        The purpose of this dissertation is to reveal the crucifix and resurrection event of Jesus is historic event and to find theological meanings the author of the Gospel of John saying to Johannine community. According to this purpose, this dissertation used to Rhetoric Criticism(‘Sitz im Leben’ of Johannine community) and Data Criticism(historicity of crucifix and resurrection of Jesus) mainly. As a result, this dissertation could find the specific comments of the Gospel of John is concerned to ‘Sitz im Leben’ of Johannine community and reveal the author of the Gospel of John emphasizes crucifix and resurrection of Jesus is the historic event. In chapter Ⅰ, this dissertation searched the importance, methodology, and a recent research trend. Specially, the remarkable parts were opposed as is sharp about historicity of crucifix and resurrection of Jesus, and it was true that achieved study for sentences of crucifix and resurrection of Jesus through researcher's methodology. In chapter Ⅱ, this dissertation searched the author of the Gospel of John and writing intention of the Gospels, ‘Sitz im Leben’ of Johannine community and theological discord with other communities, rhetoric structure of the Gospel of John and the gospel(good news) motif. In the case of the author of the Gospels, exoteric and inner evidences of the Gospel of John were brought various possibilities, but the problem of the author of the Gospel of John remains to problem that dissolve less than now. But, the writing intention of the Gospel of John could get definite resolution through strong inner evidences(19:35, 20:31), it was to believes the event of crucifix and resurrection of Jesus to readers and revitalizes to readers through the belief. The ‘Sitz im Leben’ of Johannine community could clear definitely was on situation of crisis. Specially, the fundamental problem connected with survival of Johannine community was conflict of the church which can be Judaism's symbol at that time and Gnosticism. In result that examine rhetoric rescue of the Gospel of John, author exactly arranged to four part, immediately, Introduction, Demonstrate , Subject, Conclusion parts. That is, the author of the Gospel of John concludes interest about Jesus by readers to offer the meaning of ‘Logos’ in Introduction(1:1-18), and introduces the fatigue of Jesus in Subject(1:19-4:42) and Demonstrate(4:43-12:50), finally conclude as refer to truth that the event of crucifix and resurrection of Jesus is the actual event speak and get life through the historic Jesus in Conclusion(13:1-21:25) In other words, the author believes by readers as clear in 20:31 that is epilog part of the Gospel of John and the author is arranging structure of the Gospel of John oratorically so that readers get life through the belief. This is gospel(good news) motif that appear in rhetoric structure of the Gospel of John justly. In chapter Ⅲ, this dissertation searched the position and importance of sentences about crucifix and resurrection of Jesus, a commons and differences between the Gospel of John and Synoptic Gospels, the crucifix and resurrection as a gospel(good news). Position of crucifix and resurrection text is very important because correspond to conclusion part of the Gospel of John as examine from Part Ⅱ. Specially, crucifix and resurrection text can be zenith of conclusion part if subdivide conclusion part. This is become clear by truth that is clearing own writing intention justly continuously after crucifix and resurrection text end unlike thing which the author of the Gospel of John clears most own writing intention in introduction in occasions of most bible of New Testament. Despite there are result a lot of common that compare crucifix and resurrection text of the Gospel of John and Synoptic Gospels, several differences that can not overlook also existed. But, this inconsistency does not weaken historicity for the event of crucifix and resurrection of Jesus. Preferably, because inconsistent several differences of crucifix and resurrection bodies can analyze in connection with writing intention of Gospels authors who introduce an equal historic event. If the event of crucifix and resurrection of Jesus are story that make up, difference between Gospels would not be discovered preferably. Also, it is become clear more from truth that crucifix and resurrection text are point of conclusion part of the Gospel of John could analyze as gospel(good news). Jesus died in crucifix, and rehabilitated from death inspect, and that author of the Gospel of John records contents at the most important position of own Gospels so that believe the truth and life informs that is given to believing persons shows that is to speak clearness gospel(good news). In chapter Ⅳ, this dissertation revealed that the event of crucifix and resurrection of Jesus is the historic event and the author of the Gospel of John eager to emphasize the crucifix and resurrection event from only oneself theology add to historic truth furthermore. Specially, the analysis of 19:17-37 text showed many important results that Jesus was a human truly, death of Jesus was actual death, Jesus ended himself death of crucifix spontaneously, and Jesus completed that is equaling role which buy human's crime with an young sheep of Passover. It could be proved positively from body of the Gospel of John that introduce historic persons who is Arimathea Joseph and Nicodemus drastically though 19:38-42 comment work said reality of death of Jesus.         