미세먼지(PM10, PM2.5) 농도가 급성/만성 부비동염의 환자 수에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between fine dust(PM10.5, PM2.5) and the number of acute/chronic sinusitis patients. Methods : A simple regression analysis was performed based on the concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 as independent variables and the number of acute/chronic sinusitis patients as dependent variables. Results : As a result of simple regression analysis, if PM10 increases by $1{\mu}g/m^3$, the number of acute sinusitis patients increases by 7,000.291(P<.001, 95%CI :4,951.983-9,048.600). If PM2.5 increases by $1{\mu}g/m^3$, the number of acute sinusitis patients increases by 17,524.476.(P<.001, 95%CI:9,728.725-25,320.228) In addition, PM10 increases by $1{\mu}g/m^3$, the number of acute sinusitis patients increases by 3,163.471 (P<.001, 95% CI:2,268.642-4,058.301). If PM2.5 increases by $1{\mu}g/m^3$, the number of chronic sinusitis patients increases by 8,651.644.(P<.001, 95%CI:5,115.697-12,187.592) Conclusions : Both PM10 and PM2.5 are correlated with changes in the number of sinusitis patients. PM2.5 has effect on the number of patients than PM10. PM10 is the highest correlation in their 50s, PM2.5 in their 60s and 70s.

크론병 환자에서 임신 초기 Infliximab 투여 후 정상 분만한

Infliximab is a chimeric IgG1 monoclonal antibody to tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α used in the treatment of steroid refractory or dependent Crohn`s disease (CD). Patients with active CD are more likely to experience stillbirth, preterm labor, or small for gestational aged babies. The safety of administering infliximab in pregnant patients is not well documented. A 25-year-old woman, who was diagnosed with small bowel CD three years ago, was admitted to our hospital due to the aggravation of abdominal pain. She had been treated with mesalazine, azathioprine and intermittent steroid for three years. After admission, she did not respond to steroid therapy, we decided to try infliximab. After the administration of infliximab, epigastric pain was relived and Crohn`s disease activity index score decreased significantly. However after the fourth infusion of infliximab, the patient became aware that she was ten gestational weeks old pregnancy state After then, infliximab was stopped and maintained by mesalazine. The patient gave birth to a healthy baby via normal vaginal delivery without the recurrence of CD. This case suggests that infliximab administration is safe during the early period of pregnancy. Thus, we report this case with a review of literature. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2013;61:37-41)

‘Guinhoi’ is the pure literature group played the role of characterization which change from korean modern literature to contemporary literature, their writers had a great effect to the realism tradition of korean modern novel and the experiment of conventions. Taejoon Lee·Taewon Park who goes to North Korea had effect to the junior writers, and Sang Lee`s literary text reproduced constantly as ‘a reach an apex of korean modern literature’. Youjung Kim`s novel was diminished as a pre-modern works pursuit a vein of humour and a nature of folk, but some junior writers who have a ‘Iyagi’ character inherited his novel`s feature. Taejoon Yi·Taewon Park·Youjung Kim are writers who gets interested in the experiment of conventions of korean modern novels on the basis of introduction of modernism literature. In particular Kim shows off new convention of a novel that unite a ‘Iyagi’ and a ‘novel’ that graft oral narrative & dialogue of korean tradition onto western modern novel. And these experiment takes more completely styles by Moongu Lee and Jungin Seo. Their novels will be continued as forming alternative genre named Korean ‘Iyagi’ style novel with big stream of Korean national literature established by Taejoon Lee and Taewon Park.

<농군>과 만보산사건

The recent criticism about <Nonggun(The Peasant)> by Lee, TaeJoon is fallacy has begun from misreading the text or material. Criticism that narration on <Nonggun(The Peasant)> is different from the facts of ``the Mt. Manbo Incident`` are quite not right because this work is not only one handling with Mt. Manbo Accident as the subject matter in Korean novel history. The opinion in relation to ``the Mt. Manbo Accident`` ; Joseon(Korean) farmers requested their protection to Japanese consular police is obviously different from the fact. Interpretation of some paragraphs in <Manchurian Travel> is also obvious misreading. Like this, Kim, Cheol`s essay has serious analytical and logical fallacy due to the contradiction despite of his wide investigation, extensive reading, and close analysis of text.

