        The purpose of this study was to find out professional nursing and patient's rights for nurses's. The basic purpose of the professional nursing is to provide all the possible helps for the health of human being, and the relation between the nurses and patient is provide and receive the sepecific helps concerning the disease and health as the expert and consumer. According to the improvement of a level of life and a standard of education, the health needs of human being were changed. Also the nurse's function has been changed and expend as the provider, coordinator, facilitator, change agent and protector for the rights of human health. The preparation for the mentioned functions expended should be understand to the holistic human being and the nurse must achieve nursing professionalism and autonomy and to deserve the responsibility and duty to protect the patient's rights.

      • 간호 대학생의 윤리적 가치관에 관한연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify ethical values of nursing students. The subjects for this study were 595 nursing students who are enrolled Junior College in Sunchon. Collection of data was done from Sep. 25. to Oct. 13. 1995, using as questionnaire. The research instruments used for this study were developed by Shin. Statistical analysis of the data included percentage, t-test, ANOVA. The findings of this study were as follows : 1. The mean score of ethical values in human life area was 3.57, in nurse - patient relationship area was 3.55, in nurse - nursing task relationship area was 3.24, in nursing - colleague relationship. 2. According to grade, ethical values in human life area(F=4.62, P<0.001) and in nurse - nursing task relationship(F=-8.93, P<0.001) were found to be significant differences. 3. The ethical values in human life(F=5.632, P<0.001) was significant differences in the religion. 4. According to choice motivation of nursing, ethical values in human life area(F=10.27, P<0.001) and in nurse - patient relationship area (F=4.71, P<0.001) were significant differences. 5. According to acceptance level of professional nursing, ethical values in human life area (F=6.01, P<0.001) and in nurse - patient relationship area(F=8.279, P<0.001) were significant differences. 6. The ethical was no significant difference. 7. There was no significant differences of ethical values, according to the existence of a nurse of the family or relatives.

      • 보육시설의 과학교육 실태에 관한 연구

        The objective of the present study was to survey the current state of science education at childcare facilities in Y City, Jeollanam‐do and analyze problems in the education. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, as to ‘the operation of science education,’ the most frequent cases were a session of science education per week. The most frequent method in the planning stage was ‘Design how to carry out activities,’ and references used most frequently were ‘Monthly magazines and CDs related to early childhood education.’ As to the science area, the most frequent reply was ‘Prepare only when it is necessary’ and the number of basic tools was largest. The most frequent cycle of changing teaching materials and teaching tools was ‘Each semester.’ As to the use of commercialized programs, the most frequent reply was ‘Use.’ The H Program was used most frequently and there were also many cases of ‘Do not use because of not knowing program names.’ In addition, ‘Supported with education programs such as teaching materials, teaching tools, and their uses’ was most frequent. Second, as to the goal of science education, the most frequent reply was ‘Have various exciting scientific experiences,’ and as to the type of science teaching in the surveyed teachers, activity discovery was most frequent. Third, science teaching efficacy was highest in teachers at corporate facilities by facility type, in teachers with 10 years’ or longer experience by career, and in those graduated from a four‐year university by academic qualification. 본 연구는 전남 Y시 지역 보육시설의 과학교육 실태를 파악하고 문제점을 분석해 보고자 하였 다. 연구결과 첫째, 과학교육은 주1회 실시가 가장 많았고, 계획 단계에서 준비하는 내용으로는 ‘활 동 진행방법 생각해두기’가 가장 많았으며, 참고하는 자료로는 ‘유아교육 관련 월간지나 CD가 가 장 많았다. 둘째, 과학 활동으로 가장 많이 다루는 내용은 ‘생명영역-우리 몸, 동식물’이었고, 집단 구성은 ‘소집단 활동 중심으로 진행’이었으며, ‘과학교육에 대한 교사의 전문적 지식 부족’이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 평가는 ‘전체 유아들의 반응을 통합 활동의 적절성 평가’가 가장 많았고, 개 별 유아에 대한 평가 방법은 ‘관찰지 등의 결과물을 통해 평가’한다는 응답이 많았으며, ‘과학 활 동에서 보이는 태도의 진지함과 적극성의 정도’를 가장 중요한 평가내용으로 생각하고 있었다. 넷 째, 교실 내 과학영역은 있는 경우가 많았고, 배치되어 있는 자료의 수는 평균 10.07개였으며, 과학 영역의 교재․교구 변화 주기는 ‘학기마다’가 가장 많았다. 다섯째, 상업화된 프로그램은 ‘이용한 다’가 많았고, ‘교재교구와 활용방법 등 교육 프로그램의 지원을 받는다’가 가장 많았으며, 상업 적인 과학프로그램이 불만스러운 이유로 ‘유아의 발달에 맞지 않는다.’가 가장 많았다.

