        버들송이 신품종 "참"의 특성

        버들송이의 기존품종의 단점을 보완하고 품종 다양화를 위해, 단포자 교잡에 의해 육성된 ‘참’의 주요특성은 다음과 같다. 균사 생장적온은 26~28℃로 ‘버들송이1호’보다 다소 높았고 버섯발생 및 생육온도는 18~20℃로 ‘버들송이1호’와 같았으며, 톱밥+밀기울+미강+건비지(70:10:10:10, v/v)배지에서 재배 시, 배양온도 22~23℃에서 배양일수는 38일 내외, 생육온도 18~20℃에서 발이 일수는 7일, 자실체 생육일수는 5일로, 재배일수는 ‘Cham’, a new cultivar of Agrocybe aegerita, was bred by crossing between monokaryotic strains isolated from GMAG45021 and ‘Beodeulsongi1ho’ in Mushroom Research Station, Gyonggi Province A.R.E.S. in 2007. The optimum temperature for the mycelial growth of ‘Cham’ was 26 to 28℃ on PDA medium, whereas that of ‘Beodeulsongi1ho’(control) was 24 to 26℃. The optimum temperature for the primordial formation and fruiting body development of ‘Cham’, as well as ‘Beodeulsongi1ho’, was 18 to 20℃. In the bottle cultivation, the spawn run period of ‘Cham’ at 22 to 23℃ was around 38 days and the period from scratching of inoculum to harvest was 12 days. These characteristics of ‘Cham’ were not different from those of ‘Beodeulsongi1ho’. However, ‘Cham’ had more dark brown-colored, and thicker and stronger pileus, and longer and thicker stipe compared to that of ‘Beodeulsongilho’. Freshness of ‘Cham’ was maintained for 10 days at the storage temperature of 4℃, while that of ‘Beodeulsongi1ho’ was maintained for 8 days. Moreover, the yield of fruiting bodies of ‘Cham’ was 141 g/850 ㎖ bottle, which was similar to that of ‘Beodeulsongi1ho’. Both ‘Cham’ and ‘Beodeulsongilho’ have lower resistivity against Trichoderma virens and Trichoderma harzianum.

        잣버섯 신품종『곤지10호』 특성

        ‘Gonji10ho’, a new variety of Neolentinus lepideus, was bred by mating two monokaryotic strains isolated from ‘GMNL66037’ and ‘GMNL66014’ in Mushroom Research Institute, Gyonggi-Do ARES in 2012. The optimum temperature for the mycelial growth of ‘Gonji10ho’ was 29oC on PDA medium and that for the primordia formation and the growth of fruiting body of ‘Gonji10ho’ was 201oC. In bottle cultivation of ‘Gonji10ho’, the period of spawn running was around 35 days at 221oC and the period from scratching of inoculum to harvesting was 27 days. ‘Gonji10ho’ had thicker pileus and stipe than control variety(‘Solhyang’). The number of available stipe was fewer than that of control variety. During the cultivation of ‘Gonji10ho’, the occurrence rate of Trichoderma spp. was lower than that in control variety. In bottle cultivation, the yield of fruiting bodies of ‘Gonji10ho’, which was 38% higher than that of control variety, was 69.6 g/900 ml bottle, and in bag cultivation, that of ‘Gonji10ho’, which was 10% higher than that of control variety, was 114.2 g/1 kg bag. In physical characteristics, the strongness and brittleness of the pileus of ‘Gonji10ho’ were higher than those of control variety. When considered in the period available for sale, the shelf life of ‘Gonji10ho’, which was 5 days longer than that of control variety, was 34 days.

