        갈색날개매미충 발육단계별 선호 목본 기주의 선별

        대표적인 돌발 해충인 갈색날개매미충은 기주 범위가 넓고, 농경지만이 아니라 인근 야산, 산림 지역에도 분포하여 개체군 관리가 어려운 해충 중 하나이다. 따라서, 갈색날개매미충의 방제 효율을 증대시키기 위해서 농경지 작물 외에도 인근 산림에 분포하고 있는 목본식물에 대한 갈색날개매미충 발육단계별 선호도 조사가 필요하다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 과수원 주변과 조경수, 산림의 주요 목본 식물들을 대상으로 갈색날개매 미충 발육단계별 선호도를 현장에서 조사하고, 선행 연구결과들과 비교하여 선호도가 높은 식물들을 선정하였다. 현장 조사와 선행 연구결과를 통하여 갈색날개매미충의 잠재적 목본 기주식물을 정리한 결과, 총 53과 120종이 확인되었고, 갈색날개매미충의 전 발육단계에 걸쳐 선호도가 높았던 기주는 산수유, 때죽나무에 불과하였으며, 발육단계별로 선호하는 목본 식물이 달라졌다. 발육단계에 따라서 선호 기주가 변동되는 이유는 발육단계별로 선호하는 부위가 다르고, 생존에 필요한 물질에 따라서 기주가 선정되기 때문인 것으로 추정된다. 본 연구결과는 농경지 경제작 물뿐만 아니라, 농경지 주변 및 산림내 갈색날개매미충의 종합적인 방제 대책 수립에 도움이 될 것으로 예상한다. The management of Ricania spp. is difficult because this pest has a wide host range and diverse habitats such as agricultural, suburban, urban, and forested areas. However, the researches for Ricania spp. management have been focused on only agricultural crops. Thus, it is required to determine the arboreal host preference of Ricania spp. at the surrounding areas of the farms to increase its management efficiency. To determine its host preference at arboreal plants, we reviewed the previous studies and investigated the densities of Ricania spp. at woody plants with high ecological importance but insufficiently studied. This study identified 120 species in 53 families of arboreal hosts of Ricania spp. Only Cornus officinalis and Styrax japonicus were preferred by all developmental stages of Ricania spp. The host preference of Ricania spp. was changed according to its developmental stages. This phenomenon would be caused by that each developmental stage of Ricania spp. would prefer different parts of woody plant, and require different nutrients for its survivor and reproduction. These results of this study could be helpful to make a plan of comprehensive management strategies for Ricania spp.

        Local cultural facilities aim to improve the quality of life of local members. A space where local residents and visitors participate is needed by forming a local image and cultural identity through social and cultural aspects of the region and cultural programs that can play such a role. It is necessary to activate a cultural space that continuously helps local residents by operating educational and cultural programs for local residents, and a cultural space that delivers information to visitors and plans to become a center of local culture in functional service programs. Against this background, the purpose of this study is to present the spatial composition and design direction of complex cultural facilities that can be expected to revitalize the local community through complex cultural facilities considering regional cultural characteristics.

        국내 뒷흰가는줄무늬밤나방의 미토콘드리아 게놈(mitochondrial genome) 분석

        뒷흰가는줄무늬밤나방은 쌀, 밀, 옥수수와 같은 농작물에 피해를 주는 해충이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 뒷흰가는줄무늬밤나방의 미토콘드리아 게놈(15,314b)을 분석하였다. 13개의PCG와2개의 rRNA (13,376bp)를 연결한 서열을 사용한 계통발생 분석 결과, 뒷흰가는줄무늬밤나방과 멸강나방 사이의 가장 높은 노드 수치로 자매분류군을 형성하였다. 밤나방상과(Noctuoidea)의 각 과(Noctuidae, Euteliidae, Nolidae, Erebidae 및 Notodontidae)들은 가장 높은 노드수치로 단계통을 형성하였다. Mythimna loreyi (Duponchel, 1827) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) is a pest that damages agricultural plants, such as rice, wheat, and maize. We sequenced the entire 15,314-bp mitochondrial genome of this species. It has a typical set of genes (13 proteincoding genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, and 22 transfer RNA genes) as well as one major non-coding A+T-rich region. Using concatenated sequences of 13 protein-coding genes and two rRNAs (13,376 bp, including gaps), phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that the sister relationship between M. loreyi and M. separata had the highest nodal support. The monophyly of each family (Noctuidae, Euteliidae, Nolidae, Erebidae, and Notodontidae) of the superfamily Noctuoidea was supported by the highest nodal support.

