      • 2006년도 도하 아시아경기대회 레슬링 경기결과 분석 -그레꼬로만형을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 2006년 도하 아시안게임의 레슬링 그레꼬로만형의 경기를 분석하여 변화된 레슬링 경기 규정을 알아보고, 이 변화된 레슬링 경기규정에 맞춰 치러진 2006년 도하 아시아 경기대회의 그레꼬로만형의 모든 체급 106경기를 분석하였다.2005년 1월1일 후 규정의 가장 큰 변화는 Clinch를 도입하였는데 3분의 1회전 시합 종료 후 양 선수가 득점을 하지 못했을 경우 양 선수를 모으고 토스를 하여 선제 공격자를 정하고 선제 공격자는 30초 내에 득점을 하여야 1회전이 종료된다. 또한 선제 공격자가 30초 내에 득점을 하지 못하는 경우 공격자는 실점하게 된다. 2회전도 같은 경기 규칙으로 진행하고 만약 2회전을 끝내고 양 선수가 모두 3점을 획득하지 못하면 연장전 3분을 경기하고 3분 중에 3점 이상을 획득하면 경기가 종료된다. 구체적인 규칙으로 패시브, 파테르 자세 선택, 도망 다니는 선수는 1점을 실점하고 Caution을 받는 제도는 이전 경기 규칙 그대로 존속 되었다. 이전의 레슬링 경기보다 흥미 있고 속전속결의 경기로 변하여 재미있는 경기로 바뀌게 되었다. 또한 경기 출전 체급은 그레꼬로만형과 자유형 모두 8체급으로 경기를 실시하였고 2001년도 세계선수권 대회부터 각각 7체급으로 확정하였다. 즉 그레꼬로만형과 자유형 모두 55kg, 60kg, 66kg, 74kg, 84kg, 96kg, 120kg 이하의 체급으로 변경 되었다.경기를 분석한 결과, 총 106경기중에 1회전의 승자가 2회전이나 3회전에서 한번 더 승리하여 최종 승자가 되는 경우가 93경기 이고 반대로 1회전 승자가 2회전과 3회전을 모두 패하여 최종 패자가 되는 경우가 13경기에 불과했다. 또한 그라운드와 스탠드 자세에서의 득점을 살펴보면 총 106경기 중 스탠드 자세에서의 득점은 177점에 그쳤고 반면에 그라운드에서의 득점은 835점으로 스텐드 자세에서 보다는 그라운드 자세에서의 득점 비율이 훨씬 높은 것으로 나타났다.

      • 레슬링 그레꼬로-만형 경기성적에 관한 분석 연구 : Centering on the Seoul Olympic Games 서울 올림픽대회를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the technical contents of Greco-Roman style wrestler who participated in 1988 Seoul Olympics. The results were as follows. 1. The average age of 202 wrestler was 25.4 years old, and gold medalist was 21 years old (1 weight), 23 years old (2 weight), 24 years old (1 weight), 25 years old (1 weight), 26 years old(2 weight), 27 years old (1 weight) , 28 years old( 1 weight) and 29 years old (1 weight). 2. The youngest wrestler in the prize winners was 21 years old, and the oldest was 32 years old. 3. In all of the 380 games. they were showed that the win by a decision was 173 games (45.5%), and the with by a exit was 79 games(20.8%). 4. Technical scores were showed that the 5 points was Bulgaria (17 times), the 4 points was west-Germany (4 times), the 3 points was Bulgaria ( 38 times), the 2 points was U.S.S.R.(68 times) and the 1 points was U.S.S.R(94 times). 5. The passive was founded that Poland was 73 times, Bulgaria and Hungary 67 times, and Korea 57 times. 6. The ratio of medal prize winner nations was found that U.S.S.R was 83.1%, Bulgaria 69.8%, Korea 67.3%, Poland 59.6%, Hungary 58.7%, Iatly 60.0%, Norway 59.1%, Filand 51.7%, West-Germany 54.1%, Japan 42.15, Greece 60.0% Sweden 52.8% and U.S.A 48.8%.

      • 補血安神湯 투여가 시합전·후 레슬링 선수의 뇨중 카테콜라민 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of Bohyulanshin-tang administration on the urinary catecholamine levels in 7 healthy-male elite wrestler. All subjects were divided randomly into two groups, Bohyulanshin-tang grouping(N=7) and Placebo group(N = 7). During the training for competition, the catecholamine levels were determined from urine samples of the athletes. The catecholamine(Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, Dopamine) at Pre-Experiment, 1st. training time(physical stress), 2nd training time(physical stress), Precompetition time(Emotional stress), and Post-competirion rest time were indicated in ng/mg creatinine. The following results were obtained. l. Urine catecholamine levels were increased by physical and emotional stresses in athletes and decreased after competition. 2. Urine epinephrine levels of the Bohyulanshin-tang group were decreased compared with those of the placebo group, and the levels were decreased significantly at the 1st and 2nd training time of physical stress. 3. Urine norepinephrine levels of the Bohyulanshintang group were decreased compared with those of the placebo group, and the levels were decreased significantly at the 1st and 2nd training time of physical stress. 4. The Bohyulanshin-tang administration was more effective on physical stress than emotional stress. According to the above results, it is considered that the Bohyulanshin-tang has good effect on physical stress.

