In Writing innumbereable works from "Flowory Serpent "to "Wandorer's Poem" Mi-dang, Suh Chong-ju is emerged as a, objeot of eulogies. In his early poems he was obssessed with the consciousness of guilt and wrote many poems sucb as "Gui-ckok-do"(nightingale), Silla-cho (excexps from silla) composed of a violent passion. He wrote, however, "Wintry Sky" with calmness a very few other things do. In "Wintry Sky" he culminated a vertical world of poetry of inexplicably calm emotions, On the other hand, in his poems "Myth of Gil ma.-jae, ho provides enough evidence of his burying in the horizontal world of poetry. As a, student of the korean poetry I have buen inerea, singly impressed with the vast soope of Mi-da,ng' influenoe. In preparing this essay I confess a great doubt and, perplexity for it regutres a more thorough going knowledge about Mi-dang. In "Wintry Sky" I will try to search the archetypal pettorn of Mi-dang's poetical works and his poetlcal motive of oternity as well as the problom that he must overoome his frusted desire through metamorphosis, His later poems such as Gil-ma-jae shows arohetapal patterns and the similar motif of his earlior works than "Wintry Sky" where he tried to pursuo mother-figure. II. Symbolism of "Wintry Sky" Dealing with this poem, I tried to understand, what "Beautitul eyebrow" in the first line and "horrible bird" in the fourth really mean and atruotual aspect of the horrible bird. He is ceaselessly seeking out the imago of love through beautiful eyebrow which is the symbol of the eternal woman. And he shows his frustratod love into sublimation 1) Symbolism of eye-brow in "Wintry Sky". 2) Ambiguity of horrible bird in "Wintry Sky". 3) Structual aspect of horrible bird in "Wintry Sky". 4) Analysis of "Wintry Sky"- Sublimation of frustrated love, III. The relation of poetry between "Wintry Sky' and earlier works In the works before "Wintry-sky" he searohed mother figure and sublimated frustrated love which constitute his poetio world and this seams a kind of archetypal pattern. 1) Aesthetica of conflict and curse in "Flowery Serpent" and "Self portait". 2) A lonely wing in "Crane". 3) Implication of sister's house in "Sister's house". 4) Limit of eleration in "Swing". IV. The relation of "Myth of "Gil-ma-joe" to "Wintery Sky" A conoentration in tradition and a realizantion of his literay world in 'Gil-ma jao" may be nothing more than a hometown story according to some critos. But in this poems the motif which was purauit of mother figure in "Wintry Sky" appears the great eonourna with various traditional things coneluded. V. Conolusion I have tried to search for the symbolism that he shows in his poems : the pootio diotion that he uses in his works and the oreativo motive that he has continually kept, Alao I have tried to explore the moaning and essonco of the pezfeot love whioh he was aearched for continually, He himself employs archetypal pattern which appears in thealySis of what we oalled perfect woman in his poem Building up a gigantic government of his own lterary works, he was emergea as a maestro of the literary world. On the traditional basis, he sublimated briliant traditional spirit as a national poet. Is Mi- dang conaiderod as a great poet unquestionably yes. Certainly, he will be remembered as an his historic figure in ages to come.

재창업자의 실패내성과 긍정심리자본이 조직흡수역량을 통해 의사결정의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 재창업기업 대표를 대상으로 재창업자의 실패내성과 긍정심리자본이 흡수역량과 탐색 및 활용 활동을 통해 의사결정의 질에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 국세통계연보에 따르면 우리나라의 2016년부터 2018년까지 3년간 평균 130만개의 기업이 창업하고, 90만개의 기업이 폐업하고 있고 창업기업대비 폐업기업 비율은 약 70% 정도로 아주 심각하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 폐업에 따른 기업가의 피해는 사업실패에 따른 정신적 충격, 빚으로 인한 경제적 고통, 사업실패의 부정적 인식 등 심리적이고 경제적이며 사회적인 양상을 보인다. 이러한 상황을 반영하듯이 최근 재창업을 지원하는 정책적, 사회적 지원이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 실패를 경험하고 다시 일어선 재창업자의 다양한 심리적 요인 중 어떠한 심리적 요인들이 재창업의 성공과 실패에 영향을 미칠까하는 궁금함에서 출발하였다. 그래서 많은 심리적 요인 중 재창업자와 관계가 있을 것으로 보이는 실패내성과 긍정심리자본이 의사결정의 질에 관계가 있는지 검증하고 한다. 또, 흡수역량과 탐색 및 활용 활동을 통해 의사결정의 질에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 가설을 검증하기 위해 변수와 변수를 구성하는 요인을 측정하는 설문을 준비하였고, 설문조사는 온라인 설문조사 플랫폼을 활용하여 진행하였다. 연구대상은 중소벤처기업진흥공단으로부터 재창업 자금을 지원받은 재창업자를 대상자로 하였으며, 설문지를 전국의 재창업기업 대표자 614명에게 배포하였고, 그중 172명이 응답하였으며, 응답지 중 불성실하게 응답한 10개의 응답지를 제거하고 162명의 응답 자료를 SPSS 24.0을 활용하여 빈도 분석을 Smart PLS 3.0을 활용하여 구조모형방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과 여러 가지 유의미한 결론에도 불구하고 다음과 같은 한계점을 가지고 있다. 첫째, 중소벤처기업진흥공단으로부터 재창업 지원자금을 받은 기업을 대상으로 하여, 타 기관이 제외 되었다는 것이다. 둘째, 실패를 감추고 싶어하는 재창업자의 특성으로 인해 설문 확보에 어려움이 많았다는 것이다. 즉, 연구의 결과를 일반화하기에는 한계가 있다는 것이다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 기관의 협력을 통해 표본을 확장할 수 있는 방법이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 향후 연구에 대한 제안사항은 정부기관으로부터 지원받지 않고 재창업을 진행 한 재창업자까지도 포함된 연구가 이루어졌으면 한다. 또, 재창업자의 어려움에 대한 이해와 재창업 성공과 실패에 대한 다양한 연구가 필요할 것이다. 마지막으로 실패 경험을 가지고 있으며 다시 도전한 재창업 대표님들께 응원을 보내며, 본 연구가 재창업자에게 기여가 되었으면 한다. 주제어: 재창업, 실패내성, 긍정심리자본, 흡수역량, 탐색 및 활용, 의사결정의 질
