유방특이감마영상검사에서 액와부 영상 획득 방법에 대한 연구

유방특이감마영상검사(Breast-specific Gamma Imaging, BSGI)는 $^{99m}Tc$-sestamibi와 고해상도 감마카메라를 이용하여 영상을 획득하는 방법으로 기본적으로 양측상하영상, 내외사방향영상을 얻으며 추가로 액와 림프절 검사를 시행 할 수 있다. 액와 림프절 전이 여부가 중요한 인자임에도 불구하고 아직까지 BSGI의 액와부 검사는 잘 시행되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2011년 5월부터 2012년 3월까지 본원에서 유방특이감마영상검사를 시행한 총 343명의 환자를 대상으로 액와 림프절 검사 결과를 분석하고 올바른 검사를 위한 기술적 사항을 연구하였다. 방사성의약품 주입 시 일어날 수 있는 혈관 포획, 혈관 외 유출현상이 영상에 영향을 끼치는 경우가 많았으며, 이를 방지하는 방법과 영상의 획득 방법을 규정하였다. 혈관 외 유출과 혈관의 포획현상을 최소화하기 위하여 $^{99m}Tc$-sestamibi를 주입 후, 10 cc의 생리 식염수를 주입한다. 주사 후 팔을 귀 위로 올리고 공을 이용하여 약 1분간 운동한다. 감마카메라의 납 차폐체를 제거하고 검출기에 기울기를 주어 최대한 검출기에 액와부를 밀착시키고, 납 앞치마를 이용하여 촬영하려는 측의 어깨 부분을 가려주어 배후 방사능을 최소화 한다. 액와부 영상은 2-3분 획득한다. BSGI 검사 시, 기존에 시행되던 양측 상하방향, 내외사방향영상만을 얻는 방식에서 액와 림프절 영상을 함께 획득 한다면 유방암의 치료성적 향상에 도움이 되며, 본 연구에서 얻은 기술적 사항을 검사에 적용한다면 유방암 환자들의 액와 림프절 영상의 효과를 더욱 극대화 시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose : The initial Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) protocol included bilateral breast imaging with 2 views of each breast-craniocaudal (CC) and mediolateral oblique (MLO). Furthermore, Axillary lymph nodes view can be acquired easily. The most meaningful prognosis factor for prediction of breast cancer is whether or not the breast cancer has metastasized to the lymph nodes. However, axillary view doesn't conduct in clinical. This article collates a diverse data of BSGI and describes technical details to acquire optimal imaging. Materials and Methods : A retrospective review was performed on 343 patients who had undergone BSGI between May 2011 and March 2012. Patients who had undergone BSGI received intravenous injection of 740 MBq (20 mCi) $^{99m}Tc$-sestamibi. Results : The following contents are the technical details for optimal axillary imaging. $^{99m}Tc$-sestamibi should be administered using an indwelling venous catheter or scalp needle followed by 10 cc of saline to flush to reduce extravasation and vascular trapping. After administration, patients raise their arm over their head and exercise with stress ball for 1 full minute. A lead shield attached to the gamma camera is removed and patients axilla is placed as close as possible to the camera at a $90^{\circ}$ angle. A lead apron is placed across the shoulder to reduce background from other organs. Acquisition time is enough for 120 sec~180 sec. Conclusion : If patients undergo bilateral axillary imaging as a standard with CC, MLO views, it could improve cancer treatment. Result of this study could maximize efficiency axillary imaging of breast cancer patients.

In questo studio ho analizzato le forti passioni - la passione sessuale, l``amore, la possessivita, la vendetta, la pulsione di morte - fra i protagonisti, usando le tre categorie della teoria psicoanalitica di Lacan; Imaginary, Symbolic, Real. I protagonisti entrano in Real dall``azione di Objet petit a, ma la loro categoria e il risultato finale sono tutti diversi. Silvia e Pia cominciano da Symbolic e muovono a Real e poi rientrano in Symbolic dell``ordine sociale, universale e generale. Angelo e soddisfatto nel mondo del suo narcisismo ed e isolato in Imaginary e poi in fine e assassinato da Agata. Agata, sognando la durata di Real che vuole mantenere il mondo del piacere, e ossessionata dalla pulsione di morte. L``uccisione di Angelo significa la morte simbolica di Agata, perche lei rifiuta il ritorno o l``armonia in Symbolic, al di sopra della legge sociale o della categoria morale. In quest``opera appare la sovrapposizione delle immagini ambivalenti di capro espiatorio e perpetratore vissute da tutti i protagonisti. Angelo non e solo il salvatore che soddisfa temporaneamente la passione delle tre donne, ma anche perpetratore che le sacrifica trattandole soltanto come oggetti ideali di soddisfazione della sua passione. Inoltre egli ha contemporaneamente l``immagine di capro espiatorio essendo ucciso dalle donne. Al contrario le tre donne hanno l``immagine di capro espiatorio perche sono soltanto oggetto sessuale, ma hanno anche l``immagine di perpetratore per l``uccisione di Angelo.