        잎새버섯 병재배 시 배지조성비율에 따른 재배 특성

        This study was carried out to investigate the optimum rate of substrate composition in bottle cultivation of Grifola frondosa and had three rates of substrate composition of 67:11:22(T1), 68:15:17(T2) and 74:14:12(T3) as mixing rate of weight of dried oak sawdust, dried corn husk and dried bean-curd refuse. The rate of primordia formation of T3 was 65.8% which was lowest among all treatments. Contraction rate of disease of T1 was 9.8% which was highest among all treatments. Harvesting rate of T2 was 70.5% which was highest among all treatments. Fruit body weights per bottle of T1 and T2 were 85.5 g, 83.3 g respectively and there was not significant difference between those. Yield per 10,000 bottles of T2 was 587 kg and was 7%, 28% higher than those of T1 and T3, respectively. As a result, the rate of substrate composition of 68:15:17(T2) as mixing rate of weight of dried oak sawdust, dried corn husk and dried bean-curd refuse was appeared as optimum rate of substrate composition in bottle cultivation of Grifola frondosa..

        발이 안정 및 다수성 잎새버섯 신품종 ‘대박’의 특성

        발이가 안정적이고 다수성인 잎새버섯 신품종 『대박』의 주요특성은 다음과 같다. ‘대박’은 균사생장적온은 25℃로 ‘참’(대조품종)과 같았으며, 병재배 시 재배일수는 57일로 ‘참’에 비하여 2일이 짧았다. 발이율은 98.4%로 ‘참’에 비하여 24.8%p 높았으며, CV(변이계수)는 0.6%으로 ‘참’에 비하여 5.3%p 적었다. 갓색은 Hunter 색채값의 L값은 55.3으로 ‘참’에 비하여 3.6이 적어 갓색이 더 짙었으며, 갓두께는 1.73 mm으로 ‘참’에 비하여 0.53 mm 적었다. 자실체 직경은 132 mm로 ‘참’에 비하여 11 mm가 컸으며, 높이는 87.2 mm으로 ‘참’에 비하여 2.8 mm가 높았다. 1,100 ml 병당 자실체중량은 139 g으로 ‘참’에 비하여 28% 많았으며, CV는 2.5%로 ‘참’에 비하여 6.2%p가 적었다. 버섯재배농가의 일반적 1일 입병수 10,000병 기준으로 볼 때, 수량은 1,376 kg으로 ‘참’에 비하여 70% 높았으며, CV는 3.0%로 '참'에 비하여 11.5%p가 적었다. 물리성(강도 및 깨짐성)은 ‘참’에 비하여 낮았으며, 저장성은 판매가능기간으로 볼 때 4℃ 저장에서 42일로 ‘참’ 에 비하여 6일이 길었다. ‘Daebak', a new cultivar of Grifola frondosa, was bred by mating two monokaryotic strains isolated from 'F14309' and 'GMGF44062' at the Mushroom Research Institute, Gyonggi-Do ARES in 2017. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth of ‘Daebak’ was 25℃ on PDA medium. In bottle cultivation, the culture period of ‘Daebak’ was 57 days, which was 2 days shorter than that of ‘Cham’ (control). The pinheading rate of ‘Daebak’ was 98.4%, which was 24.8% higher than that of ‘Cham’ and its CV (Coefficient of variation) was 0.6%, 5.3% lower than that of ‘Cham’. Regarding the growth characteristics of ‘Daebak’, the diameter and thickness of the pileus were 27.7 mm and 1.73 mm, respectively, and the diameter and height of the fruiting bodies cluster were 132 mm and 87.2 mm, respectively. The pileus was thinner but the fruiting bodies cluster was larger than that of ‘Cham’. Fruiting bodies weighed 139 g per 1,100 ml bottle of ‘Daebak’, which was 28% higher than that for ‘Cham’, with a CV of 2.5%, which was 6.2% lower than that of ‘Cham’. The yield per 10,000 bottles (used for cultivation) of ‘Daebak’ was 1,376 kg, 70% higher than that of ‘Cham’, with a CV of 3.0% that was 11.5% lower than that of ‘Cham’. With respect to physical characteristics, the strength and brittleness of the fruiting body of ‘Daebak’ was less than that of ‘Cham’. When considering the period available for sale, the shelf life of ‘Daebak’ was 42 days, which was 6 days longer than that of ‘Cham’.

