        대학생들의 웰니스 자기인식에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 웰니스에 관한 자기인식이 운동동작 및 건강이미지에 미치는 영향을 인구 통계학적 변인에 따라 비교ㆍ분석하는 것이었다. 부산지역에 소재한 대학교학생 총 400명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 웰니스 자기인식의 차이에서 전공과 성별에서는 체육 전공자와 남학생이 웰니스 자기인식을 높게 보는 것으로 나타났고, 나이에서는 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 운동동작 및 건강이미지의 차이에서는 전공과 성별에서 체육 전공자가 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났고, 나이에서는 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 웰니스 자기인식과 운동동작 및 건강이미지의 상관관계에서는 웰니스의 모든 요인들이 운동동작과 건강이미지에서 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기초동작에서는 부분적 상관관계가 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the Wellness self- awareness on Physical movements and Physical assessments. It surveyed 400 male and female college students in Busan area. It is a results of the survey. First, in the differences of the Wellness self- awareness, the survey results showed that PE students and male students highly recognized Wellness self-awareness. The Wellness self-awareness wasn"t affected by age. Second, PE students were affected by Physical movements and Physical assessments. There was no age effects. Third, in the Wellness self- awareness, Physical movements and Physical assessments, there was a correlation between all of the Wellness factors and Exercise physical strengths, Health physical strengths. It was found that there was partial correlation between Wellness factors and Basic physical strengths.

        산양삼 혼입숙성 감식초 섭취에 의한 흰쥐의 혈중지질 감소와 항산화능 개선

        In this study we investigated that the mountain-cultivated ginseng into persimmon vinegar fused material on blood lipids and anti -oxidant capacity in rats. A 4-year-old mountain-cultivated ginseng was ripened with 4-year-malured persimmon vinegar, and then it was diluted 5 times and orally administerd to rats. The rats were divided into a control group (CON), a persimmon vinegar group (PV) and a mountain-cultivated ginseng +persimmon vinegar fusion material group (M PV). The body weight was found to be low in MPV. and amount of the stored fats were also low in PV and MPV. Blood lipids were found to be low in PV and MPV compared to the CON. HDL-C (high density lipoprotein cholesterol) was found to be significant1y high in these two groups Liver Cu, Zn-SOD (superoxide dismutase) and GPx(glutathione peroxidase) were CON < PV < MPV, in sequence, with significance. Especially, it was the highest in MPV. Liver MDA (malondialdehyde) concent was MPV < PV,CON, in sequence with significance. These results suggested that the fusion material lowers blood lipids and enhance anti-oxidant capacity. We carefully thought that it might be used effectively as a health food

        소음노출 후 운동과 녹차섭취가 스트레스 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 규칙적인 운동과 일회성 소음노출 이후 지속적인 운동 또는 녹차 섭취의 병행이 스트레스호르몬에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사하였다. 모든 쥐를 대상으로 6주간 훈련을 부하한 후 최대 122 dB의 소음에 노출시켰다. 집단은 소음노출이 되지 않은 비교군, 소음노출 후 소음대조군, 소음휴식군, 소음운동군, 소음운동녹차군으로 하였다. 체중과 체지방량은 집단간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 혈중 중성지방은 녹차섭취에 의해 감소하였다(p<05). 또한 유리지방산은 소음노출 1주일 후에 증가하였으며(p<05), 녹차섭취에 의해 감소하였다(p<.05). 간의 글리코겐 함량은 소음노출 후에 감소를 보였다(p<05). 간의 MDA는 소음노출에 의해 증가하였으며(p<05), SOD는 소음노출에 의해 감소하였다가 소음운동녹차군에서 증가하였다(p<.05). 스트레스호르몬(코티졸, 코티코스테론)은 소음에 의해 증가를 보였으며(p<.05), 소음운동녹차군에서 정상수준으로 회복되는 것으로 나타났다(p<05). 따라서 소음노출에 의한 회복 시 규칙적인 운동과 함께 녹차의 음용이 스트레스호르몬의 정상농도로의 회복을 촉진시키는 것으로 사료된다. We investigated the effect of continuous exercise and/or green tea ingestion after acute noise exposure on the stress hormones in rats. For these, rats were exposed noise at 122 dB maximally after 6 weeks treadmill exercise training. After training, they were divided into control (CON), noise control (NOC), noise rest control (NRC), noise exercise (NEX), and noise exercise and green tea ingestion (NEG), n=7, respectively. Body weight and amount of fats were not significantly difference among the groups. Blood TG was decreased with green tea ingestion (p<.05), and FFAs were increased in the NRC and NEX compared to the CON and NOC (p<.05). NEG, however, showed low concentrations compared to the NRC and NEX (p<.05). Liver glycogen contents were decreased after a week noise exposure (p<.05). And also, liver MDA content was increased after a week noise exposure (p<.05). SOD activity was decreased by the noise but was increased in the NEG (p<.05). Stress hormones were increased after noise exposure but were decreased normally in the NEG (p<.05). These results suggested and we thought that continuous exercise with green tea ingestion after noise exposure facilitates stress recovery.

