I supose that school extra curricularactivities in korea are some problems in three points of view. One, there is in the conceptual confusion of school extra curricularactivities. Another, Individualization teaching in school extra curricularactivities operation does not working. and the other, when the school extra curricularactivities are operated, there is a lack of self-control in each school level is suitable to school features and community conditions. In these aspects, this thesis is studied to search the device to activate the school extra curricularactivities This study is concluded as follow, First, it is must be defined as the school extra curricularactivities is enlighten the students` personality, and it could be more important rather than intellectual curriculum. So, school extra curricularactivities is the curriculum to enlighten the students personality, not extra curriculum or outside curriculum in school education. Second, self-control in school extra curricularactivities must be entirely given to each school level, and The Ministry of Education must not control over the school, has to support and service to school more positively. And it is needed that school should be operated as open education system in order to invite a lecturer in local community or parents of students in the special field which teacher can`t teach. Third, The Ministry of Education has to appreciate the teachers` authority and expert knowledge. The Ministry of Education must widely support to the teachers with professional disposition are able to exhibit full to teach students in school extra curricularactivities teaching. Forth, the teachers` college must reinforce to teach students educational theory and teaching methods of extra curricularactivities and many things concern extra curricularactivities education.

The purpose of the study was to analyse the ecnomies of scale on school/class management in lementary and middle schools in Kyong Sang Nam Do. The Contents of the Study were as follows : 1) to analyse the agreements with that of this study groups and the school/class optimal size indicated on law of education and K.E.D.I. 2) to explore the differences of the optimal schoo1/class size by regional groups in this study groups 3) to diagnose the economies of scale on school/class management in this study groups The conclusion derided from the study are as follows; 1) The discrepancy between present school/class size of this study groups and optimal school/class size indicated law of education and K.E.D.I is very severe. 2) The economies of scale on school/class management in this study groups is very low.

This study was attempted to analyze the actual conditions for extra-curriculum operation in Elementary Schools, and provide some ideas for better management. The conclusion are as followings. First, it is necessary that the methods of operations, time, place, orgnization of teacher and subjects of extra-curriculum activities muse be flexible. Second, the plan and the methods for utilizing teacher's guide about extra-curriculum activities should be contrived. Third, the methods of evaluation of extra-curriculum activities should be concretely and gradationally improved.
