        발레 수업의 효율적 운영 방법에 관한 연구

        The ballet class is highly organized. Therefore, management of ballet class includes solving complicated internal subjects. In this thesis, it has been investigated how the classic ballet class could be performed with high efficiency. managing the ballet class. The movement of the ballet class should be repetitive practice to develop the use of correct muscles, and comprises a barre followed by a center. At the barre dancers learn and practice exercises that are the components of the steps in the center portion of class. Dancers explore their attributes, develop their kinesthetic sense, access their mental capabilities, and sculpt the body to make it ready for the work in the center. In the center section of the class, dancers exercise in order to practice classical arm positions and movements; learning spatial directions and classical poses; executing small and large jump, leap, and hopping steps alone or in combinations; practicing introductory, transitional, and turning movements; and learning slow and fast steps and later executing them in combinations. The teacher gives the highly organized exercises and combinations; the students perform that, and the teacher responds to their performance with constructive feedback. Safety in the classroom is also teacher"s responsibility. Rules at the barre and in the center provide a predetermined system for students moving in an orderly manner using correct protocols throughout the class. Time management and class atmosphere in which teacher-students interaction occurred with observation and through verbal and nonverbal feedback should be created by teacher.

        환경경영활동이 환경경영성과에 미치는 영향과 환경경영성과의 상호관련성

        This study analyzes effects of environmental management activities on various environmental business performance and relationships among those performances. According to analysis results, environmental improvement activities gives no significant effect on environmental business performances. Activities for strengthening environmental capacity are analyzed to give significant effect on environmental performances but no effects on strategic and financial performances. In terms of relationships among performances, it is analyzed that environmental performance gives significant effect on strategic performance but no significant effect directly on financial performance. Strategic performance gives significant effect directly on financial performance. Environmental improvement activities give no significant direct effect and indirect effects through environmental and strategic performance on financial performance. In case of the relationship of activities for strengthening environmental capacity and financial performance, indirect effects on financial performance via environmental and strategic performance respectively are insignificant but indirect effect via both performances together is significant. Overall total effects are shown to be significant. Research results suggest that direct impact of environmental activities on business performance and relationships among various performances need to be considered in evaluating environmental business activities. 본 연구에서는 환경경영활동이 다양한 관점의 환경경영성과에 미치는 영향과 환경경영성과의 상호관련성을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 환경개선활동은 다양한 관점의 환경경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않으며, 환경역량강화활동은 환경적성과에 대하여 유의한 영향을 미치지만 전략적성과와 재무적성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 환경경영성과의 상호관련성에 대해서는 환경적성과가 전략적성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지만 재무적성과에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 전략적성과는 재무적성과에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석된다. 또한 환경개선활동은 재무적성과에 대한 직접효과와 환경적성과 및 전략적성과에 의한 간접효과가 모두 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 환경역량강화활동과 재무적성과의 관계에 대하여 환경적성과와 전략적성과 각각의 매개효과는 유의하지 않은 반면에 환경적성과와 전략적성과를 모두 거치는 매개효과는 유의하며 이에 따라 전반적인 간접효과와 직접효과를 포함하는 총효과는 유의한 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 환경경영활동이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향은 환경경영활동의 직접적인 영향과 함께 다양한 환경경영성과의 상호관련성을 종합적으로 평가해야 할 것으로 본다.