        LG화학의 LG에너지솔루션 분할설립과 ESG경영에 대한 회계적 고찰

        [Purpose]This study analyzes the accounting treatment for the corporate spin-off through a case analysis, and examines the relationship between the corporate spin-off and ESG management. Specifically, we study the accounting treatment for the establishment of LG Energy Solutions by LG Chem in December 2020, and examine the impact of the spin-off decision on the ESG management of LG Chem and LG Energy Solutions. [Methodology]We examine the accounting treatment on the spin-off in accordance with the K-IFRS and analyze the detailed accounting process through the audit report of LG Chem and LG Energy Solutions. In addition, by comparing the ESG ratings of LG Chem and LG Energy Solutions with companies in the same industry, we review the relationship between spin-off and ESG management. [Findings]LG Chem operates the petrochemical business, battery business, advanced materials business, and life science business. Among them, the petrochemical business and battery business account for more than 80% of total revenue and net assets. LG Chem has received relatively lower grades than its competitors in the environment sector of ESG rating. This implies the possibility of suffering losses in the ESG rating due to the petrochemical business, despite the possibility of receiving better rating in the battery business. In order to improve the ESG rating, LG Chem needs to increase the year-on-year improvement rate of each indicator. [Implications]The case analysis of this study is expected to contribute to accounting education by examining the accounting treatment of the corporate spin-off and analyzing the case of LG Chem in detail. In addition, it is meaningful that it has expanded previous research by anlyzing the relation between the corporate spin-off and ESG management which is a non-financial factor. [연구목적]본 연구는 사례분석을 통하여 기업분할에 대한 회계처리를 분석하고, 기업의 분할의사결정과 지속가능경영(이하 ‘ESG경영’이라 함)의 관계를 검토하고자 한다. 구체적으로 2020년 12월에 이루어진 LG화학의 LG에너지솔루션 분할설립에 대한 회계처리를 살펴보고 해당 분할의사결정이 LG화학과 LG에너지솔루션의 ESG경영에 미치는 영향을 살펴본다. [연구방법]한국채택국제회계기준에 따른 분할 회계처리를 검토하고, LG화학의 감사보고서를 통하여 LG화학의 구체적인 분할 회계처리를 분석한다. 또한 LG화학과 LG에너지솔루션의 ESG등급을 동일업종의 기업들과 비교함으로써 분할의사결정과 ESG경영간의 관계를 검토한다. [연구결과]LG화학은 석유화학사업과 전지사업, 첨단소재사업, 생명과학사업을 영위하고 있으며, 석유화학사업과 전지사업이 전체 수익과 순자산의 80% 이상을 차지하고 있다. ESG경영과 관련하여 석유화학사업과 전지사업은 환경 분야에서 그 평가가 엇갈리고 있다. 이 두 사업을 모두 영위하고 있었던 LG화학은 각 평가기관의 ESG등급 환경부문에서 경쟁기업에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 등급을 받아왔다. 이는 친환경 사업으로 인정받는 전지사업에서는 우수한 등급을 받을 가능성이 있음에도 불구하고, 석유화학사업으로 인하여 ESG등급에서 손해를 보고 있을 가능성을 시사한다. 경쟁기업과의 ESG관련 지표를 비교한 결과 LG화학은 ESG등급 향상을 위해서는 각 지표의 전년 대비 개선률을 높일 필요가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. [연구의 시사점]본 연구의 사례 분석은 물적분할과 인적분할의 회계처리를 검토하고 LG화학의 사례를 구체적으로 분석함에 따라 회계교육에 공헌할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 LG화학의 물적분할 의사결정의 타당성을 제시한다는 점에서 실무적으로 공헌점이 있으며, 기존 재무적 분석에서 벗어나 비재무적 요소인 ESG경영과의 상관관계를 분석했다는 점에서 선행연구를 확장했다는 의미가 있다.