      • Wrestling 自由型 競技成績에 관한 分析硏究 : SEOUL OLYMPIC大會를 中心으로

        The purpose of study was to investigate the game contents of the wrestling free style in the 24th Seoul Olympiad. The results were summarized as follows; 1. 253 games of the 488 total games were decided on the umpire's decision. The decision contents such as remarked above was suggestion that victory and defeat of the games were decided more percentage in accordance with the umpire's decision. 2. 256 wrestlers (free style) were participated in the 24th Seoul Olympiad, and of the wrestlers were 25 yrs in average. Age distribution of the 10 gold medalists in style wrestling were as follows; Age(yrs) 32 27 26 25 23 Number 3 2 1 2 2 Age distribution of the gold medalists such as stated above suggestion that accomplishment must be attained after tireless effort. 3. Age distribution of classified by weight were shown between 20 yrs and 32yrs in the free style. 4.       • 한국 레슬링 대표선수의 유산소 및 무산소 능력에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to characterize the maxmum aerobic power and maxmum anaerobic power of eilte Korean senior wrestlers and then to identify physiological differences between elite Korean senior wrestlers and successful world-class wrestlers. Elite Korean senior wrestlers (n=21) were measured for maximal aerobic power and blood lactate concentration after competitions. The results of this studt was follows ; 1. Maximal Aerobic power: On the everage (±SD) elite Korean senior wrestlers and a VEmax of 141.56±21.99ℓ/min, VO2max of 60.24±5.16ℓ/kg/min, VO2/HR of 24.01±5.47ml/beat, HRmax of 197.5±8.8bpm, BFmax of 64.57±6.43f/min, VCO2max of 4.39±.070ℓ/min, AT - % VO2 OF 76.55±2.92%, duration of treadmill run of 14.43±1.57min, HLmax after treadmill run of 8.34±1.71mM. 2. Maximal Anaerobic power: (1) Muscle power ; Elite Korean senior wrestlers had a 450±104 watts(6.7 watts/kg) for leg power, 6.1±1.0mM for HLamax, 1350±311.2kpm/min for total work in wingate test. (2) Blood Lactate Concentration ; HLamax after competitions for KOR wrestlers and FRA of GDR wrestlers were 11.83±2.73mM and 14.53±3.55mM, respectively. However, no significance differences between two groups in HLamax were found at the competitions. The results of this study indicated that anaerobic power may be the most important physiological factor contributing to success of the junior wrestlers. and cardiorespiratory fitness may be the most important physiological factor of the senior wrestlers. In light of this, the less successful junior wrestler might benefit by training to improve anaerobic power.

        1. In heart cycle wrestling group showed notabally infrequenay pulse conditon compared to non-athlets group and of the wrestling group in frequent pulse condition appeared by the order wrestling athletes. 2. In contaction phase of heart cycle, the difference between each group was poor. 3. In laxity phase and break phase of heart cycle there was a big difference of interval between non-athles group and wrestling group, and wrestling group, the interval was shown by the orde. 4. In the change of heart, most the wrestling group showed fatty condition of the left ventricle but non-athletes group didn't show fatty condition of the left ventricle.

        1) Anaerobic power by jump reach test record was not significant difference statistically between Free-style and Grecoroman-style player. 2) Anaerobic power by 50m Allout-running was not significant difference statistically between free-style player and Grecoroman-style player. 3) Anaerobic power by Lewis-nomogram After measure jump reach test record and weight was not significant difference statistically between Free-style player and Grecoroman-style player.. 4) Anaerobic maximal, Anaerobic mean power and total power were not significant difference statistically between Free-style and Grecoroman-style player. 5) Wingate test measurement method can substitution for Anaerobic power measurement method by Lewis-nomogram.

        This report analized the gane techniques and contents of a Free Style wrestling through watching the 1989 World Championship video tapes, the conclusion is as follows;1. Tackle was the techniques which was used frequently in the stand posture. This techniques was used 412times in the games and at the percent of 62.4 Through these tackle techniques success ratio was a percent of 48.3(199 times) and failure ratio was 51.7(213 times).Waist hold turning (Lock in Bridge) with arms was the techniques which was used frequently in the ground posture.2. This technique was used 106 times in teh games at the percent of 39.8 Through these waist hold turning with arms techniques success ratio was a percent of 56.6(60 times) and failure ratio was 43.4(46 times).3. The percentage of victories for contestants who scorde first was at the rate of 75 to 100 in the games(a percent of 75)4. As for passivity, the number of passivity summed up to 213. It was given at the percent of 13.2(28 times) in the 13kg class, 12.2(26 times)in the 74kg class and 11.7(25 times) in the 90kg and 100kg class.5. As for the contents of judging the outcome, the mumber of Decision by points summed up to 79. Fall up to 11 Great Superiority up to 9, and Disqualification in case of Passivity up to 1.

        운동생리학 : 레슬링 선수의 하지 근 기능에 미치는 효과

        This study is related to a conventional weight training and a periodized weight training on the part of wrestlers of colleges and evaluations are made based on wrestlers' isoknetic muscular, isokinetic power, isokinnetic endurence of leg to measure changes and gap between the wrestlers.Data of the evaluation are as follows:1. Equal generic muscles did not show significant difference between the tow conventional and periodized groups.The periodized group alter the phase of maximum muscle did show higher than the conventional group.The periodized group after the third and fourth phases indicated a trend of gradual decrease.Some of the periodized group indicated significant difference on each protractor-muscle on right side, waist-skeleton-protractor-muscle, and its bending protractor-muscle.On the other hand, the traditional group indicated some significant difference on each protractor-muscle on right side, and waist-skeleton-protractor-muscle.2. Some significant difference could not seen between each two groups on muscular power. The periodized group showed rising on almost all measurement of third phase but the traditional group showed a trend of its decline.3. Muscular enduring power did not show any significant difference between two groups, the periodized group indicated significant rise on fourth aspect but the conventional group indicated the decline.