Generally, the ultimate goal of leadership lies in the achievement of group's objectives. The goal and characteristics of the organization make effective leadership patterns different. The purpose of this study is to investigate the behavior patterns of effective platoon leaders in Korean infantry Corps. Chapter 1 brings up a problem and then specifies objectives and context of this study. Chapter 2 deals with limitations of previous studies and theoritieal background about leadership. And then, the result of some studies on effective military leadership is presented. This study is performed by two complementary methods. One is questionaire, the other is critical incident methods. [STUDY 1] is attempted through questionaire method, while [STUDY 2] is performed by critical incident method with the same objectives. Specifications on methodology are illustrated in Chapter 3. Chapter 4 contains the results of empirical study by statistical analysis. SPSS PC+ is used to analyze data collected from about 400 soldiers on duty in Foward Edge of Battle Area. Dependant variables used in this study are actions of platoon leaders and independant variable is organizational effectiveness, that is, "capacity to combat" :in this case. The last Chapter describes the summary and limitations of the study. (1)The effective behaviors disclosed from two independent methods are almost concord. Supporting(SUP), motivation(MOT), and developing(DEY) are turned out to be effective behavior through two methods. (2)Multiple method is proven to be effective. Critical incident method covers limitations of questionaire method. Comparing with the results of two method" makes this study more reliable and valid. The limitation' of this study are as follows, (1) Causal relation between 13 behavior patterns and leadership effectiveness is not made clear. That is, reverse causalty can be set up. (2) Leadership effectiveness is determined by interaction of various factors ( leader' traits, source of power, tradition etc;. ), but this research is analyzed on the condition that only leadership behavior determines the organizational effectiveness.

        The conformational analysis of N-acetyl-N-methylprolineamide (Ac-Pro-NHMe, proline dipeptide) have been carried out to see how well the ab initio and density functional computations with the self-consistent reaction field (SCRF) method would reproduce the observed solvent effects on the cis-trans isomerization of imide bond at the HF, MP2, and B3LYP levels of theory with the 6-31+G(d) basis set. The increases in cis populations and rotational barriers are well reproduced by the MP2 or B3LYP free energies plus the SCRF solvation free energies as the solvent polarity is increased. However, it should be noted that neither of the isodensity polarizable continuum model (IPCM) and the self-consistent isodensity polarizable continuum model (SCI-PCM) can predict properly both trends of solvent effects, which indicates the need in the improvement of the solvation theory. The conformational study on L-Azetidine-2-carboxylic acid (Ac-Aze-NHMe, Aze dipeptide) and (S)-Piperidine-2-carboxylic acid (Ac-Pip-NHMe, Pip dipeptide) is carried out using ab initio HF and density functional methods with the self-consistent reaction field method to explore the differences in conformational preferences and cistrans isomerization for proline residue and its analogues with different ring size in the gas phase and in solution (chloroform and water). The change of ring size by deleting a CH2 group from or adding a CH2 group to the prolyl ring results the remarkable changes in backbone and ring structures compared with those of Pro dipeptide, especially in the CN imide bond length and the bond angles around the NC bond. The four-membered azetidine ring can have either puckered structure depending on the backbone structure because of the slightly puckered structure. The six-membered piperidine ring can adopt chair and boat conformations but the chair conformation is more preferred than the boat conformation. These calculated preferences for puckering are consistent with experimental results from analysis of X-ray structures of Aze- and Pip-containing peptides. As the solvent polarity increases, the polyproline II-like conformation becomes more populated and the relative stability of conformation tC with a C7 hydrogen bond between C=O of the amino group and NH of the carboxyl group decreases for both Aze and Pip dipeptides, as seen for Pro dipeptide. The cis population and rotational barriers for the imide bond increase with the increase of solvent polarity for both Aze and Pip dipeptides, as seen for Pro dipeptide. In particular, the cistrans isomerization proceeds in common through only the clockwise rotation with ω ≈ +120° about azetyl and piperidyl peptide bonds in the gas phase and in solution, as seen for alanyl and prolyl peptide bonds. The pertinent distance d(N•••HNNHMe) and the pyramidality of imide nitrogen can describe the role of this hydrogen bond in stabilizing the transition state structure but the lower rotational barriers for Aze and Pip dipeptides than those for Pro dipeptide, which is observed from experiments, cannot be rationalized.

