Atrial septal defect (ASD) is the most common congenital cardiac anomaly, accounting for 30 percent of congenital heart disease detected in the adult. Many patients with ASD are well tolerated and reach adult without significant symptoms. Reports of familial ASD are rare. Recently we experienced two cases of ASD, which one is a 20-year-old man who is younger brother and the other is a 21-year-old man who is older brother, so we report them with a review of the literature.

Small bowel tumors comprise less than 5% of gastrointestinal neoplasm. Because of their rarity, a correct diagnosis is very difficult and often delayed. Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST) are spindle cell tumors occuring mainly in adults with 5-year survivals of 50-56% and 10-year survivals of 35-43%. It is difficult that we concluded clinical manifestation of GIST. At the time of diagnosis, we already consider metastatic lesions as malignancy, which is suggested poor prognosis. Patients frequently complain vague intermittent abdominal pain. Occasionally they experience severe colicky pain because of tumor-induced partial intestinal obstruction. Factors playing a prominent role in predicting their biological behavior are tumor site, size, and degree of mitotic activity. Recently, we experienced one case of duodenal benign GIST in a 23-year-old woman who had epigastric pain and intermittent melena, so we report it with a review of the literature.

데이컴법을 이용한 도시재생지원센터 전문인력 직무분석

본 연구는 도시재생지원센터에서 근무하는 전문인력의 직무모형을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 직무모형은 직무 정의와 직무 차트로 구성된다. 직무분석은 데이컴법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 현장 전문가로 구성된 데이컴 위원회와 도시재생지원센터 전문인력이 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 9개의 책무와 38개의 작업이 도출되었다. 9개 책무는 정책지원, 계획수립, 사업추진, 협업, 역량강화, 주민참여, 일자리·창업, 생활SOC, 홍보가 산출되었다. 도시재생지원센터(기초센터)와 도시재생현장지원센터(현장센터) 간의 직무의 작업별 중요도, 난이도, 빈도 차이가 존재함을 확인하였다. 중요성이 높고, 난이도가 높은 16개 직무는 재교육이 우선적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다. 또한, 도시재생지원센터 전문인력에서 핵심 직무는 주민과의 관계형성과 갈등 해결과 관련된 대민원 작업군과 외부 지원기관 지원사업에 대한 이해력이 요구되는 기획력 관련 작업군인 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따른 도시재생지원센터 전문인력 직무분석에 대한 함의와 제언을 제시하였다. 지역별 편차, 높은 이직률, 우수인력의 유출과 확보를 위해 도시재생센터 전문인력의 처우개선과 단일 임금 체계가 요구되며, 센터의 역할, 근무여건, 보수체계에 따른 지침이 필요하다. 또한, 도시재생사업 직무 특성이 협업으로 극복할 수 없다고 판단하여 지속가능한 도시 활성화를 위해 독자적인 전문인력 양성을 위해 국가자격제도 마련이 필요함을 강조하였다.

영상언어와 문학

Image is the most powerful medium in this era and the cultures by image are occupying the dominant area in the contemporary field of cultures. But the evolutionary process of image cultures shows that the newly emergent image culture replaces consecutively the previous one and pushes the olds to the boundary, moreover, to the loss of their vital force. The digital image culture arrives at the zenith of this process and at the same time, operates as a decisive moment of transforming the nature and the function of image. Now, with the digital image, image culture not only arranges the past and fulfills the present, but also possesses in advance the future, and therefore, it incarnates the idea of the infinite possibilities of human behavior. But strictly, these possibilities are realized as fantasm. That is, digital image culture intervenes in the reality as the imaginary phantasms in the name of the real. The twofold outmoded cultures, that is, on the one hand, the literature, the core of analog cultures, and on the other hand, the situation of being outmoded of image cultures themselves induce the radical reflection of the contemporary cultural situation and urge us on the groping for the true culture. 이 논문은 오늘날 이미지가 지배적인 문화적 매체로서 작동하고 있는 양상의 근원을 살피고 그 진화과정을 추적하는 한편 점점 문화의 주변으로 밀려나고 있는 문학이 현재 의 영상문화의 지배 현상을 반성적으로 사유함으로써 영상문화와 문학의 공존의 길을 찾을 수 있는지를 탐문한다. 그러한 탐색의 결과로서 첫째, 영상문화가 연속적인 매체의 교체를 통해서 발전했으며, 그 교체과정은 후발 영상문화의 성공과 앞선 영상문화의 몰 락이라는 이중적 양상을 통해 전개되었고, 둘째, 오늘날 지배적인 영상문화는 엄격한 의미에서 디지털을 매질로 하는 문화로서 재래적인 영상문화와 근본적으로 다른, ‘분해와 합성’이라는 존재태를 가지면서, 미래의 선취와 가능성의 무한이라는 환영을 제공하면서, 현재의 끝모르는 향유 속으로 문화향수자를 몰아가고 있으며, 셋째, 이러한 환영의 지배 가 유발하는 정신적 왜곡과 이데올로기적 은페에 대해, 문학과 더불어 ‘몰락한’ 영상문화 가 함께 비판적이고 반성적인 작용을 가할 수 있음을 추론하였다.

