Perchlorate에 파과된 이온교환수지의 생물학적 재생에 관한 연구
In this study, a combined bio-regeneration and ion-exchange system was developed to provide more efficient removal of perchlorate, and to make it easier for engineers to apply the novel bio-regeneration technology. In addition, two kinds of anion-exchange resins, A520E (nitrate-selective) and A530E (perchlorate-selective), were compared to find out which one would be more feasible for this bio-regeneration system. Use of perchlorate reducing bacteria (PRB) was demonstrated to be very efficient in degrading perchlorate that had been adsorbed onto resins. The bio-regeneration efficiency of perchlorate-laden resins increased with the amount of flow passed through the IX column. When the fully exhausted resin was bio-regenerated for 10 days at the flowrate of 2 BV/min and MLSS concentration of 80 mg/L, almost 100 % of ion-exchange capacity was recovered. Both resins were very stable and their perchlorate-exchange capacity barely changed throughout the repeated exhaustion and bio-regeneration cycles. A520E resin had higher bio-regeneration efficiency than A530E under all conditions, due probably to the fact that the perchlorate ion is more strongly bonded to the functional group of perchlorate-selective A530E resin. Measurement of perchlorate concentrations in the column effluents also revealed that the amount of perchlorate eluted from A520E resin was higher than that from A530E resin. Since only 10 to 20 % of perchlorate was eluted from the resin during 10 days of bio-regeneration, the main mechanism of bio-regeneration appears to be the direct reduction of perchlorate by PRB on the resin. Since this bio-regeneration technology does not generate intractable regeneration by-products, such as spent brine, it appears that this system holds promise for more successful and cost-effective application of ion-exchange for perchlorate removal.
In the field of development of human interface technology, the interactions between human and machine are important. The research on emotion recognition helps these interactions. This paper presents an algorithm for emotion recognition based on personalized speech signals. The proposed approach is trying to extract the characteristic of speech signal for emotion recognition using PLP (perceptual linear prediction) analysis. The PLP analysis technique was originally designed to suppress speaker dependent components in features used for automatic speech recognition, but later experiments demonstrated the efficiency of their use for speaker recognition tasks. So this paper proposed an algorithm that can easily evaluate the personal emotion from speech signals in real time using personalized emotion patterns that are made by PLP analysis. The experimental results show that the maximum recognition rate for the speaker dependant system is above 90%, whereas the average recognition rate is 75%. The proposed system has a simple structure and but efficient to be used in real time.

Concerning the real-estate compulsory evacuation, I wish to present practical drawbacks and a reasonable solution to whether the creditor should take over the corporeal movables that has been taken out or not and to the contrary, whether the creditor can keep the corporeal movables in that real-estate if he or she want to.