Although, the studies on discipleship offered us important data, but interest of most researches was concentrated in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and Acts of the Apostles mainly. This is because that most researches about discipleship are a following in body made body that is referred directly the word of ‘Disciple’. Word ‘Disciple’ is not referred directly in ‘Last Judgment Parable’ body, but upright man and bad man parable who Jesus is referring through this text is thought that show image of life of right followings that Jesus thinks life as a disciple to current us who want to become Jesus genuine disciple furthermore. Therefore, disciple can say that choice of ‘Last Judgment Parable’ of Matthew 25 suitable and are a new visibility by text of study in this paper. In Chapter Ⅱ wrote disciple who examined rescue that is theological through Matthew's structure analysis and appears to Matthew through analysis of series bodies connected with discipleship concept, positive or contradictorily Matthew's viewpoints about several communities including mixed viewpoint, relation community about referred Matthew's disciple examine. Also, through structure analysis of parables that come out to Matthew 25 branching central message, and Matthew 25 meanings about Matthew total structure and the position and common subject of close parables and theological motif that wished to convey through parable examine. Theological motif of close parables of Matthew 25 could know following facts from analysis researches. The important problems are as follows; 1. The system of education needs has not been drawed up by study and training departments independently 2. In the exercise of training aspects, before their joinning a company, the training has not been executed and the training which have made the new-employees mechenical human have been held 3. From the viewpoint of the estabeishrnent of plan, the plan on the level is lake and have not the mindfulness. 4. The enterprise have not the education and training facilities 5. The enterprise have not the mernbers whois wholly responsible for the training 6. The assessments of training has not been carried out normally The course of improvement as follows; 1. The system of education should be maintained systematically 2. Before their joinning a company, the enterprise will upbring the new- employees creative man by means of execution of educational training 3. The establishment of educational plan should be clear 4. The enterprise should ensure the education and training facilities 5. The enterprise should establish the standard to ensure the man who is wholly responsible for the training 6. The assessments of education training should be carried out periodically. As shows in upper phases, If the education of new-employees were carried out rationally, systematically the new-employees would heighten their consciousness of reversion to the enterprise and improve their duty efficency and base the appropriate arrangement and labor power productivity greatest. It will greatly contributes to the prosperity of enterprise and the development of national economics.

        현재 ITSM 업무 중에 하드웨어 유지관리는 가장 복잡하고 어렵고 비효율적인 프로세스로 인해 신속한 장애 발생에 대한 대응이 어려운 상황이다. 변화하는 시대에 맞춰 새로운 하드웨어 장비의 도입은 계속 늘어나고 있지만 각각의 전문가를 배치하기에는 어려운 여건이다. 하드웨어 장애 발생은 소프트웨어 장애보다 훨씬 더 오랜 시간의 서비스 중단이 발생 되어 업무 중단 사태가 발생할 수 있어 고객의 불만에 대한 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 고객의 불만을 최소화하고 보다 안정적인 서비스를 제공하고자 “디지털 트윈” 이라는 고도화된 기술을 사용하고자 한다. 디지털 트윈을 활용하면 하드웨어의 사전 장애예측, 하드웨어의 수명주기 예측, 하드웨어의 성능 최적화 등을 시각화된(3D) 화면에서 직접 제어 및 모니터링 할 수 있다. 디지털 트윈을 활용한 전산실 통합 유지관리 시스템을 설계하여 향후 ITSM 업무에 종사하는 분들이나 관련 종사자에게 도움을 드리고자 한다. Currently, hardware maintenance is the most complex, difficult, and inefficient process during ITSM tasks, making it difficult to respond to failures quickly. Although the introduction of new hardware equipment continues to increase in line with the changing times, it is difficult to deploy each expert. Hardware failures can cause service disruption for a much longer period of time than software failures, which can lead to business disruption, increasing customer complaints. In order to minimize customer dissatisfaction and provide more stable services, we want to use an advanced technology called “digital twin”. By utilizing a digital twin, it is possible to directly control and monitor hardware failure prediction, hardware life cycle prediction, and hardware performance optimization directly on a visualized (3D) screen. By designing an integrated Infomation Data Center maintenance system using digital twin, we would like to help those who work in ITSM or related workers in the future.

