Real-time Optical Studies in the UV Range of the Annealing of Zirconium-oxide Thin Films in Vacuum

A multichannel spectroscopic ellipsometer is developed for real-time studies of thin films in a vacuumin the UV range. This system is mounted on a vacuum chamber to study the crystallizationprocess of zirconium-oxide (ZrO2) thin film. The optical spectra of ZrO2 thin film are collectedduring the elevation of temperature. From the trend in the spectrum, we find that a thresholdtemperature for crystallization exists. Moreover, the crystallization occurs gradually over a certainrange of temperatures between the threshold temperature and a critical temperature for full crystallization. The evolution of the dielectric function shows the development of critical peaks around6.2 eV and 7.3 eV along with a shift of the absorption edge. To the best of our knowledge, this isthe first in-situ study performed by using real-time vacuum UV spectroscopic ellipsometry, and wedescribe the system in detail.

비영리기관의 투명성 인식에 대한 질적 연구 - 잠재기부자, 비영리 종사자, 여론 주도자를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the experiences and perceptions on the transparency of nonprofit organizations; expand the horizon of research on the transparency of nonprofits; and provide directions for the marketing and fundraising strategies of nonprofit organizations. The qualitative research method was adopted to overcome the limitations of the existing research on perceptions of nonprofit transparency that is concentrated on quantitative research and on concepts defined within the context of the West. Careful analysis was made based on the common factors and differences in perceptions of transparency of potential donors, nonprofit workers, and opinion leaders. The main findings of this paper can be summarized as follows. First, contrary to theoretical concepts, the overall efficiency of operating costs or effectiveness of projects are recognized as important aspects of nonprofit transparency. Second, donors' motivations and their expectations of transparency are both emotional and relational. In this case, emotional information such as cases (story) and face photographs (images) could be perceived as more important than transparency information centered on accounting and financial information. Third, while non-donors view transparency to impact donation decisions, donors have the opposite view that it does not. A new possibility was discovered that ‘transparency’ may not be a subject of great consideration when making the decision to donate. Fourth, in relation to non-profit transparency, ‘accessibility to information’ is more important than the type and amount of disclosed information. Here, ‘accessibility to information’ needs to include active communication efforts for information in addition to disclosing information. 본 연구는 비영리기관의 투명성에 대한 경험과 인식을 종합적으로 분석하여, 비영리 투명성 연구의 지평을 확대하는 것을 목적으로 하는 탐색적 연구이다. 기존 비영리 투명성 인식에 대한 연구가 서구의 맥락에서 만들어진 개념정의와 양적 연구에 집중되었다는 점을 극복하기 위해 질적 연구방식을 채택하였으며 잠재기부자, 비영리 종사자, 여론 주도자가 각자의 비영리 투명성 인식에서 공통점과 차이점에 주의하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 발견을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 참여자 전반에서 ‘투명성’의 이론적 정의에 포함되지 않는 운영비 효율성이나 사업의 효과성을 비영리 투명성의 중요한 측면으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 기부자의 기부동기와 투명성에 대한 기대는 감성적이고 관계적인 성격이다. 이 경우 기존 회계와 재무정보 중심의 투명성 정보를 사례(스토리)와 얼굴 사진(이미지)과 같은 정서적 정보를 더 중요하게 인식할 가능성이 있다. 셋째, 투명성이 기부결정에 미치는 영향에 대해 비기부자는 영향을 미친다라고, 기부자는 영향을 미치지 않는다고 정반대로 인식한다. 기부를 결정하는 시점에 ‘투명성’이 큰 고려대상이 아닐 수 있다는 가능성이 새로이 발견되었다. 넷째, 비영리 투명성과 관련하여 공개하는 정보의 종류와 양보다 어떻게 전달할 것인가라는 ‘정보 접근성’이 더 중요하다. 여기에서 ‘정보 접근성’은 정보를 갖추어 두는 것 외에 정보의 적극적 소통노력을 포함시키는 것이 필요하다.

20세기 전반기 회화의 한국적 요소를 응용한 의상디자인 연구 : 캐쥬얼 웨어를 중심으로

Various art trends of the 20th century that contributed to the creation and development of abstract art had showed the transition from the convention of mere representation of the object to the formative sensitivity emphasizing self-expression. Noticing that such trends had influenced the fashion industry to move toward a free and individualized style, this study attempts to express the formative way from the existing art to wear. especially, based on early 27th century paintings, 5 casual wears were made which applied korean materials and silhouettes that are functional, simple and show traditional korea beauty. The purpose of this study is to search for a solution to expand the world market by producing dresses utilizing our own tradition that can be distinguished in the global market and that derive inspiration from the formative of the sensitivity of the paintings during the first half of the 20th century. It also aims to let national economy as a high-added industry. The result of this study are as follows: First, the expression method and element of various styles of art such as Fauvism, Expressionism and Cubism, during the period of transition to abstract art clearly presented the direction toward the artistic liberation and made possible a new formative artistic expression of dress in the early years of the 20th century. Their ideas inspired the dress designers of the time with a reformative and creative sense of fashion and have greatly contributed to the development of a new era of uniqueness and individuality. Second, the color and the simplicity of form of the early 20th century paintings are suitable for utilizing a motive of functional dresses and express unique and concise modern beauty Third, it was confirmed that utilizing our tradition in contemporary dress can be a significant method of creation in which the uniqueness and creativity of Korean dress can be expressed, distinguishing it on the global scene, as well as inspire the originality and pride of our culture. Fourth, a possibility has been discovered. It is the functionality and uniqueness of aesthetic expression techniques of the contemporary arts that can contribute to the fashion of tomorrow, by searching a modern fashion which was affected by the past and also by taking a look at the trend of modern fashion as the same field as casual wear. 다문화그림책을 활용한 미술활동이 유아의 다문화인식과 창의성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Art activity using multicultural picture books on young children's multicultural awareness and creativity. Fifty children aged 4 years old form two different daycare centers located in Jeon-ju were selected as the participants of this study. After 16 times of art activities using multicultural picture books were conducted for the experimental group, To verify the effect of the program on the multicultural awareness and creativity of the children, the study started a covariance experiment. The results of the study were as follow: First, the art activities using multicultural picture books showed significant differences in consideration, respect and openness of multiculturalism among the sub-areas of multicultural awareness of young children. Second, the art activities using multicultural picture books showed significant differences in all areas of children's creativity, such as fluency, flexibility, originality and resistance to titles. These results suggest that when multicultural art activities are applied to the field of early childhood education by selecting multicultural picture books suitable for young children's development, they have a positive effect on young children's multicultural awareness and Art creativity development. 본 연구의 목적은 다문화그림책을 활용한 미술활동이 유아의 다문화인식과 창의성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것에 있다. 전라북도 J시에 소재한 어린이집 두 곳에 재원하고 있는 만 4세 유아 50명을 연구대상으로 하여, 실험집단 유아에게 다문화그림책을 활용한 미술활동을 16회 실행한 후 유아의 다문화인식과 창의성에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 공변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 다문화그림책을 활용한 미술활동은 유아의 다문화인식 하위 영역 중 다문화에 대한 배려, 수용, 존중, 개방에 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화그림책을 활용한 미술활동은 유아의 창의성 하위요인인 유창성, 융통성, 독창성, 제목의 추상성에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 다문화그림책을 활용한 미술활동은 유아의 다문화인식과 창의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 방법이 될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.