인지운동치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능과 일상생활활동에 미치는 효과

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cognitive therapy exercise on the affected upper extremity function and activities of daily living for stroke patients. Methods : The hospital care of rehabilitation specialist C in Gwangju due to the 11 stroke people hospitalized were chosen as subjects. The study design was applied one group pretest post test design. To analyse before and after treatment assessed upper extremity was using WMFT(Wolf Motor Function Test), activities of daily living was using AMPS(Assessment of Motor and Process Skills). For effects of intervention collected data were analysed using SPSS for Window(ver.18.0) program. The statistical significance level was .05. Results : The results of the study was presented cognitive therapeutic exercise for upper extremity function was measured before and after in WMFT 49.5 to 54.5 with an average score there was statistically significant differences, activities of daily living was measured before and after in AMPS the motor skill was .94 to 1.55 process skill was .82 to 1.28 statistically significant difference. Conclusion : Cognitive therapeutic exercise on upper extremity has better effect on affected upper extremity function and ADL performance ability of patients with stroke. Further more it is deemed that fundamental data applied to cognitive therapeutic exercise.

Questa non e una tesi originale e nuova ma una breve presentazione complessiva dei contenuti dell``Opera dei Pupi consultando vari libri e siti internet per presentare le sue caratteristiche in Corea. Tratta della divisione in ‘Teatro dei burratini``, ``Teatro delle marionette``, Teatro dei pupi``, e della storia dei nomi ’burratini``, ``bagatelle``, ``fantocci``, ``marionette``, ``figure``, ``bambocci``, ``pupi``, e del processo storico dei suddetti teatri in Italia. Inoltre tratta della specifica meccanica di manovra - in aggiunta ai fili vengono usati due aste di ferro - dell``esempio tipico dei ``cuntastorie``, dei repatori, dei personaggi e della caratteristica delle due tradizioni - palermitana e catanese - che differiscono per dimensioni e peso dei pupi, per alcuni aspetti della meccanica e del sistema di manovra.

푸드 스타일링의 시각적 효과에 대한 실험적 탐색적 연구

본 연구에서는 사회인지론을 바탕으로 푸드 스타일링에 대한 소비자의 태도와 분위기가 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 지 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 이러한 과정에서 성별과 색채에 따른 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌조사와 함께 서울 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 20대 대학생 34명을 대상으로 실험연구를 실행하였다. 연구대상자는 색채에 변화를 준 푸드 스타일링 이미지를 시청하며 각각에 대한 태도, 분위기, 행동의도에 관한 설문지를 작성 하였다. 주요 분석방법으로는 다중 회귀분석과 조절효과 확인을 위한 계층적 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 태도와 분위기는 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 반면에 성별과 색채의 조절효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통하여 본 연구에서는 태도와 분위기와 같은 환경조성의 중요성을 다시 한번 확인하며 이를 위한 실천적 제언을 제시하였다. 또한 성별에 따른 조절효과가 매우 상이한 선행연구들을 고려하여 이에 대한 세밀한 후속연구가 요구되는 바이 며, 색채의 속성이 중요하다고 보고되고 있는 타 산업과의 비교 연구를 통해 외식 업에서의 색채의 의미를 명확하게 분석할 수 있도록 다양한 연구를 제안한다. This study is purported to examine how an individual’s actions are influenced by their circumstances and perceptions based on social cognition theory. Furthermore, moderating effects with gender and color were to be examined. For this study, experimental research method was employed using the subjects who were college students in their 20s. In the experiment, the same food was filmed in the same setting environment with the same photographing technique and four moving clips and two images that changed solely in the colors of the bowls and tables were presented to the subjects, who later filled out a self-administered questionnaire. As a method of analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression were used to determine the moderating effects. Study results show that attitudes and environment(ambiance) have an influence on behavior patterns, while gender or color has no significant moderating role.  The implications of this study can be summarized as follows. first, it is important to create an environment such as attitude or ambiance.  Secondly, although the results of this study show that there were no moderating effects by gender differences, which calls for a detailed follow-up study. Third, there was no moderating effect of the color either, which can be interpreted as the effect of the ambiance, harmony and style induced by color rather than the color itself. Thus further study deems to be necessary.  

