This study conducted an empirical investigation with the aim of revealing the influence of domestic aviation manufacturing companies' application of smart factory technology on corporate performance through work efficiency. As a result of the study, the influence of the application of smart factory technology by aviation manufacturing companies on work efficiency and corporate performance was partially adopted as it had a significant effect on work efficiency and only on operational performance. In addition, it was adopted as it was found to have a significant effect on financial performance. This can be evaluated as suggesting that long-term continuous use of information technology based on the usefulness of information technology and high operational performance can be created by continuing operational efficiency through the use of artificial intelligence based on the Internet of Things and big data as a technical factor of smart factories and efficient use of MES and ERP.

We present a case report of primary middle ear lipoma diagnosed in right ear of a 25-month-old girl with right otitis media. We identified injection and retraction at right ear drum. Impedance tympanometry of right ear was type B and temporal bone CT was suggestive of a congenital cholesteatoma. During the tympanoplasty, a mass of tissue obstructing the eustachian tube orifice was noted in the middle ear. We have treated a case of a lipoma that originated from the middle ear; only 5 such cases have been reported worldwide.

Since Gagner introduced the first endoscopic parathyroidectomy in 1996, various approaches for endoscopic thyroidectomy & parathyroidectomy have been proposed. We have recently developed an unilateral axillo-breast approach for endoscopic thyroid surgery without gas insufflation. Through our experiences of more than 100 cases of endoscopic thyroidectomy, we have recently performed the endoscopic removal of parathyroid tumors. Case 1 was diagnosed as parathyroid adenoma, and we could not exclude the possibility of a thymic cyst, bronchogenic cyst, or brachial cleft cyst before the operation in Case 2. The final pathologic diagnosis of case 2 was a parathyroid cyst. To our knowledge, this is the first report of endoscopic removal of parathyroid tumor by an ENT surgeon in this country. This report suggests that endoscopic removal of parathyroid tumor or paratracheal mass via unilateral axillo-breast approach without gas insufflation could be a valid option for selective patients with major concern of cosmesis. 중소벤처기업의 역량과 아웃소싱 전략이 경영성과 간의 구조적 관계 분석

Korea operates a venture company certification system based on special measures for venture company management established in 1997. In 2007, the law was revised and the corporate innovation company certification system was added to certify existing venture companies. Currently, the business environment of small and medium-sized venture companies is making constant efforts to adapt to the rapidly changing technological and economic environment. Statistical processing was analyzed using SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 27.0. The structural relationship between SMEs' capabilities and outsourcing strategies was found to be a relationship with mutual correlation and significant influence. This shows that the capabilities of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies can maximize management performance by responding more flexibly in the consumer-centered market and increasing cohesion through sharing the vision of members.

This study is to verify the mediating effect of market orientation in the relationship between operational capabilities of technology startups and business performance. To verify the mediating effect of market orientation, mediation regression analysis was conducted using SPSS. The results of the study demonstrated that there is a structurally significant relationship between operational capabilities, market orientation, and management performance of technology startups. Reinforcement of operational capabilities and market orientation of technology start-ups increases the need for continuous business execution according to customer requirements and direction of change.

As Samsung and Apple"s smart products and services have dominated the global market, researches and developments about IT convergence are very active and emerging issues. When a new media is rolled out in public, the researches for analyzing why the media is applied and developed have been preferentially taken, which was based on the theory of the technology acceptance model or usage and satisfaction. However, a lot of smart products and services failed in the process of market diffusion despite high expectations. These failures can be attributed to an insufficient effort to reflect consumer"s evaluation for the related smart products This study applies the advanced research of Smart phone’s use attribute into Tablet PC because Tablet PC is the typical device of convergence like Smart phone and it is composed of similar use attributes with Smart phone. In addition, the differences between Tablet PC and Smart phone are also figured out in this study. This study organizes the variables based on the advanced researches about the smart convergence products and services and such variables was studied in the context of Tablet PC, so it can provide the meaningful implication method for building the future marketing strategy. This study shall play a great role in understand how consumers assess the tablet PC and what factors will influence their purchases.

SCM 통합전략이 조직역량과 기업성과 간의 구조적 관계 분석 -중소기업을 중심으로-

본 연구는 중소기업의 SCM(공급사슬관리)통합 전략과 조직역량이 기업성과 간의 구조적 인과 관계를 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 중소기업의 SCM운영 실무담당자 303명을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과를 보면 중소기업의 SCM통합 전략과 조직역량이 기업성과 간의 구조적 관계는 상호상관성을 갖고 유의한 영향력 갖는 관계임을 실증해 주었다. 이는 중소기업의 SCM 통합전략의 시스템, 참여자, 기능적 통합이 수요자 중심의 시장에서 보다 유연하게 대응하고 구성원의 비전공유를 통해 결집력을 높여 조직역량을 극대화할 수 있음을 보여준 것이라 할 수 있다. 이 같은 조직역량은 중소기업의 경쟁력을 향상시키고 정보 통합의 공유와 시스템 통합의 신뢰성을 뒷받침해 준다. 즉 조직역량을 강화로 기업성과로서 제조비용 절감, 제품 품질향상, 납기 준수, 매출단위당 반품률 절감 효과로 나타남을 시사해준 것으로 평가할 수 있다. This study evaluated 303 SMEs who were supply chain management (SCM) practitioners to identify the structural causality between their SCM integration strategy and organizational capabilities. Research has demonstrated that the structural relationship between SCM integration strategies and organizational capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises is one with significant influence and mutual correlation. This shows that the system, participants, and functional integration of the SMEs’ SCM integration strategies can be more flexible in a consumer-oriented market and can maximize organizational capabilities by increasing cohesion through members" vision sharing. Such organizational capabilities improve the competitiveness of SMEs and support the sharing of information integration and the reliability of system integration. In other words, this study suggests that strengthening organizational capabilities can reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, improve compliance with delivery dates, and reduce return rates per unit of sales which are measures of corporate performance.

Most of the recent studies related to the domestic service industry deal with the factors related to the store (service space). However, in the previous researches related to mobile phone retail market, most of the studies are related to products or additional services on mobile phone services that are dealt with in stores rather than the studies related to stores themselves. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of store attributes and store personality on store trust and store loyalty in mobile phone retail market. Moreover. in order to investigate the effects of store attributes and store personality on store loyalty, this study conducted exploratory research on actual store employees and members. Based on these contexts, the research explores the key factors of retail store operation in the mobile phone retail market. For the purpose of empirical study, a survey was conducted from July 1, 2016 to August 31, 2016 for mobile telecommunication stores in the West Gyeongnam area, by convenience sampling on the purchasers of mobile phone and portable tablet PC. The result of this study shows that the factors of products and sails promotion in store attributes have a significant influence on store trust, and the factors of warmth and activeness in store personality have a significant influence on store trust. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize the factors of products and sales promotion that can form the store trust in operating mobile phone retail store, and the result also shows the importance of emphasizing warmth and activeness.
