抗히스타민劑가 Cromolyn Sodium으로 前處理된 흰쥐 腹腔肥滿細胞에 미치는 細胞形態學的 硏究

Cytomorphic studies were performed to observe the influences of antihistamine on the rat pertoneal mast cell pretreated with cromolyn sodium by inverted microscope. The following conclusions were obtained : 1. Degranulation of the mast cells occurred within 3 min. after the addition of antihistamine.(1.25mg/ml). 2. Degranulation of the mast cells failed to take place within 3 min. after the addition of cromolyn sodium(10mg/ml). 3. The mast cells pretreated with cromolyn sodium for 3 min. did not show degranulation 3 min. after the addition of antihistamine. From the above results, antihistamine may have an effect on the adenyl cyclase - cAMP system to induce degranulation of the mast cells.
Cromolyn Sodium이 局所組織 Calcergy에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究
田炳得 전북대학교 의과학연구소 1983 全北醫大論文集 Vol.7 No.2
In order to study the effect of cromolyn sodium on the mastocalcergy in the rats and the role of the mast cells in this process, lead acetate and compound 48/80 were injected into the rats with or without pretreatment of cromolyn sodium. Histochemical and electron microscopic studies were carried out on the back skin taken from the rats which were sacrificed at various time intervals after the injection of lead acetate and compound 48/80.

This paper is based upon the record of the dissections from the Anatomical Laboratory of Medical School in 1977. The cadaver including a sternal muscle is an adult male Korean. The main findings were as follows; 1. This sternal muscle is composed of the right and the left fascicli, and the intermediate fascicle which is connected between the right and the left fasciculi(photograph). 2. The left muscle fascicle is attached to the tendon of the sternal head of the left sternocleidomastoid muscle, the sternal end of the 4th, the 5th, the 6th, the 7th costal cartilages and the rectus sheath. 3. The right muscle fascicle is attached tothe anterior surface of the manubrium sterni, and the rectus sheath. The sternal muscle of this case was discussed with other reports.

In order to investigate the effect of Cortex Mori on the mesenteric mast cells of the rat, this study was perfored. The results are as follow: 1. In the rats treated with Ca-Locke solution, a few of mesenteric mast cell were degranulated(normal:12%, mild:44.0%, moderate:37.7%, severe:15.4%). 2. In the rats treated with compound 48/80 solution(100㎍/ml) intraperitoneally, degranulation rate of mast cells were markedly increased than that of Ca-Locke solution treated sroup(normal:1.5%, mild:11.9%, moderate:26.8%, severe:60.2%). 3. In the rats treated with compound 48/80 solution after pretreatment with Cortex Mori solution for 1 hour, 2 hours, and 4 hours, degranulation of mesenteric mast cell was markedly inhibited by Cortex Mori. From the above results, it is suggested that Cortex Mori may have some substances to inhibit the compound 48/80 dependant degranulation of mesenteric mast cell although it was not known how it acts on the mast cell.

The influence of oral pretreatment with ginseng(100mg/kg X 10doses) and disodium cromoglycate(5mg/kg X 10 doses) on the gastric wall mast cells of the natural saponin(500mg/kg X 1 dose)-treated mice was examined. The following conclusions were obtained. 1. Ginseng alone did not cause significant changes in the total number and degranulationration in the gastric wall mast cells, when compared with the control. 2. However, ginseng markedly prevented natural saponin-induced mast cell degranulation and decrease in their total number in stomach wall. 3. Such a massive anti-degrarulating response to ratural saponin was also observed in the disodium cromoglycate-pretreated group. These findings suggest that ginseng extract may have disodium crom oglycate-like protective action against the forceful agent of degranulation, natural saponin.