        직립형이고 저장성이 개선된 버들송이 신품종 “상강” 육성

        버들송이의 기존품종의 단점을 보완하고 품종 다양화를 위해 단포자 교잡에 의해 육성된 ‘상강’의 주요 특성은 다음과 같다. 균사 생장적온은 26~28℃, 버섯 발생 및 생육온도는 18~20℃이며, 미송톱밥+밀기울+쌀겨+건비지(70:10:10:10, v/v) 배지에서 병재배 시, 배양온도 22~23℃에서 배양일수는 38일, 발이 및 생육온도 18~20℃에서 발이일수는 7일, 자실체생육일수는 5일로, 재배일수는 50일이 되어 ‘미황’과 같았다. 자실체는 개체 ‘Sanggang’, a new cultivar of Agrocybe aegerita, was bred with mating between monokaryotic strains isolated from ‘GMAG45109’ and ‘GMAG45107’ in Mushroom Research Station, Gyonggi Province A.R.E.S. in 2009. The optimum temperature for the mycelial growth of ‘Sanggang’ was 26 to 28℃ on PDA(potato dextrose agar) medium. The optimum temperature for the primordia formation and fruiting body development of ‘Sanggang’, was 18 to 20℃. In the bottle cultivation of ‘Sanggang’, the period of spawn running was around 38 days at 22 to 23℃ and the period from scratching of inoculum to harvest was 12 days. These characteristics of ‘Sanggang’ were not different from those of ‘Mihwang’ (control). ‘Sanggang’ had brown-colored pileus, whereas ‘Mihwang’ had yellowish brown-colored one. In bottle cultivation, ‘Sanggang’ had a little smaller but stronger stipe and pilus than ‘Mihwang’, and ‘Sanggang’, as well as ‘Mihwang’, had upright stipe. And ‘Sanggang’ was shown to have lower veil opening ratio than that of ‘Mihwang’ at harvest time. The yield of fruiting bodies of ‘Sanggang’ was 134 g/850㎖ bottle, which was similar to that of ‘Mihwang’. Resistance of ‘Sanggang’ against Trichoderma spp., as well as ‘Mihwang’, was weak. Freshness of ‘Sanggang’ was maintained for 13 days under storage temperature 4℃, while that of ‘Mihwang’ was maintained for 10 days.

        우리나라, 유럽 및 미국의 식품용 용기포장재 기준규격 관리제도 연구

        Regulation of food packaging in Korea, Eurpoe and USA are surveyed. Food packaging manufacturer or converter has a responsibility to evaluate the safety of migration of harmful materials from typical finished packaging items. The ‘overall migration limit’ of all components from the packaging and ‘specific migration limits(SML)’ of monomers or additives are evaluated with food simulants, water, acetic acid, ethanol and n-heptane, based on the regulations of the countries. A substance not regulated has to be authorized with the technical data required, information on chemical identity, physical chemical and other properties, the intended use, migration studies and toxicological studies.

