Designerly thinking 을 적용한 공동디자인과정의 전략적 시사점 제안

본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통해 현 시점 공동 디자인의 과정의 중심이 되는 디자인 씽킹이 공동 디자인 과정에서 갖는 한계를 분석하고 이에 대한 개선점을 Designerly thinking 의 직관적 문제 해결법에서 찾으려고 하였다. 그 과정에서 본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통해 직관성이 문제 해결 과정에서 갖는 타당성을 증명하고 이를 통해 현 공동 디자인 과정에 개선점을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to find a meaningful set of data that could be useful marketing strategies for the golf swing analysis programs. More specifically, this study was designed to investigate the differences of satisfaction factors based on the various demographic and personal variables of golf coaches. The questionaires were finally analyzed by the. SPSS V.12 statistical software. Frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan multiple-range test were used for the data processing The final result were shown as follows; 1. The golf coaches were satisfied more with the factors, such as image-upgrade, students' response, lesson quality, degree of understanding, in that order. And they were dissatisfied with the price, training program, and the after-service factor. 2. There were significant differences in their satisfaction level based on the demographic variables such as gender, education, and the age. 3. The coaches who were highly paid (more than ₩4,000,000) were found to the satisfied with almost all the factors. 4. There were significant differences in their satisfaction level based on the personal variables, such as coaching career, technical skills, place of lesson, and the type of software.

The Study on the influencing factors for the job satisfaction level of "Golf Caddies". The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing job satisfaction level of "Golf Caddies" who had a certain role for service quality and customer satisfaction in the Golf Country Club industry. The samples were about 300 caddies who were employed by 6 top-class country clubs located in Kyonggi Province. The research was conducted to find the following results: 1. The job satisfaction level of "Caddies" who had more seniority was significantly higher than the level of those who had less seniority. 2. The job satisfaction level of "Caddies" who were married was significantly higher than the level of those who were not married. 3. The job satisfaction level of "Caddies" was most influenced by "the work itself" factors which were "pride", "interest", "aptitude", etc. 4. The job satisfaction level of "Caddies" was most negatively influenced by the scarcity of "the opportunities for promotion" Consequently, this study has shown that the employer should consider the seniority and professionalism of "Caddies" as important factors for their job satisfaction level. And also, "the work itself" factor and "opportunity for promotion" were found to be two important motivators.
