Multiple Stem-final Variants in Korean Native Nouns and Loanwords

The stem-final variation patterns of Korean nouns have recently turned out to be very complicated. Most importantly, several obstruents are involved as free variants. To verify the variation patterns and check the validity of certain previous analyses relying on multiple stochastic rules and constraints, the present study provides an experimental investigation of Korean native nouns and loanword adaptations. The results mostly confirm the occurrence of multiple variants and many predictions which can be made in the previous approaches employing multiple rules and constraints. It is also found that English loanwords in Korean show stem-final variation which is not significantly different from the variation observed among native Korean nouns. Consequently, it is indicated that native Korean speakers are well aware of complicated variation patterns, and use the knowledge of the patterns when they deal with the novel forms.

The purpose of this study is to propose the 'Learning Outcome Description Scheme of Practical Courses of 2015 Revised Curriculum', which a consumer, i.e. a company can apply in confidence, and a supplier, i.e. a vocational training institution(specialized high school) can introduce & operate effectively and efficiently in the present situation where the educational curriculum of a vocational training institution is being induced to be reorganized on the basis of National Competency Standards(hereinafter, referred to as 'NCS') in order to realize the competency-based society. As a result, this study proposed the notation items, methods, time of learning outcomes and key issues related to evaluation. 본 연구의 목적은 능력중심사회 구현을 위해 직업교육기관의 교육과정을 국가직무능력표준 기반으로 개편하도록 유도하고 있는 현재의 상황에서 수요자인 기업이 신뢰하며 활용할 수 있고, 공급자인 직업교육기관(특성화고)이 효과적․효율적으로 도입하여 운영할 수 있는 ‘2015 개정 교육과정 실무과목의 학습성과 표기 방안’을 제안하는 데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국가직무능력표준 기반 직업교육과정의 운영 주체가 될 특성화 고등학교, 마이스터 고등학교, 전문대학과 수요자 입장의 산업체를 대상으로 다양한 요구 조사를 실시하였다. 요구 조사 내용을 기반으로 전문가 델파이를 대상으로 두 차례의 조사를 실시하였으며, 델파이 위원은 해당 분야의 경험과 지식을 갖춘 21명으로 구성하였다. 연구결과, 학습성과 표기 항목, 표기 방법, 표기 시기와 평가 관련 주요 이슈를 제안하였다.
Synthesis of 68Ga-labeled gold nanoparticles for tumor targeted positron emission tomography imaging

DTPA-Cys was easily prepared from diethylenetriaminepentaacetic dianhydride in high yield. The vβ3 integrin receptor targeted gold nanoparticle probe was synthesized by using DTPA-Cys, polyethylene glycol and cRGD peptide. 68Ga labeling of cRGD conjugated gold nanoparticle was carried out at 40oC for 30 min. Observed radiochemical yield was more than 75% as determined by radio-TLC and the probe was purified by centrifugation. In vitro stability test showed that 90% of 68Ga-labeled gold nanoparticle probe was stable in FBS for 1 h. Those results demonstrated that 68Ga-labeled gold nanoparticle could be used as a potentially useful probe for specific tumor imaging. J Radiopharm Mol Probes 1(1):46-52, 2015
α-Fe₂O₃ 촉매를 사용한 일산화탄소의 산화반응에 관한 연구

The semiconductivity of Ni-doped α-Fe2O3 has been investigated through the oxidation of carbon monoxide at 300 to 450℃. The oxidation rates have been correlated with 1.5-order kinetics : first with respect to CO and 1/2 with respect to O2. Carbon monoxide adsorbs on lattice oxygen of Ni-doped u-Fe2O3, while oxygen appears to be adsorbed on oxygen vacancy formed by Ni-doping. The conductivities show that adsorption of CO on O-lattice produces conduction electron and adsorption of O2 on vacancy withdraws the conduction electron from vancancy. The adsorption process of CO on O-lattice is rate-determining step and dominant defect of Ni-doped α-Fe2O3 is suggested from the agreement between kinetic and conductivity data.
