충남바이오 가스 기반 수소공급산업 육성사업의 경제적 파급효과분석

In order to prepare for the entry into the hydrogen economy society with the increase of the environment friendly hydrogen energy demand, advanced countries as well as Korea are competing intensely in technology development competition to prevail economically efficient hydrogen production technology. In Chungcheongnam-do, hydrogen production, compression and storage technologies are secured through the construction of a recycling facility capable of producing hydrogen energy based on biogas for the production of environmentally friendly hydrogen. And to create an ecosystem of hydrogen industry that links with hydrogen. The input part of this project to be embodied in this project is the development of technology development (biogas-based hydrogen production plant, etc.) and foundation (hydrogen farm and demonstration center construction) and enterprise support (testing of parts, Technical support for industry, establishment of industry-academia-related network, and training of professional manpower). In this study, to analyze the economic impact of the hydrogen supply business as an analytical model, we conducted an industry - related analysis using 29 major industries in 2014. The effects of production inducement, value added inducement, employment inducement effect, and front and rear chain effect of hydrogen supply industry were compared and analyzed.

2003년 출범한 참여정부는 지역균형개발을 국정의 중요한 목표로 설정하고 이 를 달성하기 위한 수단으로 지역혁신정책 및 산업 클러스터정책을 도입하였다.이러한 정책으로 전국에 많은 산업 클러스터가 형성되었고, 또 그 이전에도 근대 화과정을 거치면서 우리나라에는 경인지역 및 영남지역에 많은 산업 클러스터가조성되었다. 이러한 산업 클러스터의 형성, 발전, 그리고 쇠퇴과정을 분석하는 틀로써 진화론적 경제이론이 최근 부산하고 있다 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 경로의존론, 경로창조론, 산업 클러스터 주기이론 등, 최근 국제적으로 논의가 활발해지고 있는 진화론적 접근 방법을 소개하고, 각 이론의 특징을 규명하는 한편, 그러한 이론의 적용 가능성을 탐색하였다. The Korean government of the early 2000s, led by Roh Mu-Hyun, set regionally balanced growth as a major goal of various governmental policies. Throughout the whole period of the government (2023 - 2007) actually pursued the goal by developing economic and social policies based on major concepts of regional innovation systems. While the regional innovation systems policies of the govenrment were materialized by industrial cluster policies, many industrial clusters were actually formulated. In addition to these clusters, Korea in fact had developed many industrial clusters, centered mainly by major industrial cities, such as Ulsan, over the period of its modernization since the 1950s, this paper introduces three evolutionary economic theories: path dependence, path creation and cluster life-cycle theory, analyzes their strengths and weaknesses, and foresee possibilities of adopting them in analyzing the processes of growing and changing industrial clusters.

This paper aims to analyse the regional effects of the west coastal highway and to propose the policy issues using those effects for facilitating development of west Korea. Opening of the west coastal highway in 2001 shall shrink time distance among the regions of west Korea greatly and increase regional interaction drastically along the highway. These effects shall provide new opportunities to the influential areas of highway in improving socio-economic and spatial structure. However, there may be widened regional imbalance between Seoul metropolitan area and the other west Korea owing to the strong straw effect. So, we recommend policy issues using the effect of highway for formulating the west coastal developmental axis which was proposed in the 4th Comprehensive National Territorial Plan (2000∼2020): Formulation of nucleus area and planned development of area adjacent to interchange of highway; improvement of local transportation system connected to highway; common use of area-wide urban services among regions.
충남 연구개발사업이 지역경제에 미친 효과 분석 -FCEV 사업을 중심으로-

본 연구는 충남 지역에 연료전지자동차(FCEV)부품 개발에 따른 경제적 효과를 분석하기 위함이다. 지역에 연구개발비의 투입이 지역경제에 미치는 효과를 정량적으로 분석한다. 이를 위하여 충남지역 R&D SAM(Social Accounting Matrix)을 구축하여 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 분석결과 충남의 지역 내 R&D 부가가치 창출이 상당히 낮고 타 지역으로의 이출이 많기 때문에 지역수준에서의 R&D 투자가 전반적인 지역 경제에 미치는 영향이 크지 않게 나타났다. This paper is trying to analyze the economic effect of FCEV(Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle) development in Chungnam. We analyze the local economic effect of the invest in research and development cost quantitatively. To do this, we made R&D SAM. The results show that since the local R&D value-added creation in Chungnam is quite low and transfers frequently, the general economic effect of R&D investment in Chungnam is not high
