The purpose of this study is to derive basic data and practical and policy implications for human rights improvement by investigating the actual conditions of the human rights situation of migrant female workers living in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The research method was surveyed on the working and human rights environment of workers of Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Philippines, and Uzbekistan, and analyzed using SPSS 21.0. As a result of the study, the work environment was poor and exposed to the risk of accidents, but safety and health education was not provided. In addition, he has experience in human rights violations, and has endured that he would quit the company even if he was violated, and he had low satisfaction with the actions of the perpetrators of human rights and did not know much about human rights education. In the future, it is necessary to implement special protection laws for migrant women workers, systematic education on human rights, Korean language, and safety, and support for exchanges, medical care, and shelters for their own people. 본 연구는 광주광역시에 거주하는 이주여성노동자의 인권 상황에 대한 실태를 조사하여 인권 개선을 위한 기초자료와 실천적・정책적 함의를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법은 캄보디아・베트남・중국・필리핀・우즈베키스탄 국적의 노동자를 대상으로 작업・인권 환경을 설문조사하였으며 SPSS 21.0 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 작업환경은 열악하여 사고 위험에 노출되어 있으나 안전보건교육이 이루어지지 않고 있었다. 또한 인권침해 경험이 있으며 인권침해를 당해도 회사를 그만 둘까봐 참았으며 인권침해 가해자 조치에 대한 만족감이 낮고 인권교육에 대해 잘 알지 못했다. 향후 이주여성노동자를 위한 특별한 보호법 시행과 더불어 인권・한국어・안전에 대한 체계적 교육, 자국민교류・의료・쉼터 지원 등이 필요하다.
문화교수법을 활용한 한국어 교수방법 연구 - 광주시 외국인 유학생을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to improve communication skills for international students using culture. Cultural teaching methods were searched for a Korean education method to emphasizes socio - cultural context, historical, and situational context based on constructivism. The cultural methodology is a method of teaching Korean to find cultural characteristics, to apply, to express, and to understand the cultural aspects of both learners' culture and Korean culture. The study proposed "appreciation - explanation - experience - expression" as a Korean teaching model using cultural methodology. The actual practice of Korean language education using Samulnori, a Korean traditional culture art also are applied to this study. It is desirable that Korean language education for communication to be integrated language and culture. For this purpose, in the field of Korean language education, it is necessary to change not only the content and cultural educational methodology but also the attitude toward to the language and culture in consciousness of teachers and learners.