한국시사에서의 문자적인 것의 기능적 변천 - 이상(李箱)으로부터 기형도에 이르는 긴 여정 안에서

One of the characteristics of Korean Lyrics, and besides little known, is the dialogical form. It has caused the predominance of ‘the audible.’ Whereas the emergence of ‘the literal’ has been started by the aspiration to appropriate ‘the modern (mode of existence)’ for which the theoretical argumentations were expressed by Kim, ki-rim. The pure literal poetry was attempted by Yi, sang. Kim, Soo-young and the 4.19 generation have attached great importance to ‘the literal’ and took the ‘hangul’(Korean alphabet) as the powerful instrument to set up the basic format of Korean Modern Literature. While the ‘literal’ was the sign of the ‘modern’ for Yi, sang and Kim, ki-rim, it became that of the ‘Modern Korean literature’ for Kim, Soo-young and 4.19 generation. Korean Modern Literature has been developed smoothly by the autonomy and structural stability of hangul. This function of ‘the literal’ was challenged by the 1980s’ poets. The poet Lee, Seong-bok opposed ‘the oral’ against ‘the literal’ that had been considered as the representative of the dominant ideology. His poetic history has continued to try to wake ‘the oral’ that had been oppressed by the literal. However, The poet Ki, Hyung-do of the next generation who had been influenced by Lee, Seong-bok couldn’t abandon ‘the literal’ because he had perceived that the revival of the paroles of the society of his era didn’t function as the revolt against the dominance of the fixed ideas. Therefore, his poetic strategy seeks the deconstruction of ‘the literal’, within ‘the literal’, through the literal virtuosity. 전통적 한국시가의 특성 중의 하나는 대화성이며, 이는 청각적인 것의 우세라는 현상을 낳았다. 그에 비해 한국시에 있어서 ‘문자적인 것’의 등장은 근대의 확립에 대한 열망과 함께 태어났다. 그에 대한 이론적 언표는 김기림을 통해 처음 나타났는데, 실제로 순수한 문자적인 시는 이상에 의해 처음 시도되었다. 그리고 김수영과 4.19세대에 와서 문자적인 것은 청각적인 것을 압도하며 한국문학의 기본 형식을 세우는 데 가장 강력한 도구로 쓰인다. 이상에게 문자적인 시가 ‘근대문학’의 징표였다면, 김수영과 4.19세대에게 그것은 ‘근대한국문학’의 징표가 된다. 한국문학은 이 문자의 독자성과 한글이라는 문자 구조의 수월성에 힘입어 잘 생장할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 문자의 역할은 1980년대의 한 탁월한 시인에 의해서 도전을 받게 된다. 이성복에게 문자는 제도화된 언어, 즉 억압과 수식(修飾)으로 기능하는 언어였다. 이성복의 시는 문자적인 것에 대항해 ‘구어(口語)적인 것’, 혹은 ‘음성적인 것’의 회복을 내세운다. 시인의 태도는 지금까지 거의 이해되지 못했지만 실질적으로 초기 시편들로터 『아, 입이 없는 것들』을 거쳐, 최근의 『래여애반다라』에까지 수미일관한 태도를 이룬다. 이성복의 시적 실천은 궁극적으로 정치와 삶의 근대적 형식에 대한 근본적인 부정을 나타냈다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 그 다음 세대인 기형도에 와서 ‘음성적인 것’에 대한 지향은 부정된다. 그것은 그가 이성복의 태도를 부정했다는 것을 뜻하지 않는다. 다만 그는 이성복에게 근거가 되어주었던 ‘입’에 대한 믿음이 좌절되고 마는 과정을 겪는다. 기형도 시의 특징은 그러한 좌절의 과정을 시를 통해서 감추어진 드라마로 제시한다는 것인데, 그 드라마의 제시를 ‘쓰다’라는 동사, 즉 글쓰기의 방식으로 행한다. 즉 그는 말의 좌절을 글로 복기하는 것이다. 그럼으로써 기형도의 시에서는 단순히 음성적인 것의 부정과 문자적인 것의 긍정이 표명되는 것이 아니라, 문자의 수행성이 그대로 연출된다. 따라서 기형도에 와서 문자의 작동은 실질적으로 강화되었다는 것을 가리킨다. 그럼에도 불구하고 기형도의 ‘문자’는 4.19세대와 보여준 바와 같은 자기세계의 수립 및 근대한국문학의 정립과 연동되어 있는 것이 아니라, 문자로 표상되는 근대 바깥의 대안세계의 실제적인 부재를 환기하며, 문자에 대한 저항을 문자 내부의 해체를 통해서 해야 한다는 것을 시사한다.