헤어샵 유형별 종사자의 심리적 소진이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향

This study attempted to investigate the influence of psychological burnout on job satisfaction and turnover intention of beauty salon workers after classifying hair salons into sole proprietorship, regional multi-store, and franchise chains. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 600 hair stylists, and the effects of psychological burnout on job satisfaction and turnover intention were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The results obtained are as follows. In terms of psychological burnout, a decrease in the sense of achievement and emotional exhaustion had a negative influence on job satisfaction with statistical significance. Regarding correlations between psychological burnout and turnover intention, a decrease in the sense of achievement revealed a positive effect on the turnover intention of the workers of the regional multi-stores. In the cases of sole proprietorships and franchise chains, depersonalization and emotional exhaustion showed a positive influence on the turnover intention with statistical significance. In regard to job satisfaction-turnover intention relationship, as job satisfaction grew higher, the turnover intention decreased in all the three beauty salon types.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare health locus of control with health-promoting behaviors according to elementary school children`s degree of obesity, and to analyze correlations between two variables. Methods: Three hundreds and sixty three elementary school children were participated from three elementary schools in Seoul. Multidimensional Health Locus of Control (HLOC) scale and Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile (HPLP) were used. Results: Obese children was 16.8% of all research subjects. Internal HLOC in over weight group was higher than normal weight group (F=3.611, p=.014). Chance HLOC in under weight group was higher than other groups (F=3.553, p=.015). External HLOC in over weight and obesity group was higher than normal weight group (F=3.553, p=.015). Correlations between HLOC in internal and external and health-promoting behaviors were significant (r=.347, p<001; r=.207, p<001). Also, children who did not have siblings and have obese parents showed higher rate of obesity, and lack of sleeping time tend to be related to obesity. Conclusion: External HLOC of obesity children is higher than that of normal weight children. Meanwhile, obese children with higher internal HLOC were good at doing health-promoting behaviors. Therefore, if obese children are trained for internal health control, it can lead to their health-promoting behaviors.

Questa tesi affronta due aspetti. Il primo e` che De Filippo non abbandono mai il suo impegno politico e sociale come Pirandello, Dario Fo, Strehler. Al centro dell`interesse di De Filippo ci sono sempre l`uomo e la societa. De Filippo scrive sempre i testi prendendo in considerazione la contemporaneita e completa la rappresentazione ancorandola al sistema implacabilmente coerente della realta italiana. E pur servendosi del dialetto, descrive i grandi temi umani, storici, sociali e politici. Il secondo, e` che Eduardo sente il bisogno di abbandonare il "provincialismo" napoletano della sua compagnia e, di operare il decisivo salto di qualita per iniziare a calcare i piu prestigiosi teatri italiani. Filumena Marturano e un testo che ha la sua forza primaria nel grande dramma di una donna che lotta per affermare la propria dignita di donna e di madre. Anche l`autore sosteneva che non era solo un`apologia dell`amore materno, ma anche una denuncia delle sperequazioni tra le varie classi sociali rappresentate dai figli: il commerciante, l`operaio e l`intellettuale. Filumena rappresenta la classe dominata come serva e schiava. Domenico e Nocella rappresentano la classe dominante che governa, opprime e sfrutta il popolo, come potente, crudele e indifferente. Il testo ha sempre una forte connotazione, non soltanto di un conflitto sociale fra le classi dominante e dominata ma contiene anche in definitiva la volonta di ricercare la restaurazione della dignita degli uomini e il desiderio di una nuova giustizia, il rimedio alle ferite, la riconciliazione, e l`integrazione sociale attraverso la maternita.