        고구마껍질 주원료인 식물 혼합물의 RAW264.7 대식세포에서 면역활성 증진효과

        This study aimed to investigate the immunostimulatory effect of a sweet potato peel-based plant mixture, including Platycodon grandiflorum, Codonopsis lanceolata and corn silk, on RAW264.7 macrophages. We tested the immunostimulatory effect of 12 plant extracts, individually, in terms of nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW264.7 macrophages. NO production of Platycodon grandiflorum, Codonopsis lanceolata, and corn silk extracts (PG, CL, CS) in RAW264.7 macrophages was significantly higher than that of other plant extracts (p<0.05). The cytotoxicity and production of NO and cytokines by PG, CL, CS, and weet potato peel extract (SP) in RAW264.7 macrophages were determined. The production of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-1β, and IL-6 in PG, CL or CS-treated RAW264.7 macrophages was significantly higher than that of SP-treated ones (p<0.05). Immunostimulatory effect of the extract from plant mixture containing Platycodon grandiflorum, Codonopsis lanceolata, corn silk, and sweet potato peel in the ratio 1:1:0.5:3 (w/w) was significantly higher than that of SP extract alone, and was similar or higher than that of PG, CL, and CS, on RAW264.7 macrophages (p<0.05). Therefore, the extract from plant mixture may be considered as a potential candidate for the development of functional food materials for enhancing immune activity.

        소규모 지역 공동체 건강지도자의 마을 건강문화 가꾸기 활동 경험

        Purpose: This study aims to understand the experience of health culture nururing activities among small local community health leaders using a qualitative research method. Methods: Data was collected via structured questionnaire from 13 health leaders at the Primary Health Care Post from May 14 to July 20, 2018. The researcher conducted a qualitative analysis computer assisted qualitative data analysis software (CAQDAS), NVivo Pro 12. Results: Health leaders encouraged the residents to participate in various health programs through persuasion and with responsibility. Community health leaders experienced confidence and formed good habits, communicating and harmonizing with their residents. As a result, they became positive health role models. Conclusion: In order to increase health leaders’ competence and encourage the participation of the residents in the community, systematic and continuous education is necessary, taken the characteristics of community into account. Also, qualitative research on the effects of the health village development project on the quality of life for its residents is required.

        영아자(Phyteuma japonicum Miq.)의 성분 조성

        산채식물인 영아자(Horned Rampion ; Phyteuma japonicum Miq.)의 영양학적인 가치를 평가코져 야생 및 평지재배 시료를 잎과 줄기로 구분하여 일반성분, 비타민 C, 유리당, 무기물, 핵산관련물질, 구성 아미노산 및 유리아미노산을 분석하였다. 야생과 재배 영아자의 회분은 1.2∼2.7%의 범위였고, 조지방과 조단백질은 재배시료가 조섬유는 야생시료에서 더 높은 함량으로 정량되었고, 전당은 두 시료간에 대차를 보이지 않았다. 비타민 C는 줄기보다는 잎에서 재배시료보다는 야생시료에서 더 높게 정량되었다. 유리당은 야생 및 재배시료 모두 glucose, frucose 및 sucrose가 잎보다 줄기에서 높게 정량되었다. 무기물은 총 9종이 분석되었는데 이중 칼슘의 함량이 가장 높아 재배시료의 경우 잎은 34374.0㎎/㎏, 즐기는 9584.1㎎/㎏였고, 그 다음으로 칼륨, 마그네슘의 순으로 많았으며, 야생시료도 비슷한 경향을 보였다. 핵산 관련물질은 CMP, UMP, IMP, AMP 및 hypoxanthine이 동정되었는데 잎과 줄기 모두 야생시료에서는 hypoxanthine이, 재배시료에서는 AMP가 월등히 높게 정량되었다. 구성아미노산은 총 17종으로 야생시료에서는 glutamic acid, 재배시료는 잎의 경우 aspartic acid, 줄기의 경우 glutamic acid의 함량이 가장 많았다. 유리아미노산은 총 29종이 동정되었고 야생시료의 잎에서는 glutamic acid, 줄기에서는 γ-aminoisobutyric acid, 재배시료의 줄기에서는 asparagine이 가장 높은 함량으로 정량되었다. This research is to establish the basic data of the nutritive value and improve our diet. In the part of th leaf and stem of the wild cultivated horned rampion(Phyteuma japonicum Mig), the components such as chemical composition, vitamin C, free sugar, mineral, nucleotide and its related compounds, composition and free amino acid were analyzed one after another. Content of the crude lipids and proteins was determined much higher in its wildness than in its cultivated horned rampion ; while, that of carbohydrates was higher in the former than in the latter. The content of vitamin C was retained higher in the leaf than in the stem horned rampion. And the content of calcium among the detected minerals was outstanding in all of the samples collected, and potassium and magnesium was the next ones in its order. The main components of free sugars in both the wild and cultivated horned rampion were glucose and fructose, and their content was higher in the stem than in the leaf. Nucleotide and its related compounds were identified with 5 kinds of nuciotides such as CMP, UMP, IMP, AMP and hypoxanthine(Hx), and the content of Hx and AMP was the highest in the wild and cultivated samples, respcetively. In the composition amino acid of the wild horned rampion, glutamic acid, aspartic acid and phenylalanine was outstandingly abundant; while, such amino acid as methionine and proline was small and besides cysteine couldn't be detected in the stem. Total amounts of composition amino acid in the leaf was 2118.0 and 1120.1㎎% in the wild and cultivated sample, respectively. In the free amino acid of horned rampion, the total amount ranged from 8.5 to 50.1㎎%, which were lower level than that of composition amino acid. But the number of free amino acid was 29 kinds, which was bigger in its number than of composition amino acid detected 17 kinds.

