        스포츠 센터의 소비자 만족 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the customer`s satisfaction and dis-satisfaction attitude related to primary facility, equipment, situational condition(Injury, events, helping etc.) factors. Total 88 customers who use sports centers more than 6 months was employed as subjects of this study. They were members of 6 sports center located in Moki-Po city and Gwang-Ju city. The open-end questionnaire was used as instrument titled as "Customer`s satisfaction and dis-satisfaction attitude for this study and was developed by researchers. The validity of this questionnaire was established with 3 scholars. All survey was administrated through personal interview and the contents of interview was recorded by tape-recorder. The results of this study showed that satisfaction appeared high 1) equipment arranged conveniently to use and repaired immediately breakdown 2) safety equipment, entrance, and floor, 3) using audio-visual materials, 4)supplying baby prefers equipment, free sportswear, and physical service, 5) receiving birthday card, lower membership fee event, and favor of master event, 6) solving problem quickly and giving helping positively.