        오늘날 모든 조직은 사람이 경쟁력의 원천인 지식·정보화시대에 부응하기 위해 인간의 자율성에 기반을 둔 능동적·주도적·혁신적 행동을 갖춘 인재양성을 위해 노력하고 있다. 이러한 변화에 즈음하여 최근 인력개발연구는 셀프리더십, 심리적 임파워먼트, 구성원의 직무태도 등에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 하지만 대부분 사기업을 중심으로 실증분석 및 연구가 진행될 뿐 국가적 공공조직에서의 실증연구는 그 실적이 미미한 실정이다. 특히 대학운영여건은 2018년부터 학령인구의 급격한 감소가 예견되어 대학 구조개혁이 진행 중에 있으며, 대학이 스스로 변화와 개혁을 하지 않으면 외부의 압력에 의해 변화와 개혁을 강요당하고 있는 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학구조개혁과 연계하여 셀프리더십개념을 대학조직에 성공적으로 정착시키기 위해 국·공립대학의 행정직원을 대상으로 셀프리더십이 심리적 임파워먼트와 직무태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고, 셀프리더십과 직무태도의 영향관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트가 매개 역할을 하는지 연구 하였다. 이 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌적 연구방법과 실증적 연구방법을 병용하였다. 먼저 문헌적 연구방법을 통하여 국내·외의 선행연구결과와 연구 보고서 등을 수집·분석하여 셀프리더십, 심리적 임파워먼트, 직무태도의 개념 및 구성요소에 대한 이론을 정립하고, 이를 토대로 연구모형을 설계하여, 전국 10개 국·공립대학교 행정직원 392명의 설문조사 결과를 이용하여 실증 분석하였으며, 분석 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 대학행정직원이 지각하는 셀프리더십 전략은 심리적 임파워먼트 하위 변인에 대부분 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 보여주고 있다. 하지만 건설적 사고전략과 자기결정력 및 역량성 관계는 의미가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 철저한 자기관리와 내적 보상을 통한 긍정적 작업 상황을 잘 구성할 수 있는 행정직원 일수록 조직 내의 문제를 보다 더 잘 인식하고 새로운 방안을 모색하며 변화 주도적인 성향을 띄는 것으로 이해할 수 있으나, 자신과 긍정적인 대화뿐만 아니라 성공적인 성과에 대한 신념 등을 통해 성공에 대한 기회요인을 모색하는 건설적 사고전략과 자신의 주도권으로 업무를 통제할 수 있다는 자기결정력과 과업을 수행하는 개인의 능력에 대한 믿음인 역량성과는 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 행정직원이 지각하는 셀프리더십 전략은 직무태도의 하위변인에 대부분 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 보여주고 있다. 하지만 행위 지향적 전략과 직무만족의 관계는 의미가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 자기 주도적인 셀프리더십을 발휘하는 행정직원은 그들이 맡은 직무나 과업에 주인의식이 생기며, 그 결과 조직몰입 및 직무만족을 보이고, 혁신행동을 유발시킨다는 선행연구를 지지하고 있으나, 대학조직은 위계문화이기 때문에 행위 지향적 전략과 직무만족과의 관계가 유의하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학행정직원이 지각하는 심리적 임파워먼트가 직무태도에 미치는 영향도 대부분 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 보여주고 있다. 하지만 심리적 임파워먼트의 의미성·역량성과 직무만족의 관계는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 심리적 임파워먼트가 높은 행정직원은 업무의 의미나 본인의 영향력, 역량성, 자기결정력을 인지하고 있기 때문에 심리적으로 임파워된 상태에 머무르지 않고 조직몰입, 직무만족도를 높이고, 혁신행동을 유발시킨다고 이해할 수 있으며, 심리적 임파워먼트의 의미성, 역량성과 직무만족의 관계가 유의하지 않은 것은 업무의 의미와 개인의 능력과 기술을 의미하는 역량성은 직무만족과의 영향관계는 미미한 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 넷째, 셀프리더십 전략과 직무태도의 하위변인 간의 관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개여부를 검증한 결과, 일부 가설(36개 중 24개)은 채택 되여 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 나머지 가설(36개 중12개)은 기각되었다. 부분 매개효과가 있는 변수 관계가 주는 시사점은 자기 주도적 셀프리더십을 행사하는 행정직원은 그렇지 않은 사람보다 구성원 자신의 직무태도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치며, 심리적 임파워먼트(권한위임, 책임부여, 자기주도 의사결정)에 의해 간접 효과도 있다는 것을 의미한다. 아울러 기각된 가설은 연구대상, 연구시기, 연구중점 등에 따라 다르게 나타남을 선행연구결과 알 수 있다. 결론적으로 대학 행정직원들의 셀프리더십은 직무태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 셀프리더십의 세 가지 전략에 필요한 기술을 증대하는 방안을 모색하고, 특히 자연적 보상 전략은 직무태도에 많은 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수로서 자연적 보상전략을 극대화 하는 방안을 모색함으로써 대학행정직원들의 적극적·능동적·혁신적 직무태도 유발을 도모해야 할 것이다. 또한 셀프리더십과 직무태도의 관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트의 하위요소들이 직무태도를 향상시키는 촉매요인으로 작용하고 있다는 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 따라서 심리적 임파워먼트에 관한 올바른 이해와 증대 방안을 모색하고 특히 직무태도 촉매요인 중 중요 요소로 확인된 역량성의 중요성을 인식하고, 조직 구성원들의 지식과 기술 습득을 위한 직무훈련을 통해 직무태도 활성화 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다. Today all organizations have worked to cultivate elites involving affirmative, dominant and innovative attitudes based on the autonomy of human beings to meet in the knowledge and information society which human beings act as competitive resources. To respond to this ever-growing society, most of the recent studies that deal with human resources development are focused on self-leadership, psychological empowerment and attitude toward the job - which are mainly common in private organizations. Particularly a sharp decrease in the population of school age is anticipated around 2018 and certain university structural reforms have been conducted under the conditions specified by the university management. Also, if the university would not do changes and reforms, it would be forced to do them by external pressure. Consequently, this study verified whether self-leadership affects psychological empowerment and job attitude. It also includes studies about psychological empowerment as a mediator in the relationship between self-leadership and job attitude for administrative staff engaged in national & public universities