Korean local governments have made a variety of efforts to improve the efficiency and performance of Public Traditional Music Orchestras by restructuring their operational and managerial systems. Since music performance shows intangible properties and is affected by exogenous environmental variables such as population and area of local governments, this paper employs a “quality-incorporating” and “environment-adjusting” technique of data envelopment analysis (DEA) to measure the performance efficiency of 25 local traditional music orchestras. While CCR and BCC models are applied, the paper shows a distinction in a relative efficiency between the orchestras being operated by metropolitan¬provincial governments and those by city-county governments. The results indicate to what extent the performance of each orchestra depends on each of their input resources and output performance. In addition, they suggest that alternative forms of their resource allocations appear to induce a higher level of local public music orchestras’ performance efficiency. 최근 지방자치단체 국악예술단의 비효율적 운영에 따른 문제점이 계속 부각되면서 비영리법인 혹은 책임운영기관으로 법적 지위의 전환이 주장되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공립 국악예술단에 제공하는 공연서비스의 공급구조를 파악하여 그 운영의 효율성을 실증적으로 분석한다. 국악공연서비스의 무형문화재적 특성을 반영하는 질적 산출물을 포함하고, 지역 공공재적 성격에 따른 외부 환경요소를 반영하여, 산출지향적 CCR모형과 BCC모형에 기초한 자료포락분석(DEA)을 행하였다. 전체 25개 국악예술단에 대한 분석 결과는 다소 차이가 있으나, 대부분이 순수기술효율성의 측면에서 비효율적으로 운영되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 최적 규모이상의 투입요소에 의해 비효율적으로 운영되는 20개 단체들은 각각 해당 준거집단의 투입ㆍ산출요소를 벤치마킹하여 도출한 최적화 값에 따라 적절한 수준의 규모 축소를 필요로 하며, 규모 수익체증의 형태를 띠는 국악예술단의 경우 인력과 예산의 투입을 증대시키는 규모의 확대를 통한 효율성 향상이 요청되고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 효능감과 역할수행능력과의 관계를 알아보고 유아교사의 효능감이 역할수행능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 전라남도에 소재한 공사립유치원에 재직중인 교사 110명이었다. 본 연구에서는 유아교사의 효능감 및 역할수행능력을 알아보기 위하여 교사용 설문지를 사용하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면 유아교사의 효능감과 역할수행능력과의 관계는 모두 관련이 있다고 볼 수는 없으나 유아교사의 효능감이 역할수행능력에 끼치는 영향은 부분적으로 유의미한 설명력이 있었다. 교육과정 설계자·상담자 및 조언자·일과 계획 및 수행자로서의 역할은 각각 개인적 교수효능감과 더 높은 상관을 보였고 연구자·행정업무 및 관리자로서의 역할은 효능감과 더 높은 상관을 나타내었다. The Purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the efficiency of children's teacher and the recognition of role performing ability and to find out how the efficiency of children's teacher has an effect on the recognition of role performing ability. The subject of this study is 110 teachers working at kindergartens in Jeollanam-do and the questionnaires for teachers was used to examine the efficiency of children's teachers and the recognition of role performing ability in this study. The results of this study is as follows: First, the efficiency of children's teachers and the recognition of role performing ability couldn't be judged that they had relevance in all aspects but the effect of efficiency of children's teachers on the recognition of role performing ability partly had a significant realtionship. Second, the role as a curriculum designer and counselor or an advisor, a daily work planner and an accomplisher showed higher correlation with the individual efficiency of children's teachers than the general efficiency of children's teachers and the role as a resercher and a person of administrative affairs or an administrator showed higher correlation with the general efficiency of children's teachers. Therefore, this study suggests that the way to enhance the efficiency of teachers is needed to improve the effective role performing ability of teachers and the positive teacher management education and education research chance should be prepared.

중국인 학습자의 한국어 연결어미 번역 양상 연구 -전래동화의 역번역을 통한 중간언어 고찰을 중심으로-

This study examines the translation patterns of Korean conjunctions on the back translation texts of Korean traditional fairy tales written by Chinese learners. The study first discussed the selection process of traditional fairy tales and the educational value of interlanguage. Next, the back translation texts written by 30 Chinese learners were collected. Then, the study conducted unstructured interviews to analyze the translation patterns of Korean conjunctions on the back translation texts of Korean traditional fairy tales from both intra-linguistic and non-linguistic aspects. The results are as follows. First, Chinese learners encounter difficulties in distinguishing the meanings of similar Korean conjunctions. Second, in learning Korean conjunctions, the learners are influenced by their native language, educational environment, textbooks, and even translation strategies. This study employed back translation as a tool for teaching Korean conjunctions. The research is meaningful because it examined how Chinese learners build up their grammatical systems through the process of learning Korean conjunctions. A follow-up study will present a practical method for teaching Korean conjunctions. .

말뭉치를 활용한 ‘-고’와 ‘-어서’의 사용 양상 분석 연구 - 중국인 초급 학습자를 중심으로 -

This study shows the necessity of an effective grammar teaching method that can help Chinese beginner learners to communicate precisely in Korean to avoid them using ‘-go’ and ‘-eoseo’ incorrectly. To achieve that, the errors made by Chinese learners are analyzed in this study based on the Korean corpus released by National Institute of Korean Language. The aspects that have to be considered to make the teaching methods are discussed based on the result. The study first found that after showing beginner students the grammar item, focusing on the morphological characteristics, reinforced input of various conjugation of verbs and meaningful practices are needed. Next, semantical and syntactic errors of using ‘-go’ and ‘-eoseo’ are found. For ‘-go’, errors of violating grammatical restriction, semantic confusion errors and interference from native language are found. For ‘-eoseo’, errors of violating grammatical restriction are found. This shows that it is difficult for Chinese learners to understand the usages of ‘-go’ and ‘-eoseo’. This study is meaningful in terms of describing effective teaching methods of ‘-go’, ‘-eoseo’ for Chinese beginner learners.
