건물의 상시진동계측과 인력가진계측을 통한 동적특성 비교

본 논문에서는 저층건물을 대상으로 상시진동계측과 인력가진계측을 수행하고 동적특성을 산정하여 계측방법에 따른 고유진동수, 감쇠비, 모드형상 식별결과를 비교하였다. 이를 통해 가진기 실험이 어려운 구조물에 대한 동적특성 산정방법의 유효성을 검증하였다. 계측결과 인력가진계측을 통해 구한 감쇠비가 상시진동계측을 통해 구한 감쇠비에 비해 큰 값을 산정하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 계측방법과 상관없이 모드형상은 거의 일치하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 장방형 건물의 경우 장방향의 강성이 커서 단방향으로 1차모드가 나타날 것으로 예측되었으나, 내부 칸막이벽이 조적조인 경우 조적에 의한 강성기여분이 상당히 커서 장방향으로 1차모드가 나타남을 알 수 있었다. The transient vibration test and synchronized human excitation is performed for low-rise concrete buildings and their identified natural frequency, damping ratio, and mode shape are compared. Form the identified dynamic parameters, it was found that the damping ratio obtained through the synchronized human excitation test is greater than those obtained from the transient vibration test. However, the mode shapes of the first mode are not significantly different regardless of the test method. Further, the stiffness of the interior brick partition considerably affect the stiffness of the entire building such that the first natural mode of rectangular shaped building occurred in the longitudinal direction rather than transverse direction.

This paper is concerned with comparisons of dynamic property by transient vibration and synchronized human excitation. Dynamic property including damping ratio and natural frequency is very important data of stability and usability of building. To obtain the reliability data, experiments were conducted to six buildings ranging from four to twelve stories. Dynamic property was analyzed by measuring transient vibration and synchronized human excitation using natural frequency of building. The synchronized human excitation measurement is finding dynamic property from obtained through free vibration wave after sympathy by human excitation using natural frequency of building. From the analyzed results, synchronized human excitation was more reliable data than transient vibration measurement about first mode.
태음조위탕(太陰調胃湯)과 전기침(電氣鍼) 병행치료의 비만에 대한 효과

We wanted to study the effect of taeyeumjowee-tang and electroacupunctre combined-therapy on obese patients. From 1. March. 2000 to 30. September. 2000 we studied 33 out-ward patients who clinically diagnosed obesity and classified Tae-Em-In by QSCC(Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification). We treated the patients by electroacupuncture therapy and taeyeumjowee-tang for 6 weeks. We investigated the change of mean body weight, mean body mass index, mean obesity degree, percent body fat and waist-hip circumference ratio. To analyze the results we used repeat measure method by SPSS ver. 7.5. The results were as follows: 1. From 70.4 ± 11.4 to 64.9 ± 8.7, mean body weight was significantly decreased according to combined-therapy. 2. From 27.2 ± 3.2 to 24.6 ± 2.7, mean BMI was significantly decreased according to combined-therapy. 3. From 116.7 ± 13.9 to 104. 4 ± 12.1, mean obesity degree was significantly decreased according to combined-therapy. 4. From 32.1 ± 6.8 to 27.4 ± 7.5, percent body fat was significantly decreased according to combined-therapy. 5. From 0.90 ± 0.06 to 0.86 ± 0.06, waist-hip circumference ratio was significantly decreased according to combined-therapy. In this study we knew the combined-therapy of electroacupuncture and taeyeumjowee-tang is very efficient in obese patient.
Anti-cardiolipin 항체와 Cardiolipin의 결합에 미치는 $\beta_2$-GP1의 영향

Background: Anti-cardiolipin antibody (Anti-CL Ab) is one of the various antiphospholipid antibodies (Anti-PL Abs) and found in the plasma of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), atherosclerosis, and other infectious diseases. While anti-PL Abs found in the sera of patients with infectious diseases bind directly to CL, binding of anti-PL Abs to CL circulating in the sera of patients with autoimmune diseases is mediated by $\beta_2-$glycoprotein 1 ($\beta_2-GP1$). The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of <$\beta_2-GP1$ on the antigen binding assay of anti-CL Abs present in the sera of patients with atherosclerosis, which has been known as one of autoimmune diseases. Methods: ELISA was performed with sera containing anti-CL Abs from three patients with atherosclerosis in the presence or absence of $\beta_2-GP1$ or FBS. Results: Reactivity of anti-CL Abs to CL was increased in the presence of $\beta_2-GP1$ or FBS in a dose dependent manner. Conclusion: <$\beta_2-GP1$ or FBS could be used as co-factor in CL ELISA with anti-CL Abs present in the sera of patients with atherosclerosis. It is suggested that anti-CL Abs found in atherosclerosis patients are similar in terms of antigen binding property to those circulating in the patients with autoimmune diseases, not to infectious diseases.
연구 논문 : 토양오염 원인자 판단을 위한 항공유 분석

석유누출 사고로 인해 토양과 지하수 오염이 점차 증가되면서, 토양환경에 대한 중요성이 늘고 있다. 토양오염은 다른 환경오염에 비해 많은 정화비용과 긴 정화기간이 요구된다. 이런 이유로 토양오염이 발생되면, 어떤 오염물질에 의해 토양이 오염되었으며, 토양정화의 책임이 있는 오염자가 누구인지 법적 분쟁이 많이 발생되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 토양오염을 발생시킬 수 있는 항공유에 대한 물성 분석과 함께 항공유 내의 특정 첨가제를 분석함으로써 등유와 항공유의 구분법을 찾아내었다. 특히 발색제에 의해 등유 내 화학적 식별제만 발색되었으며, GC-MS 분석결과 항공유에서만 산화방지제와 금속불활성제가 분석되었다. 이는 추후 항공유에 의한 토양오염 야기 시, 어떤 석유제품에 의한 오염인지 쉽게 판단이 가능할 것이다. The significance of soil environment is gradually increased due to the soil and underwater contamination caused by petroleum leak accidents. It requires a high cost and long period for the purification of soil compared with other environmental matrix such as water and air. For this reason, it has been embroiled in a legal conflict to find the pollution source and charge of cleanup. In this study, we analyzed the physical properties and typical additives of jet fuel to search a method that can dis-tinguish kerosene and jet fuel contamination. In particular, the chemical marker in kerosene was visualized by the developer and the additives in jet fuel, such as antioxidant and metal deactivator were detected by GC-MS. This study could be used to judge petroleum source at soil contaminant accident sites.

Recently, life expectancy increased in the development of medicine, the need for health has increased. Market for medical equipment is growing rapidly to an increase in the interest in health and aging worldwide. It is a device intended for ultra sensitive cleavage process of bone during joint replacement surgery on a technical advanced surgery, finishing, and hole. Domestic demand of the hand piece is a necessary condition on an ongoing basis. However, hand piece was made on the basis of the experience of many years in the country Japan, Germany, and the United States has spread to more than 90% domestic market. Feel the need for the development of the hand piece in the country, many companies are trying to in-house production hand piece. In an attempt to solve the problems with the hand piece of the present, in this paper, it was supposed to be a study of rechargeable hand piece to replace the existing pneumatic.
