설명을 지지한다. The present study provides a needed theoretical and empirical examination of the relationship between the stickiness of price adjustment at the industry level, and the input-output table characterization of inter-industry linkages. According to the theory, the higher linkage an industry has with other upstream input-supply industries and other downstream output-demand industries, the more frequently the industry will tend to change its prices. Monopolistically competitive firms facing large numbers of input suppliers and output demanders tend to trade off the benefit of more frequent price adjustments against the menu cost they have to incur each time they change prices. The empirical part of this paper presents new empirical evidence on price stickiness by examining the relationship between the degree of price stickiness in major U.S. industries and their underlying characteristics manifest in the economy-wide input-output table. Therefore our sample of time-series and cross-section data supports the New Keynesian explanation of the nature of the adjustment cost and the stickiness of price setting across industries.

        농업 및 수산업 정책금융의 비교 연구

        The pollution in the coastal sea is being aggravated because of frequent happening of red tide and oil leakage from tankers. The Exclusive Economic Zone is being drawn in the seas surrounding Korean Peninsula. Therefore, the fisheries in Korea is under a great change in their production base. On the other hand, the fisheries have been considered as a part of agriculture in policy making and financial support. The thesis compares agriculture with fisheries in the fund demands and financial supports. It tries to find a way in the efficient allocation of fund for the two industries. The fund demand of a typical fishing household is greater than that of a typical farm household. The fund used by a fishery household is more dependent on debt than that of a farm household. Therefore, the internal financing ability of a fishery household is weaker than that of a farm household. The repaying ability of a fishery household is weaker than that of a farm household because a fishery household`s income is less than a farm household`s. When we analyze the uses of fund, the fishing industry has some disadvantage in fund uses. The financial support for the fisheries` structural change is weaker than that for agriculture. The fishing industry has some disadvantage in the investment and subsidy rates. Also, the loan period for fisheries is shorter on average than that for agriculture. When we analyze the sources of the fund, the fisheries` banking sources are greater than the government`s sources, which is relatively stable. Therefore, the fisheries will be more heavily affected by the liberalization of banking industry and system than the agriculture will. The government needs to change the shortcomings in the sources and uses of fund. First, it needs to use the fund, considering the characteristics of the industry and producers` financing ability. Second, it needs to adjust the sources of fund to the liberalization of financial system.

      • 비전을 이용한 차량 및 차선 변경 실시간 인지 시스템에 관한 연구

        Introduce an approach to detect information about lane and vehicle for driver assistance, or lane change assistant system. Most previous research works could only detect the lanes or vehicle separately. However, the combination of lane information and vehicle information is able to support the lane keeping system, or lane change system, and to improve the reliability of results. For lane change assistant system (LCAS), it must detect frontal lanes and discover other vehicles around the host vehicle. Therefore, in this study, we use a vision system including three cameras, two of them are installed under the right and left wing mirrors, the left one is equipped on the windscreen of the host vehicle. Images from the camera are used to detect three lanes, and detect multiple vehicles.
