        试论汉代政治中灾异说之盛行及文化缘由

        The Han dynasty attaches great importance to abnormal natural Phenomena. The people not only have the discussion constantly, but aslo have recordations in documents. The reason is that the Han dynasty's scholars have great influence on ideology and culture of the Qin dynasty. People lay emphasis on personality independence and have a idealized expectation on politics. 汉代有非常浓重的灾异思想,不仅体现在其时士人如董仲舒等关于灾异思想的讨论上,也表现于当时文献关于灾异的载记中。而之所以如此,其实正是去先秦未远的文人积极强调个体独立和对政治理想的憧憬等观念的反映。

        Zhang Jie’s Comment on Du Fu Zhang Jun‐hui (Sichuan Normal Univ.) <Abstract> Zhang Jie’s Comment on Poetry in Suihantang in South Song Dynasty is an important work in the Chinese aesthetics history and Chinese poetry comment history. Understanding and discussion Du Fu’s poetry is not only an important element of this work, but also an important part of aesthetics; especially the volume 2 was specialized in commenting on Du Fu’s poem. This suggested that Zhang Jie took Du Fu as a model and respected and followed him, and this is the implementation of Zhang Jie’s theory in the critical practice.

        隐逸文化视域下的陶、谢比较

        也许,历来对陶渊明的隐逸追求和行为的阐释,在一定程度上都没能揭示出它在中国文化史上的深刻意义:本文中,我们通过陶渊明选择田园而非山林,与谢灵运追求山林之趣的绝然不同,指出前者如何第一次把中国传统文化中重人生重社会的精神与意义淋漓尽致地昭显出来,由此而对中国文学传统发生的不同影响。 Elucidations of Tao Yuanming’s hermit pursuit and hermit behavior have always been failed to reveal it’s profound significance in the history of Chinese culture to a certain extent:in my thesis below, we will talk about the completely differences between Tao Yuanming’s choosing pastoral rather than mountain forests and Xie Lingyun’s pursuing the interest of mountain forests,and through the comparison, we will present the process about how dose Tao Yuanming highlight the spirit and significance of the emphases on life and society which are two important parts of Chinese traditional culture with his vivid pen for the first time in the Chinese history, hence the different effects he has impacted on the Chinese literature tradition.

        董仲舒≪士不遇赋≫解读及其价值选择的历史意义

        If Dong zhongshu’s Countermeasures for Good and Bloom in Chunqiu Dynasty demonstrated his image and value as an economist and politician, his “Shibuyufu”(Unrecognized Scholars) vividly declared a scholar’s value selection under the historical background at that time, which played a vital role from the longitudinal dimension of the Han Dynasty. This paper helps to better understand how scholars in Han Dynasty made their value choice as well as their life experience in the rise and fall of the unified autocratic regimes. 如果说,董仲舒的≪举贤良对策≫及≪春秋繁露≫等著显示的是其作为经学家、政治家的形象和价值的话,那么,其≪士不遇赋≫一文则生动地昭示了作为个体生命存在的士人在当时历史背景下的某种价值选择;同时,这一选择从整个汉代(包括西汉、东汉)的纵向维度来看,又有着联结前后的意义:对此问题的考察,可以让我们更清晰地看到汉代士人在大一统专制政体的兴衰变化中有着怎样的价值选择和心路历程。

        Cellulose degrading basidiomycetes yeast isolated from the gut of grasshopper in Korea

