포토보이스를 활용한 신규가정과교사의 경험 탐색

이 연구의 목적은 신규가정과교사로서의 교사생활을 심층적으로 이해하는 데 있다. 연구내용은, 신규가정과교사는 첫 1년 동안의 교사생활에서 무엇을 경험하며 이 경험의 의미는 무엇인가이다. 연구방법론은 포토보이스를 활용하였다. 연구참여자는 2022년 가정과교사 중등교사 임용시험에 합격한 후 3월부터 수도권 중학교에 근무하는 신규가정과교사 3명이며, 2022년 2 월~2023년 1월에 걸쳐 서면 인터뷰(2월, 1회), 포토보이스(3월~12월, 9회, 총 81장의 사진과 사진별 현장 노트), FGI(여름방학과 겨울방학)를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 주제 분석법으로 분석하였다. 신규가정과교사의 내러티브는 크게 가정과교 사 이야기와 신규교사 이야기로 구분되었다. 신규가정과교사는 가정과교사로서, ‘가정교과는 실천교과이다’, ‘가정과교사는 변화 를 만드는 교사이다’, ‘가정교과는 학교 현장에서 제대로 평가받지 못하고 있다’의 하위주제로 자신들의 내러티브를 구성하였다. 또 신규교사 이야기의 하위주제는 ‘이제 정말 시작이구나’, ‘교직은 멋진 직업이다’, ‘좋은 교사가 되겠다’이다. 이 연구는 신규가정과교사의 첫 1년을 그들의 목소리로 생생하게 탐색함으로써 신규교사의 학교생활에 대한 이해를 확장하였고, 연구전략이자 교육전략인 포토보이스의 가능성을 넓혔다는 데 의의가 있다. The purposes of this study are to obtain an in-depth understanding of the experiences of novice Home Economics teachers during their first year and to extract meaning from the experiences. The Photovoice was used as a research methodology. Participants in the study included three novice Home Economics teachers who passed the 2022 secondary school teacher recruitment examination and began working at middle schools in the Seoul metropolitan area from March 2022. Data were collected from February 2022 to January 2023, involving one written interview, nine monthly Photovoice projects, and two Focus Group Interviews. Thematic analysis was utilized for data analysis. The narratives of novice Home Economics teachers were divided into the narratives as ‘Home Economics teacher’ and as ‘Novice teacher’. As being Home Economics teachers, participants constructed their narratives around three themes: ‘Home Economics is a practical discipline’, ‘Home economics teachers are agents of change’, and ‘Home Economics is undervalued in the school.’ Furthermore, the sub themes of the ‘novice teachers’ narrative included ‘Now it's the real beginning’, ‘Teaching is a wonderful profession’, and ‘I will become a good teacher.’ The significance of this study lies in the in-depth exploration of the lived experiences of novice Home Economics teachers during their first year and broadening the use of Photovoice as a research and teaching strategy.

인터넷이 일상화되면서 인터넷을 통해 다양한 정보를 제공하거나 타인에게 자신을 알릴 수 있는 블로그, 홈페이지 등의 다양한 수단들이 등장하고, 이를 통해 젊은 세대들은 자신의 생각, 개인정보, 감정 등을 표현하고 공개하는데 거리낌이 없어지고 있다. 이러한 가운데 Pew Internet & American Life Project는 최근 「Bloggers: A portrait of the internet`s new storytellers」(2006년 7월 19일) 보고서를 통해 미국 인터넷 사용자 가운데 블로그 이용자를 중심으로 블로그 이용현황에 대해 조사하였다. 이에 대한 주요내용은 다음과 같다.