        고로쇠 및 대나무 수액간장의 성분조성

        맥주효모박 중의 단백질 함량은 41.7%. 탄수화물은 46.0%이었다. 주요 무기질은 K. P, Mg, Ca이었으며, 이들의 함량은 각각 1659.7㎎%, 1,197.4㎎%, 210.4㎎% 및 105.6㎎% 이었다. 맥주효모박 중의 주요 비타민은 비타민 C와 비타민 B군이었으며 이들의 함량은 각각 7.9IU/100g 및 4.2IU/100g이었다. 맥주효모박의 자가소화 최적반응농도는 10% 였으며, 자기소화 촉진 및 오염방지제로 사용된 에탄올과 NaCl의 최적 농도는 맥주효모 현탁액의 경우 NaCl 3% 첨가구에서, 빵효모현탁액의 경우 NaCl 5% 첨가구에서 가장 효과적이었다. NaCl의 첨가에 의한 자가촉진효과는 맥주효모박보다 빵효모에서 더 우수하였다. 또한 맥주 효모현탁액에 에탄올을 첨가한 경우, 에탄을 첨가 농도에 따른 자가소화 촉진효과의 차이는 나타나지 않았으며, 빵효모 현탁액에 에탄올을 첨가한 경우 에탄올 3%첨가구에서 가장 효과적이었다. 이들의 결과로 볼 때 에탄올의 첨가에 의한 자가소화 촉진효과 또한 맥주효모박에 비해 빵효모가 더 우수하였다. 맥주 효모박을 자가소화시킨 후 g1ucanase의 첨가는 정미 성이 강한 IMP와 GMP의 함량을 160% 정도 증가시 켰다. The optimum condition for production of yeast extract by autolysis and enzymatic method were studied with waste brewers' yeast. The major components of brewer's yeast in proximate compositions were carbohydrate (46.0%) and protein (41.7%). There was a little appreciable difference in the promaximate composition of waste brewers' and bakery yeast. The major minerals were identified as K, P, Mg and Ca, and their contents were about 1,659.7%, 1,197.4㎎%, 210.4㎎% and 105.6㎎%, respectively. The major vitamins were identified as vitamin C and vitamin B group, and their contents were about 7.9IU/100g and 4.2IU/100g, respectively. The optimum yeast concentration in the reaction suspension was 10%(w/v) waste brewer's yeast slurry. The protein content in brewer's yeast extract was increased with addition of NaCl as plasmolyzers. However, the plasmolyzer effect of ethanol a little showed as the concentration increasd from 3%-7%. The 5'-nucleotides(5'-GMP and 5'-IMP) content in brewer's yeast extract was increased with addition of glucanase. The total content of 5'-nucleotides (5'-GMP and 5'-IMP) increased by 160% than those by the autolysis of waste brewer's and bakery yeast.