        메뚜기는 광합성으로 고정된 탄소의 소화에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 장내 미생물 군의 도움으로, 메뚜기는 셀룰로오스 및 헤미셀룰로오스와 같은 잎의 성분을 분해할 수 있다. 본 연구는 한국의 기도에서 수집한 메뚜기 껍질에서 추출한 셀룰로오스 분해 효모 균주를 조사하기 위해 이루어졌다. 효모 균주 중 ON2와 ON17 (두 균주)과 ON6 (한 균주)는 CMC-플레이트 분석에서 셀룰로오스 활성을 보였다. Large subunit rDNA의 D1/D2영역의 서열과 internal transcribed spacer (ITS) 영역의 분석 결과, ON2와 ON17 균주가 Papiliotrema aspenensis CBS $13867^T$와 가장 밀접하게 관련되어 있었고(D1/D2 영역의 서열 유사성은 100% ITS에서 99.4%의 서열 유사성) ON6 균주는 Saitozyma flava와 관련된(D1/D2영역에서 100%, ITS에서 99.0%) 밀접하게 관련이 있었다. 이 세 가지 효모 균주는 모두 셀룰로오스를 분해할 수 있으므로 공생하는 효모들은 탄수화물 분해를 위한 효소를 자체적으로 생산하고 당 단당체를 휘발성 지방산으로 전환시킬 수 있다. Tremellomycetes에 속하는 공생 효모 균주인 ON2, ON17 (Papilioterma 속)과 ON6 (Saitozyma속)은 한국에는 보고되지 않은 균주이다. Grasshoppers play vital role in the digestion of photosynthetically fixed carbons. With the aid of intestinal microflora, the grasshopper can degrade leaves constituents such as cellulose and hemicellulose. The purpose of this study was to examine cellulolytic yeast isolates from the gut of grasshoppers collected in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. Among the yeast isolates, ON2, ON17 (two strains), and ON6 (one strain) showed positive cellulolytic activity in the CMC-plate assay. The sequence analyses of D1/D2 domains of the large subunit rDNA gene and the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions revealed that the strains ON2 and ON17 were most closely related to Papiliotrema aspenensis CBS $13867^T$ (100%, sequence similarity in D1/D2 domains; 99.4% sequence similarity in ITS) and strain ON6 related to Saitozyma flava (100% in D1/D2 domains; 99.0% in ITS). All these three yeast strains are capable of degrading cellulose; therefore, the members of endosymbiotic yeasts may produce their own enzymes for carbohydrate degradation and convert mobilized sugar monomers to volatile fatty acids. Thus, the endosymbiotic yeast strains ON2, ON17 (represents the genus Papilioterma) and ON6 (Saitozyma) belonging to the family Tremellomycetes, are unreported strains in Korea.

        Complete genome sequence of Nibribacter radioresistens DG15C, a radiation resistant bacterium

        Backgrounds: The ionizing radiation from the gamma rays is damaging the genetic materials of the cells, possibly leading to cell death and cause permanent changes within daughter cells. A red pigmented, Gramnegative, aerobic, short-rod shaped, non-motile, UV and gamma radiation tolerant bacterium Nibribacter radioresistens DG15C was isolated from a soil sample collected in a rice field in South Korea. Methods: The complete genome of DG15C was sequenced and assembled using Pacific Biosciences RS II system. The genome sequence was annotated using Genomes-Expert Review (IMG-ER) platform, Prodigal, and JGI GenePRIMP pipeline. The protein-coding genes were identified using Prodigal, Pfam and COG databases implemented in the IMG systems. Results: The complete genome sequence of strain DG15C consists of a circular chromosome (4,143,738 bp) encoding 3,969 coding sequences (CDs) and 3,582 genes. The bacterium showed resistance to gamma and UVC radiations. Conclusion: The genome annotation as confirmed the presence of gene clusters involved in the toxicity resistance of radiation.

        Complete genome sequence of Microvirga sp. 17mud 1-3, a radiation-resistant bacterium

        Backgrounds: The genera Deinococcus Hymenobacter, Spirosoma, and Rubrobacter are renowned as an extremophilic bacteria. Most of the species of these genera have been shown to be either gamma radiation resistant or UV radiation resistant or both. Strain 17mud 1-3 was isolated from gamma-irradiated mud sample collected at Boryeong beach, South Korea. Methods: The genome of strain 17mud 1-3 was sequenced and assembled using Pacific Biosciences RS II system. The genome sequence was annotated using Genomes-Expert Review (IMG-ER) platform, Prodigal, and JGI GenePRIMP pipeline. The protein-coding genes were identified using Prodigal, Pfam and COG databases implemented in the IMG systems. Results: The complete genome consists of a circular chromosome (4,403,107 bp) encoding 4,368 coding sequences (CDs) and 4,301genes. Conclusion: The new strains showed both gamma and UV-C irradiation resistance and their complete genome sequence annotation features showed the presence of the genes involved in the radiation-resistance.
