        속리산(俗離山) 법주사(法住寺) 가람배치(伽藍配置)의 변천(變遷)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        This study is to find out the characteristics of the changes of the site layout in Beopjusa which was built on Maitreya faith in the Shilla.. According to the analysis of it in this study, we make conclusions as follows; 1) The reconstruction of Beopjusa means a start in Dhamalsama(法相宗) and then it was supposed to be Buddhist temple which was formed by intersecting axis of centering around a wooden pagoda(捌相殿) with a main Buddhist hall and a lecture hall. 2) After the middle of Koryo dynasty, Beopjusa was changed to building layout of intersecting with Yongwabojeon(龍華寶殿) and Daeungbojeon(大雄寶殿) because of harmony with Avatamsaka(華嚴宗) and Dhamalsama centering around Avatamsaka. 3) The buildings of Zen Buddhism was built in the early Chosun dynasty owing to a prevalence of Zen Buddhism in the late Koryo dynasty. And since 17th century, Buddhist halls were each built in their a faith system according to interpenetrated Buddhism(通佛敎). 4) The courtyard type of mountainous district was made on interpenetrated Buddhism. On the other hand, the site layout of Beopjusa is being maintained by centripetal spatial organization through the wooden pagoda as object.

        고속철도 실내소음 저감을 위한 다중채널 ANC 시스템 모델링

        We use largely two methods, how to control the noise of the KTX, they are the passive noise control method and the active noise control method. The passive noise control has been used in a variety of ways since the KTX opening day, but lately it has shown the technical limitations by being dropped sharply. So, it is getting important to conduct the research about ANC that is able to reduce the ambient noise when the environmental-factor changes and be installed easily. To reduce a three-dimensional closed-space sound field like a car of a high-speed rail is hard to do using single channel ANC control system. Therefore we have to model the paths of the noise exactly for reducing the noise. And the control speakers and the error mics should be designed for optimal position. In this paper, we designed the transfer functions for modeling the noise paths under the influence of the distance between control speakers & error mics and primary noise speaker in TEST-BED where there is modeled as actual interior of KTX. We have made the modeling and the simulations of interior environment of KTX car by using three frequency bands of 120㎐, 280㎐, 360㎐. After the modeling, we compared the performance of active noise control and also we analyzed what to affect with difference in distance. After comparing of the performance using Pure Tone 120㎐, 280㎐, 360㎐ at each modeling and then we simulated ANC for KTX’s interior noise which we measured really and analyzed.

        SHALSTAB을 이용한 산사태 위험지 예측

        최근 우리나라에서는 집중호우로 인하여 산사태의 발생이 증가하며 인명 및 재산피해가 늘고 있다. 본 연구에서는 산사태 발생에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 강우강도에 따른 산사태 위험지를 예측하고자 SHALSTAB(ShallowLandsliding Stability Model)을 이용하였다. SHALASTAB의 매개변수인 투수량계수의 값은 19.58 m2/day, 내부마찰각은 36.3°, 포화단위중량은 2.03 t/m3로 결정되었다. 이러한 매개변수를 이용하여 구한 지형지수에 따라서 본 연구지역의 사면안정 상태를 무조건 안정, 안정, 불안정, 무조건 불안정의 4가지 형태로 구분하였다. SHALSTAB의 적용성을 평가하고자 기존에 발생하였던 263 mm 강우에서 사면이 불안정해지는 지역과 산사태 발생지에 대한 데이터베이스를 구축하여 이를 비교하였다. 정확도 검정 결과 85.1% 일치하였다. SHALSTAB을 이용하여 강우강도에 따른 산사태 발생 위험지역을 판별하는데 활용이 가능한 것으로 생각된다. Landslides, one of earth`s natural disasters, increase every year due to heavy rainfall, and cause damage to human life and assets. This study used the SHALSTAB to predict places at risk of landslides, in accordance with the intensity of rainfall. The parameter value of transmissivity was 19.58 m2/day, the internal friction angle 36.3°, and the saturated unit weight 2.03 t/m3. The slope stability status was classified into four categories, namely: unconditionally stable, stable, unstable and unconditionally unstable. In order to evaluate the applicability of the SHALSTAB, actual landslide areas were checked, with the unstable area under 263 mm rainfall. 85.1% of them were consistent. And so we can identify the distribution of places at risk of landslides, on the basis of the intensity of rainfall by means of SHALSTAB.