        테크놀로지를 활용한 영재 교수-학습에서 ‘공동학습자’로서의 교사 역할

        본 연구에서는 영재 교육에서 테크놀로지를 활용한 프로젝트 학습이 성공적으로 이루어지기 위해 강조되어야 하는 새로운 교사 역할에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 테크놀로지를 활용한 프로젝트 학습에서는 일반적으로 테크놀로지 학습 환경에서 강조되고 있는 촉진자, 중재자로서의 교사 역할을 넘어서서 학습 과제를 구성하고, 해결하고, 수정하는 일련의 문제 해결 과정에 영재 학생들과 동등한 학습 권한을 가지고 참여하는 ‘공동 학습자’의 역할이 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 초등 수학 영재 학생 4명을 대상으로 LOGO를 이용한 프로젝트 학습 과정을 관찰하고 분석한 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 ‘공동 학습자’라는 교사 역할이 영재 학생들에게 교사와 동등한 학습 권한을 부여함으로써 영재 학생들이 학습에 대한 강한 책임감을 가지고 자기 주도적인 발견적, 탐구식 학습에 매우 효과적이었음을 알 수 있었다. The objective of this research is to define how the role of the teacher influences the mathematically gifted students’ learning in the process of LOGO project learning . For this paper, we performed three different methods of study - exploratory, heuristic and qualitative – with four mathematically gifted elementary students while observing and analysing the process of LOGO programming. The conclusion of this study is that the teacher became a “learning-mate.” The teacher’s role is not only to support, motivate, and challenge the students but also to “learn” the LOGO project learning that the students designed. Students generally rely on teachers to help them during the problem solving. However the subject matter (students) of this research realized that the teacher could also be in the same position as the students solving the problem. As a result, the students realized that they had to find their own ways to solve the problems. Therefore the teachers acting as a “learning-mate” in the class gave the students a great deal of responsibility and motivation to solve the problems on their own. The role of teacher As A “Learning-Mate” As the students learning how to use the LOGO program for the first time, the teacher’s main role is to support, motivate, and challenge the students as like in the general teaching practices. However after the students finally acquire knowledge of the LOGO programming, the new role of the teacher is to become the “learnng-mate”, thus it plays a critical role in part developing the students. The four students in this study used four different methods to design the same geometrical figures using the LOGO program. When the errors were detected, there was more than one solution to the problem. The teacher then could not solve these problems the way which the teacher know show because there is more than one way to solve the problems. As the students, the teacher was in the same position as the learner. The teacher’s role now then becomes the student partner instead of conventional teacher. The new role of teacher as the “learning–mate”gave the students another dimension to solve the problems thus making the students highly motivated and responsible to eventually succeed on their own.

      • 임상 간호사의 스트레스 요인에 관한 분석적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigeted the factors and degree of stressor that the Nurses who are employed in general hospital and to offer useful scientific data for use in solving and prevention these problems. The subjects of this study were 171 Nurses who were working on the wards of four general hospital in Kwang Ju, Jun Nam and three general hospital Kyung-gi Do. The Collection of data was done from July 20th to August l0th, 1986, Useing questionnarie. The research instruments used for this study was designed for measuring the stress factors by Hong Keun Pyo. Statistical analysis of the data included Percentage, ANOVA The results of study were as follows: 1.The mean score perceived degree of stress factors was 19.56. As the stress factors with nurses, hospital poliicy and administration was the highest, perceived autonomy, knowledge and skill, shifting physicians responsibility to nurse, pay inadequacy, perceived head nurse's attitude, work schedule in time. 2. On the analysis of the relation between the nurse's stress factors and age a statistically significant differences of stress factors was seen in the perceived antonomy, work schedule, Degree of stress experienced by 20 to 24 years old group was the highest, more than 35 years old group was the lowest. 3. On the analysis of the relation between the nurse's stress factors and married state a statistically significant differences of stress fartors was seen in the shifting physicians responsibility to nurse. work schedule, perceived head nurse's attitude, knowledge and skill, pay inadequacy. 4. On the anaysis of the relation between the nurse's stress factors and education a statistically significant differenes of stress factors was seen in the only pay inadequacy. Degree of stress by graduate school was the highest, Nursing high school was the lowest. 5. On the anaylysis of the relation between the nurse's stress factors and religion a statistically significant differences of stress factors was seen in the hospital policy and administration. Nurses without religion had more stress. 6. On the anaylysis of the relation between the nurses stress factors and carrer a statistically differences of stress factors was seen in the hospital policy and administration perceived autonomy, shifting physicians responsibility to nurse, pay inadequacy. Degree of stress experienced by 1 to 3 yeais ftlt the highest stress and more than 5 years felt lowest. 7. On the anaylysis of the relation between the nurses stress factors and ward a statistically differences of stress factors was seen in the work schedule, Pay inadequacy, shifting physicians responsibility to nurse. Degree of stress experienced by surgical ward was much higher than the other ward.

      • 초등학교 교사의 수학에 관한 신념과 교수 실제

        New elementary teachers must consider the nature of science, aims of science education, science contents and science teaching materials, plans and performance of science instruction, learning environments of elementary school and evaluation of science learning. This paper prepared by reviewing some research papers and educationally academically accepted principles in science education. This paper presented some basic principles about elementary science education for beginning elementary teachers. Science is a inquiring process into the nature. Therefore science should be taught by inquiring methods. The inquiry methods included hands-on activity and mind-on activity, which were experimenting, observing, thinking, discussing, and communicating. Beginning elementary teachers could have their expertise by supervising their science instructions. One of the supervising methods was videotaping their science instructions and reviewing them. The reviewing points were obtaining science education goals, the effectiveness of used teaching and learning materials, and students' involvement.