가정교과에서의 저출산·고령사회를 위한 교육과 실천 사례

The purpose of this study is to explore the role of Home Economics Education for low fertility·Aged Society. Hence home economics educational contents for low fertility·Aged Society was established extracting the contents from both Revised 2007 Home Economics Curriculum and government. policy for low fertility·Aged Society. Also home economics educational contents for low fertility·Aged Society("Home Economics Class for both parents and Children") implemented in Healthy Family Support Center. The main results of the study are as follows. Firstly, Home Economics Education for low fertility·Aged Society should be emphasized with the contents such as marriage of one's choice, family life reinforcement, healthy family culture and neighborhood living together. Secondly, the goal of home economics education is very similar to the action plans of Saeromaji Project 2010 which are 'social responsibility reinforcement for marriage, birth and child rearing’, 'balancing family and work', 'family-friendly culture' and 'security for the aged with health and care'. It has also much in common with the project plans by Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education 'ffamily-friendly culture and filial duty education reinforcement', 'school education reinforcement regarding Low Fertility·Aged Society' and 'values education reinforcement for gender equality society'. Thirdly, "Home Economics Class for both parents and Children" applied in Healthy Family Support Center in Jung-gu, Seoul. This ensures home economic education can play a leading role in the social education filed. 이 연구의 목적은 ‘저출산·고령사회’ 대비를 위하여 가정교과의 역할을 탐색하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 2007년 개정 교육과정에서의 저출산·고령사회 대비 가정교과 교육의 내용요소를 찾고, 정부에서 진행 중인 저출산·고령사회 대비 정책에서 가정교과 교육이 수행할 수 있는 역할과 실천방안을 강구한 결과를 바탕으로 서울 중구건강가정지원센터에서 “부모와 자녀가 함께 듣는 ‘가정’ 수업”을 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 저출산 고령사회 대비하기 위하여 가정교과는 선택으로서의 결혼, 가족생활역량의 강화, 건강한 가족문화 형성, 더불어 사는 이웃의 교육내용이 강조되어야 한다. 둘째, 이러한 교육내용은 ‘결혼·출산·양육에 대한 사회책임 강화’, ‘일과 가정의 양립·가족친화적 사회문화 조성’, ‘건강하고 보호받는 노후 생활 보장’ 등의 새로마지플랜2010 사업과 서울특별시교육청의 저출산·고령사회 시행 계획에 포함된 ‘가족 친화 및 효문화 함양 교육 강화’, ‘저출산·고령사회 관련 학교교육 강화’, ‘양성평등 사회 조성 가치관 교육 강화’ 등의 내용과 일치하였다. 셋째, 서울 중구건강가정지원센터에서 “부모와 자녀가 함께 듣는 가정 수업”을 실시한 결과 참가자들의 긍정적 반응을 얻었고, 사회교육 현장에서도 중추적 역할이 가능하다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 가정교과는 청소년들의 ‘저출산·고령사회’에 대한 의식을 함양시키고 이에 대한 가치판단과 자기 주도적 해결 능력을 양성할 수 있으며, 지역사회와 연계하여 저출산·고령사회 대비 교육이 실천가능하다는 사실을 알 수 있다.

Jane Austen as an Enlightenment Feminist tries to create male characters with both reason and feeling in her novels, which is interpreted as her tactic for showing that men and women are not different in essence. In fact, Austen seems to observe what made the difference between men and women is not nature but the patriarchal society and its values. According to Austen, the patriarchal society tries to keep the society as it is through the male-centered value system. In addition, Austen tries to show the common assumption that men are reasonable and women are sensitive and emotional is not an insightful observation. According to Austen, after all, both men and women are sensitive as much as reasonable alike, and men also need education and maturation to find the path to a happy family, as is with women. In short, this paper tries to examine the representation of male characters in Austen’s novels and by doing so, reveal that Austen tries to show that men and women are not different, after all.

간호관리자의 일-가정 양립에 대한 인식이 육아휴직 사용에 미치는 영향

The aims of this study were to understand nursing managers’ awareness of the work-family balance system and to identify factors affecting the ease in using parental leave. The 392 subjects were nurse managers working in general hospitals with more than 300 beds, and the data were collected by self-reporting questionnaire on the work-family balance system from January 27 to March 8, 2018. The affecting factors on using parental leave were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 by hierarchical regression. By including the nurse manager’s perception, the availability of the maternity protection policy, and the awareness of parental leave policy, the regression model was statistically significant, and the adjusted   was 16.6%. The findings indicate that the higher level of nursing managers’ awareness about maternity protection and parental leave policy was related with the increased ease in using parental leave. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the awareness of nursing managers to utilize the maternity protection system including parental leave. To this end, it is necessary to establish an organizational culture that can take advantage of parental leave and various supporting systems such as education programs.

Most cities including Busan Metropolitan Government, have established international exchange organizations for promoting international activities as a government policy for supporting foreign residents and international exchanges. However, municipal government only has limited budget for carrying out these core objectives. Local international organization should have clear identity and unique characteristics at its foundational level. Without specialization, effectiveness of these programs cannot be achieved to the desired expectation. It is crucial for local based international organizations to expand their programs and to ensure stability in all aspects. However, In a long-term view, it is more important that local international exchange organization take a intermediary role as a platform for schools and organizations between Busan and other overseas cities. Furthermore, the local international exchange organizations should put more effort on building networks among related organizations such as international offices in universities, Education Offices, foreigner assistance facilities, foreign community, interest groups and other such International Organizations. Local international exchange organizations should work on converting from intangible information as established network to a tangible data by the digital-systematization. And then, it should take a role of share and publicize the international network information.