철운 조종현의 시세계

조종현은 함명, 경붕, 경운, 금봉을 이어 선암사 5대 강주를 지낸 학승이자 시조시인이다. 그는 이병기, 정인보, 이은상에게 시조를 배워 네 권의 시조집을 발간했으나, 대처승이란 신분 때문인지 학계나 문단에서 큰 주목을 받지 못했다. 하지만 그의 시조는 다음과 같은 몇 가지 특징을 갖는다. 순수한 우리말 사용과 운율을 의식한 조사법(措辭法). 일상적 삶을 소재로 한 연시조 형식, 6·25 피난 시절의 참담한 삶과 불교적 인식을 바탕으로 한 작품 등이 그것이다. 그는 시와 신앙을 하나로 파악하는 일원론적 문학관을 주장했다. 이것은 비속(卑俗)한 현실세계를 다루는 사실주의적 문학론의 한계를 초월하여 삶의 가장 내밀하고 고결한 정신세계를 다루려는 의지의 표현이다. 그가 일상적 삶의 풍경과 수행의 결실을 순수하고 쉬운 우리말로 연시조 형식으로 표현함으로써 우리나라 시조문학에 일정한 기여를 한 사실은 높이 평가되어야 한다. 우리 현대시사에서 시를 쓴 승려시인은 많지만, 그처럼 문학을 수행의 한 방편으로 받아들여 평생 정진한 이는 찾아보기 어렵다. Jo, JungHyun is a learning priest and Sijo poet who succeeded to a HamMyung, KyungBoong. KyungWoon, and GumBong as a Buddhism teacher. He studied under a Garam, Weidang, and Nosan and published four collection Sijo poem. But he got deal with somebody at Korean Academy or Literary circle, because he is a married Buddhist priest. His works has features for this : his Sijo write a pure Hangul and used of unique language take around a rhythm, he write a stanzaic Sijo based on daily life, a disaster life at evacuation days of 6·25 War and based on a Buddhistic thoughts. He assert a monistic literary thought as unite into the poem and the his religious belief. This is a clear expression of his will which deal with a spirit world of a confident and a high mind that beyond a realistic literature deal with a vulgar reality. It will be well appreciated as contribute to the advancement of the Sijo which expressed a elegant Hangul and stanzaic Sijo form oas a result of daily life and a practice asceticism. There is many monk-poet in Korean literary history, but he was devoted oneself to the study of literature regarded as a mean of a practice asceticism.

Intensifying the tumble flow of the GDI engine is essential for improving the efficiency of the engine. In this study, we investigated in-cylinder flow characteristics by tumble intensifying throttle valve and separator. This was conducted through 3D transient flow analysis using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The tumble intensifying throttle valve and separator generated reverse flow due to pressure difference inside the intake port and intensified the tumble flow. As a result, models with tumble intensifying throttle valve and separator improved Tumble Ratio (TR) and Turbulence Kinetic Energy (TKE) by 170% and 29.1%, respectively, compared to basic models.

이야기와 소설(小說/Novel) : 이문구, 『관촌수필』론

이 논문은 이문구의 대표작 『관촌수필』의 장르적 특성과 서사의 성격 및 주제를 새롭게 해석하기 위한 것이다. 『관촌수필』은 평범한 것 같으면서도 많은 문제의식을 내포한 도전적인 소설이다. 작가는 소설 제목을 ‘수필’이라 작명함으로써 장르적 정체성에 대한 근본적인 의문을 갖게 했다. 하지만, 여기서의 ‘수필(隨筆)’은 중국 소설(小說)의 하위 장르를 가리키며, 작가는 처음부터 서구적 소설(novel)이 아니라 우리의 전통 서사 또는 이야기의 현대적 변용을 시도했던 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 그런 점에서 이문구 소설은 우리의 전통 서사(이야기․小說)와 서구 근대소설(novel)의 조화를 통해 새로운 한국소설의 가능성을 모색한 실험적 작품이라 할 수 있다. 『관촌수필』은 모두 여덟 편으로 구성된 연작소설로, 각 편의 제목은 실제 주인공의 성격과 삶의 행로를 비유한 사자성어로 이루어졌다. 따라서 이들 작품은 넓은 의미의 전계소설(傳系小說)로 보아 무방하며, 서술자는 과거와 현재를 오가며 주요 작중인물의 성품과 행동을 사실적으로 재현하거나 해석한다. 『관촌수필』은 제목·형식·기법(구술성, 수사법) 등에서 서구 근대소설이 아닌 전통 서사를 의식하고 쓴 작품이다. 이것은 1970년대 한국소설의 일반적 경향과는 상당한 거리가 있는 작법으로 이문구 소설의 독창성을 확인할 수 있는 지점이기도 하다. 이문구는 전통 서사와 서구 소설 기법을 적절히 활용하여 자신 혹은 한국적 상황에 가장 적합하다고 생각하는 소설 형식을 개발한 작가라 할 수 있다. This paper is intended to newly interpret the genre characteristics and the nature and theme of the narrative of Lee Moon-gu"s representative work, Kwanchonsupil. Kwanchonsupil is a challenging novel that seems normal but implies a lot of problem-consciousness. By naming the novel ‘Supil’, the author raised fundamental questions about its genre identity. However, ‘Supil’ here refers to a sub-genre of the Chinese novel(小說), and it can be understood that the author tried to make a modern version of our traditional narrative or story(Iyagi), not a Western novel, from the beginning. In this regard, Lee Moon-gu"s novel is an experimental work that explored the possibility of a new Korean novel through the harmony of Korean traditional narrative and western modern novel. Kwanchonsupil is a series of eight novels, each of which is composed of four idioms that compare the personality of the main character and the path of life. Therefore, these works can be regarded as a wide-ranging biographical novel, and the narrator realistically reproduces or interprets the character and behavior of major characters, going back and forth between the past and the present. Kwanchonsupil is a work that was written in the title, form, and technique(orality, rhetoric etc.) in consideration of Korean traditional narrative(Iyagi) rather than modern Western novels. This is a far cry from the general trend of Korean novels in the 1970s, and the originality of Lee Moon-gu"s novels can be confirmed. Lee Moon-gu is a writer who developed a novel format that he or she considers best suited to his or her Korean situation by utilizing Korean traditional narrative and Western novel techniques.
