국내 건설부문 전략군 분석을 통한 전략군집분류 -국내 중규모 건설기업을 중심으로-

우리나라 건설산업의 환경은 IMF를 기준으로 급격하게 변화하였다. IMF 이전에는 정부의 제도적인 보호막과 일부 관행으로 인해 안정된 환경을 보장받아왔으나 최근 대형 공공공사의 발주물량의 감소와 더불어 시장예측의 불확실성 증대, 공공 공사의 효율화 및 투명성 제고를 위한 입 $\cdot$ 낙찰 제도의 개선, 업체의 급격한 증가 등의 이유로 건설업계 경쟁은 더욱 치열해졌다. 이러한 경쟁의 심화는 조직구조가 취약하고 기술, 자금 등 경영자원이 부족한 중규모 건설업체가 환경변화에 신속히 대응하고 원가 절감 및 생산성 향상을 위한 지속적인 투자와 건설시장에서 살아남기 위한 전략수립을 요구하고 있다고 할 수있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중규모 건설기업을 대상으로 경영학의 산업구조분석 이론인 전략군 분석 이론을 응용하여 경쟁기업들 중 유사전략을 취하는 군집별 특성을 도출하여 제안함으로써 이를 통해 자사와 경쟁사의 경쟁영역 및 상대적 위치를 파악하고 미래 전략방향 결정을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있게 하고자 한다. After the IMF bailout, the Environment of Domestic Construction Industry had changed dramatically. Before the IMF, Domestic Construction Firms are secured by the government regulations and some traditional practices. However, due to the following reasons: a decrease in public works, an increase in uncertainty of market prediction, the change of bid system, and increase in construction firms, recently the competition among construction firms has became keen. Under the serious competition, in order that medium-size construction firms survive in the construction market, it is need to establish the strategy that could increase productivity. In order to establish the strategy, firstly, construction firms should set up an appraisal standard of construction firms. Consequently, This study will introduce companies' objective appraisal in domestic construction market as well as basal data for setting-up strategy through adaptation industry structure analysis of business administration for strategic group analysis and a company which has lagged behind competitive power among the competitive companies can choose a target strategic group which should be pursued it in the future through being classified according to a group taken analogical strategy.

전자정부 정보보호관리체계(G-ISMS)를 활용한 공공기관 정보보호 거버넌스 수립방안

공공기관은 정보보호를 강화하기 위하여 정보보호 거버넌스 체제를 도입하고 있다. 공공기관은 정보보호 거버넌스 체계의 중요성을 인식하고, 정보보호 거버넌스의 확립을 위해서 정책 수립 및 제도 확립에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 공공기관의 정보보호 거버넌스 수립에 기초가 되는 방안을 탐색하기 위하여 정보보호 거버넌스에 대한 필요성과 정보보호 거버넌스 모델에 대해 연구하고 공공기관에 정보보호 거버넌스 수립을 위한 정부정책 및 사례를 연구하여 정책 방향을 제시한다. In order to strengthen the protection of information, public institutions have introduced information security governance system. Public institutions recognizes the importance of information security governance system, and have striven to establish information security governance by establishing institutions and making policies. In this paper, in order to investigate ways that will be the basis for the establishment of information security governance in public institutions, we studied the necessity and model of information security governance. Also, by studying the government policies and cases, we proposed the direction of the policy.