to successfully settle the concept of self-leadership in the university organizations connected to structural reforms. To achieve the goal of the study, both literary and positivistic methodologies were used. Through literary approach, advanced studies and research papers - domestic and overseas - were collected to analyze and set up a theory on self-leadership, psychological empowerment and job attitude. Based on the results, a study model was designed and an analysis of the actual proof established from the collected survey data of 392 administrative staff engaged in national & public universities were made. The analysis results are as follows : First, self-leadership strategies which the administrative staff recognize in universities have a positive effect on the lower psychological empowerment factor. However the relations among constructive pattern strategies on self-leadership, self-determination and competence to the psychological empowerment does not have a positive effect. This means that an administrative staff who can organize an affirmative working environment well through self-management and internal rewards can effectively recognize the issue in the organization and adequately seek new methods for positive changes. It was verified that there is no relationship between the constructive pattern strategies(which seeks the opportunity factor on success as well as affirmative talks with oneself through beliefs on successful results) and self-determination to control the work with an individual’s own initiative and competence to believe his/her ability to do the task. Second, the self-leadership strategies which administrative staff recognize in universities have a positive effect on the lower job attitude factor. This means that an administrative staff who can display self-directed leadership can effectively perform their task and duty. As a result, they create and influence organization commitment and job satisfaction that leads to innovative behavior. The relationship between behavior focused strategies and job satisfaction does not have a positive effect due to the “hierarchical culture ” that most university organization follows. Third, psychological empowerment which administrative staff recognize in universities have a positive effect on the lower job attitude factor. However the relations among the meaning and competence in the psychological empowerment and job satisfaction does not have a positive effect. This means that administrative staff who have a high level psychological empowerment recognize the meaning of work, their own influence, competence and self-determination which does not rely in the psychological empowerment to enhance organization commitment and job satisfaction to arise into an innovative behavior. Moreover the relationship among the meaning and competence in psychological empowerment and job satisfaction does not have a positive effect. This is due to the marginal influence relationship between the meaning and competence in psychological empowerment and job satisfaction Lastly, psychological empowerment played as a partial mediator on the relationship between self-leadership strategies and lower job attitude factors (24/36). The implications of having a partial mediator, which variable relation gives, means that administrative staff should wield self-directed leadership. This type of self-leadership has a direct positive effect towards their job attitude and an indirect effect on psychological empowerment (delegation of authority, assignment of responsibility, self-directed decision making). We know what happens for dismissed hypotheses to appear differently on the subject, time and emphasis of study. In conclusion, self-leadership of administrative staff in the university appears to have a positive effect on the job attitude. Accordingly we should seek plans to enhance skills meeting three strategies of self-leadership. The natural reward strategy for self-leadership is specially an important factor to influence job attitude. Administrative staff should seek a way to maximize the natural reward strategy, must try to provoke active, positive and innovative job attitude in universities. Therefore we have to seek a way to improve and understand psychological empowerment and recognize the value of competence as an important factor in the catalysts of job attitudes. We should find ways to revitalize the job attitude for selecting knowledges and skills of organizational member.