        대학생들의 응급처치법 교육 관련 특성이 전반적 교육만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the whole satisfaction level of participants in educational programs of first-aid treatment. The subjects were 261 university students who experienced in first-aid training program from May 2-16, 2023. The findings of the study were as follows: The participators had a significant impact on their satisfaction level with the first- aid training programs, frequency of first-aid training and training problems were accepted. Whole satisfaction was high in university(β=.500, p<.01), high shool(β=.404, p<.01), and social education(β=.321, p<.01) during first-aid education completion. The number of first-aid training was the highest in four or more times, followed by two in terms of overall satisfaction. Through this, it is expected to be used as basic data for the development and effective dissemination of first aid education related programs.

        산양삼 혼입 숙성 감식초 섭취에 의한 흰쥐의 에너지 대사 변화 연구

        본 연구에서는 4년근 산양삼을 4년 숙성된 감식초에 혼입 숙성시킨 후, 5배 희석하여 쥐에게 경구투여하였다. 이후 당질대사 및 지질대사에 영향을 미치는 단백질 발현율을 분석하여 융합소재의 에너지대사율 증대에 의한 비만억제효과에 대하여 검토하였다. 집단은 대조군(CON), 감식초군(PV), 산양삼+감식초 융합소재군(MPV)으로 각각 구분하였다. 체중의 증가율은 PV, MPV가 낮게 나타났다. 글루코스 농도는 PV와 MPV가 낮았으며, 반대로 GLUT-2 는 유의하게 높았다. 유리지방산 농도와 CPT-1은 PV, MPV가 높았으며, MPV가 PV에 비하여 높았다. Cytochrome C oxidase는 MPV가 CON에 비하여 높게 나타났다. AMPK, PPAR-γ 그리고 PGC1-α는 모두 PV, MPV가 높았으며, MPV 가 PV에 비하여 높았다. 이상과 같은 결과는 융합소재의 체열생산반응을 증명하며, 이를 통한 에너지 대사 상승은 비만억제에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있으리라 판단되며, 다양한 후속연구를 통한 검증이 필요할 것이라 사료된다. In this study, a 4-year-old mountain ginseng was mixed and ripened with 4-year-matured persimmon vinegar, and then it was diluted 5 times and orally administerd to rats. Afterwards, by analyzing the protein expression rate which affects both the carbohydrate metabolism and the lipid metabolism, this study examined the anti-obesity effect of the fusion material, The rats were divided into a control group (CON), a persimmon vinegar group (PV) and a mountain ginseng+persimmon vinegar fusion material group (MPV). The weight gain rate was found to be low in PV and MPV, and the concentration of glucose was also low in PV and MPV. However, GLUT-2 was found to be significantly high in these two groups on the contrary. Both the concentration of free fatty acid and CPT-1 protein expression rate were high in PV and MVP, but MVP was higher than PV. Cytochrome C oxidase was found to be higher in MPV than in CON. AMPK, PPAR-γ and PGC1-α were all high in PV and MPV, but MPV was higher than PV. All the results above verified the thermogenesis effect of the fusion material, leading to an increase of energy metabolism, and it was thought that the fusion material could be effectively used for anti-obesity. However, it seems necessary to verify the anti-obesity effect through various further studies.

        고지방식이 섭취와 그라비올라 추출물 음용 시 수영 운동이 항산화능과 염증성발현 인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Graviola leaves extract Ingestion and swimming exercise on antioxidant and inflammatory cytokine contention. To achieve this purpose, 32 male rats were selected to Graviola leaves extract ingestion and let swimming exercise for 6 weeks. The swimming group and the high-fat diet+graviola Ingestion+swimming group no showed significant total body fat loss. For the change of antioxidant capacity, MDA, SOD no showed significantly and GPX showed significantly high activeness in the high-fat diet+graviola Ingestion+swimming exercise group. TNF-αconcentration was no showed significantly, NF-κB concentration showed significantly high activeness in the high-fat diet+graviola Ingestion, high-fat diet+graviola Ingestion+swimming exercise group. Therefore, the results suggest that immune function and antioxidant is improved by graviola Ingestion and/or exercise training that may inhibit the anti-inflammation and anti-oxidantion process effectively increasing inflammation, antioxidant capacity in rats. In this finding, various researches on the physiological agents which the graviola possesses would give positive effect as a exercise.