        Comparison of the Efficacy and Tolerability between Same-day Picosulfate and Split-dose Polyethylene Glycol Bowel Preparation for Afternoon Colonoscopy: A Prospective, Randomized, Investigator-blinded Trial

        Background/Aims: In the present study, we evaluated the efficacy and tolerability between same-day bowel preparation protocols using 2 sachets of Picosulfate and a 4 L split-dose polyethylene glycol (PEG) bowel preparation for afternoon colonoscopy. Methods: The study had a single-center, prospective, randomized, and investigator-blinded, non-inferiority design. We evaluated bowel preparation quality according to the Ottawa scale, patient tolerability, compliance, incidence of adverse events, sleep quality, and polyp/adenoma detection rate. Results: Among the 196 patients analyzed (mean age, 55.3 years; 50.3% men), 97 received the same-day regimen of 2 sachets of picosulfate (group A) and 99 received the 4 L split-dose PEG regimen (group B). The Ottawa score of the total colon was 4.05±1.56 in group A and 3.80±1.55 in group B (P=0.255). The proportion of patients having adequate bowel preparation in the same-day picosulfate group (61.5%) was slightly less than the 4 L PEG group (71.3%); however, the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.133). Tolerability of the group A regimen was superior to that of the group B regimen (P<0.000). The same-day picosulfate regimen was associated with fewer adverse events, such as abdominal bloating (P=0.037) and better sleep quality (P<0.000). Conclusions: The same-day picosulfate regimen and the 4 L split-dose PEG regimen had similar efficacy in bowel preparation for afternoon colonoscopy. However, the same-day picosulfate regimen was easier to administer, produced fewer adverse events, and enabled better sleep quality.

        북한 접경지역의 벼 도열병균 레이스 분포

        Rice blast disease caused by Magnaporthe oryzae is the most important disease of rice in both South and North Korea. Cultivation of disease-resistant cultivar is the best way to prevent this notorious disease, but M. oryzae races have been continuously changed to adapt a new cultivar. Therefore, it is important to get the information about the race and avirulence genes of the pathogen for developing blast-resistant rice cultivar. Since the entrance of North Korea was prohibited, the information about the races of M. oryzae in North Korea border areas and South Korea was collected to get the information about the diversity of rice blast pathogen in North Korea. The disease occurrence on monogenic lines carrying single resistant gene was investigated in Jeonju, Suwon, Cheorwon, Goseong, and Baengnyeongdo in Korea, and Dandong in China. The monogenic lines in Jeonju and Suwon showed diverse ranges of the response, while those in Baengnyeongdo and Dandong showed relatively high resistant responses to rice blast. All the field isolates of M. oryzae were characterized for rice blast races by the Korean differential varieties and screened for known avirulence genes to determine the spatial distribution of avirulence genes and the population of M. oryzae.

        생태계 교육을 위한 메타버스의 배경 유형에 따른 fNIRS 두뇌 활성 차이 연구

        This study was conducted to compare the difference in User brain activity in response to the background types when constructing a metaverse for ecosystem education and proposes an effective method of implementing a metaverse for learning. The metaverse ecosystem was developed into three background types: [Type 1] realistic illustration, [Type 2] pixel graphic, and [Type 3] 2.5D graphic on the metaverse platform zep, modeled after Duung Wetland in Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. fNIRS was used to neuroscientifically identify the difference in background types for middle and high school students, and one subject experienced the learning effect according to the pre-experienced background type in three types, and the background type was randomly presented to reduce the learning effect according to the order. After preprocessing the collected data, it was analyzed using 21 datasets that can fully present the measured values of all areas, and the results are as follows. First, in each background type, there was a decrease in activity in DLPFC and an increase in activity in OFC. Second, the activity of BA47 was shown in [Type 1] and [Type 2]. Third, there was a decrease in activity in the FP region in [Type 3]. Fourth, [Type 1] has higher activity in the right DLPFC region than [Type 2]. Fifth, [Type 1] has higher activity in the left DLPFC region and both FP regions than [Type 3]. Based on these results, we intend to present effective metaverse design guidelines based on brain activity.

      • 여대생의 스트레스와 월경전증후군의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships between stress and premenstrual syndrome in college women. The study participants were 148 female students of a university in Cungnam province. Data were collected by a self-administered questionnaire from 5-12 March, 2018. Collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program with descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient. The higher the total stress, the higher the Premenstrual syndrome (r=.38, p<.001). Premenstrual syndrome is basically combined with psychosocial factors. In order to reduce the premenstrual syndrome associated with stress, we suggest that a program of premenstrual syndrome intervention should be developed in psychosocial aspects.