        전환적 리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        오늘날 경제 상황은 미국의 경제 침체에 따라 전 세계가 경제침체로 들어가고 있다. 세계 전 국가 및 기업은 현 상황을 돌파하기 위해 안간힘을 쓰고 있고, 우리나라 또한 이 위기를 해쳐나가기 위하여 모든 기업과 국가가 힘을 기울이고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 상황 하에서 중소 제조업은 두말 할 것 없이 부도의 파고를 넘어서고 있다. 하루에도 수백개 중소기업이 무너지고 있는 상황에서 최고책임자 및 관리자의 리더십은 현 상황을 돌파하기 위해서 필요한 조건이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황에서 중소 제조업체가 경기침체의 파고를 넘기 위해서, 관리자의 리더십이 조직시민행동에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 분석함으로써 관리자에게 정확한 정보를 제고하고자 연구를 수행하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 조사대상은 중소제조업체로서, 밀집된 대단위 공단지역에 위치하며, 지역으로는 안산.시흥.인천으로, 50인 이하 제조업체를 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 위한 가설은 세 가지로 설정하였으며, 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전환적 리더십은 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 전환적 리더십은 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 셋째, 조직 간의 신뢰는 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다. 실증조사는 설문지를 사용하였으며, 조사기간은 2008년 11월 4일부터 2008년 11월 14일까지 설문을 받았으며, 총 300부 중 290부를 회수하였다. 이중 문항에 대한 응답이 누락되거나 불성실한 답변으로 판단되는 12부를 제외한 278부의 설문지를 본 연구에 사용되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 10K프로그램을 사용하여 통계분석을 하였다. 먼저 표본 집단의 응답현황과 인구통계학적 분포를 알아보기 위해 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 측정도구의 신뢰성 및 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 요인분석과 신뢰성 분석을 하였고, 본 연구의 가설을 검증하기 위해 단순회귀분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 가설검증의 결과, 가설 Ⅰ.Ⅲ은 부분채택 되었으며, 가설Ⅱ는 채택되었다. 이러한 연구결과가 도출된 의미를 살펴보면, 전환적 리더십은 조직시민행동에 전반적으로 정(+)으로 영향을 미치며, 또한 신뢰도 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 조직 간의 신뢰도 전반적으로 조직시민행동에 정(+)으로 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 연구 결과를 좀 더 구체적으로 살펴보면, 전환적 리더십이 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 영향보다 신뢰에 미치는 영향이 2배이상 증가하며, “신뢰가 있는 전환적 리더십”은 “신뢰가 없는 전환적 리더십”보다 조직시민행동에 보다 더 많은 영향을 미친다는 것이었다. 그러나 전환적 리더십이 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 요소와 신뢰가 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 요소 중 이타주의 행동은 부(-)로 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 중소 제조업에서 현상의 과장, 시간외 휴식, 사적전화 사용 등의 요인으로 조직시민행동에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다는 것이다. For being caused by economic conditions of USA, today, economic condition of the whole world is being stagnated. Worldwide nations and companies are trying to break through current conditions. Also, Korean economic one is same. Under the these conditions, small and medium enterprises are faced with financial bankruptcy, also. Under the situation that many companies are collapsing even one day, leaderships of CEO sand managers are needed for overcoming these situations. This study is researches for analyzing that companies managers leadership in order to break through business stagnation are effecting on organization citizenship behavior and for informing accurate information to manager. In this study, so, subject of my investigation is small and medium enterprises, located at mass factory complex, locations are Ansan, Siheung and Inchon, and manufacturers has members less than 50 employees. Hypotheses of this study are three, as followed. 1. Transformational leadership will effect on organization citizenship behavior positively. 2. Transformational leadership will effect on trust positively. 3. Trust between each organization will effect on organization citizenship behavior positively. Empirical surveys were used to questionnaires. The investigated period are from Nov. 4. 2008 to Nov. 14. 2008. I received 290 questionnaires among 300. I used 278 questionnaires in this study except for 12 questionnaires of omitting answers or unfaithful answers. Collected datas were analyzed of statistics with SPSS 10K programs. First of all, I had analyzed of frequency in order to know answering condition and census statistic ranges, about sampling groups of factor and trust in order to verify trust and validity of measuring tool. I had applied singleregression analysis and multi-regression analysis in order to verify hypotheses of this study. As a result of hypotheses verification, hypotheses Ⅰ, Ⅲ was adopted partially, and hypotheses Ⅱ was adopted. As examining of meaning about these result, transformational leadership effected on organization citizenship behavior positively, also on trust. And trust between each organization generally effected on organization citizenship behavior positively. As investigating results in detail, effects of transformational leadership on trust are increasing more 2 times than effect on organization citizenship behavior, transformational leadership with trust was more effected on organization citizenship behavior than transformational leadership without trust. But altruistic behaviors among elements for effecting of transformational leadership and trust on organization citizenship behavior, effected negatively. It means elements about exaggeration of phenomenon, rest beyond duty time, and use of private phone call in small and medium enterprises, it effected on organization citizenship behavior negatively.