        Differences of Garlic Powder Ingestion and Exercise Training on Blood Lipids, MDA and SOD in Rats

        본 연구는 운동훈련과 마늘가루 섭취가 혈중지질과 항산화활성에 미치는 영향을 조사한 것으로서 28마리의 SD계 수컷 흰쥐를 사용하여 고지방식이와 함께 마늘분(500 ㎎/㎏)을 사료에 혼합시켜 섭취시켰다. 집단은 대조군(CON), 운동군(EXE), 마늘군(GAR), 그리고 마늘분과 운동훈련 병행군(GAREXE)로 각각 구분하였다. EXE와 GAREXE는 트레드밀 달리기를 4주동안 실시하였다. 지방량(장간막, 신주위, 부고환주위)의 정량과 혈중 글루코스, 중성지방(Triglyceride: TG), 총콜레스테롤(Total cholesterol: TC), 고밀도지단백콜레스테롤(High density lipoprotein cholesterol: HDL-C), 저밀도지단백콜레스테롤(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol: LDL-C) 등을 분석하였다. 간조직의 MDA (Malondialdehyde)와 SOD (Superoxide dismutase) 활성을 분석하였다. GAREXE의 체중은 다른 집단에 비하여 통계적으로 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났으며(p<0.05), GAR과 GAREXE이 경우에 지방량 역시 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 혈중 글루코스는 CON이 다른 집단에 비하여 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났으며 (p<0.05), TG는 GAR과 GAREXE가 다른 집단에 비하여 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. TC는 GAREXE가 CON 및 GAR에 비하여 통계적으로 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났으며(p<0.05), HDL-C는 CON에 비하여 EXE와 GAR에서 유의하게 개선된 것으로 나타났으며(p<0.05), GAREXE는 EXE에 비하여 유의하게 높은 농도를 나타내었다(p<0.05). MDA 함량은 GAREXE가 EXE에 비하여 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났으며(p<0.05), SOD 활성은 CON에 비하여 다른 집단에서 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). GAREXE의 경우에 EXE와 GAR에 비하여 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타나 운동과 병행할 경우의 유의한 상승효과가 나타났다(p<0.05). 이러한 결과를 볼 때, 운동훈련을 실시하는 경우에 마늘분 섭취는 혈중 글루코스를 낮추고, 혈중지질을 개선하는데 효과가 있으며, 항산화효과 역시 나타났다고 생각된다. 추후 마늘의 추출법, 제조공정, 섭취방법 등에 대한 다양한 연구방법적 접근을 통해서 마늘이 가지고 있는 다양한 효과에 대한 검증이 필요하다고 사료된다. This study investigated the effect of exercise training and garlic powder ingestion on blood lipids and antioxidants activity in rats. Twenty-eight male Sprague Dawley rats were fed a high-fat diet with or without garlic powder (500 ㎎/㎏) for four weeks as grouped in control (CON), exercise (EXE), garlic (GAR), and garlic + exercise training (GAREXE), respectively. EXE and GAREXE were trained on the treadmill for the same periods. Weight of fats (mesentery, perirenal, and epididymal) were weighed and blood glucose, triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), and high density lipoprotein- cholesterol (HDL-C) were analyzed and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) was calculated. Malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) for lipid peroxidation were analyzed in liver tissue. Body weight in GAREXE was significantly lower in the statistics than that in other groups (p<0.05), and the volume of fat in GAR and GAREXE was also much lower (p <0.05). Blood glucose was significantly lower in EXE and GAR (p<0.05), however, there was no effect of exercise training. Blood TG was lower in GAR and GAREXE (p<0.05), however, there was no effect of exercise training. HDL-C was significantly improved in EXE and GAR compared to CON (p<0.05), and GAREXE was higher than EXE (p<0.05). MDA content was considerably lower in GAREXE compared to EXE (p<0.05), and SOD activity was much higher in other groups compared to CON (p<0.05). In addition, GAREXE was significantly higher than EXE and GAR, thus there was significant increase when a garlic diet was carried out together with exercise (p<0.05). These results suggested that garlic powder ingestion during the training periods had a beneficial effect of lowering glucose and enhancing blood lipids profiles. Moreover, it also has antioxidant effects, which means that it could possibly suppress aging. It is necessary to inspect various effects of garlic with a variety of research methods regarding sampling process, production process, intake method, etc.