        해외사례를 통한 국내 건설산업의 투명성 제고에 관한 연구

        청렴도와 국가 경쟁력의 상관관계는 높은 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 국제투명성기구의 CPI 발표에 따르면, 국내 부패인식지수는 5점대로 부패한 상태로 나타났다. 그 중 우리나라의 부패 정도는 건설부문에서 가장 심화되고 있다고 조사되었다. 이처럼 우리 사회 부패사건의 25~54%를 차지하고 있는 건설부문의 투명성 제고가 필요한 시점이다. 국제투명성기구는 2010년 CPI 발표와 함께 CPI 산정에 활용된 원천자료를 공개하였다. 우리나라의 경우 6개 기관의 9개 자료가 활용되었다. PERC 2010 자료에서 우리나라 민간분야의 부패정도는 16개국 중 최하위인 매우 심각한 수준으로 평가되었다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문은 국제투명성기구 CPI 산정의 원천자료를 통하여 우리나라의 부패정도를 분석하였다. 분석된 문제점에서 건설 산업의 영향을 파악하고 세계 각국의 반부패활동을 고찰하면서 국내 도입방안을 모색하였다. 결론적으로 건설산업의 투명성 제고 방안은 건설산업의 구조적 요인 개선, 부패에 대한 처벌의 실효성 제고, 건설투명성 관리 강화 등 세 가지로 정리된다. The interrelation of integrity degree and country competitive power was known as high. But, according to the CPI announcement of Transparency International, the domestic Corruption Perceptions Index ranked 5 points, as being corrupt. It was investigated that the corruption level of Korea was getting worse most in the construction sector. In this way, it is emergent and inevitable to improve the transparency in the construction industry, accounting for 25-54% of the total corruption cases in our society. Transparency International has opened to the public the source data, utilized in the CPI measures in 2010. In the case of Korea, the 9 data of 6 organizations were utilized. According to the PERC, the corruption level of the private sector in Korea has been estimated as the worst among the 16 countries. In this context, this paper analyses the corruption level of Korea by utilizing the source data of the Transparency International CPI. And it aims to comprehend structural problems in the construction industry and to suggest implicative countermeasures through out the anti-corruption activities in the world. It propose finally an improvement of the structural causes in the construction industry, a promotion of effective punishment against corrupt practices, a reinforcement of the transparency management in the construction sector, etc.

        다중채널 능동소음제어기법을 이용한 KTX 실내소음의 구간별 저감성능 비교

        Since the eco-era is getting closer, the importance of noise reducing in the passenger cars of high-speed train is very important. The active noise control is best choice to reduce low frequency noise because the passive one is too heavy for high speed trains where weight is so critical. Also ANC is able to reduce the ambient noise when the environmental-factor changes. To reduce a three-dimensional closed-space sound field like a car of a high-speed rail is hard to do using single channel ANC control system. We used multi-channel FXLMS algorithm which calculation speed is fast and the secondary path estimation is possible in order to take into account the physical delay in electro acoustic hardware control loudspeaker and power amplifier. Firstly, we have measured interior noise of KTX and estimated noise path in KTX test-bed. However there was some problem related to algorithm divergence and increasing the filter order. We have made a simulation of interior environment of KTX car by using three frequency bands of 120Hz, 280Hz, 360Hz as the most important for KTX ANC system. During this research the interior noise reduction of KTX car was made by using the multi-channel FXLMS algorithm. Reduction performance was evaluated and compared each other for open space section and tunnel section. in-situ experiment for the KTX noise reduction by proposed ANC was performed based on data obtained in simulation and they were compared for open space section and tunnel section as well.

        확률분포추정기법을 이용한 와이어로프의 결함진단

        A large number of wire rope has been used in various inderstiries as Cranes and Elevators from expanding the scale of the industrial market. But now, the management of wire rope is used as manually operated by rope replacement from over time or after the accident.It is caused to major accidents as well as economic losses and personal injury. Therefore its time to need periodic fault diagnosis of wire rope or supply of real-time monitoring system. Currently, there are several methods has been reported for fault diagnosis method of the wire rope, to find out the feature point from extracting method is becoming more common compared to time wave and model-based system. This method has implemented a deterministic modeling like the observer and neural network through considering the state of the system as a deterministic signal. However, the out-put of real system has probability characteristics, and if it is used as a current method on this system, the performance will be decreased at the real time. And if the random noise is occurred from unstable measure/experiment environment in wire rope system, diagnostic criterion becomes unclear and accuracy of diagnosis becomes blurred. Thus, more sophisticated techniques are required rather than deterministic fault diagnosis algorithm. In this paper, we developed the fault diagnosis of the wire rope using probability density estimation techniques algorithm. At first, The steady-state wire rope fault signal detection is defined as the probability model through probability distribution estimate. Wire rope defects signal is detected by a hall sensor in real-time, it is estimated by proposed probability estimation algorithm. we judge whether wire rope has defection or not using the error value from comparing two probability distribution.
