초등학교 5학년들의 역사 프로젝트 수행과정과 시사점 -한국 전쟁의 원인 분석을 중심으로-

Existing lessons centered on teachers have many difficulties to improve historical thinking, which is a purpose of history education. As one of plans for advancing history education, project lesson is receiving many attentions recently. Even though, Many debaters have doubted about educational effectiveness of project lesson, still, many studies are being performed based on theories and project lesson has many similarities to existing lessons. This study started from this critical mind aims to examine students' reactions and intellectual development by practicing project lesson and investigating assumption setting and thinking process of students. Also, it analyzed which questions and materials they used and how students prepared for presentation materials and made presentations in the project lesson. Of various historical facts, which still bring about many debates, The Korean War was selected as lesson theme and project lesson for students to analyze causes of The Korean War was performed. Project lesson has brought many changes for the students learning. In relation to change of students in the lesson, thinking abilities of students were highly improved. And they became more intimate and cooperative with each other. Also students got to know why reading ability with purposes is necessary. And self-directed learning of students was improved. Project lesson, as well as students and teachers have brought positive changes too. Teacher-centered class was changed into student-centered class. And teachers' views on educational materials were changed. Also professionalism of teachers was highly improved through out-and-out preparation and progress for class.
세가지 생약복합추출물, AIF의 연골 및 뼈 보호 효능

AIF has been fonnulated using three herbs kno\m to have anti-inflammatory and anti-osteolytic effects. In this study, the potential therapeutic effects of AIF for osteoarthritis were assessed iη viπ, '0 and in vivo. The effects of AIF on the cartilage and bone protection (MMP-13 expression, GAG degradation, OPG release) were examined, in vitro. In addition, the therapeutic effect of AIF was evaluated using a chemical-induced osteoarthritis rat modε1. Rats were i매ected with iodoacetate intraarticularly in one knee joint and treated with the oral administration of 100 mg/kg AIF -glucosamine once a day for 3 weeks. And then, destruction of cartilage and bone was evaluated by histopathological assessment. AIF significant1y inhibited the production of MMP13 and GAG in a dose dependent manner in viπ.0. Also, AIF increased the production of OPG In OA rat model, the AIF-glucosamine treated group reduced cartilage destruction, compared to vehic1e or glucosamine treated group. AIF showed potent protective εffects for the destruction of cartilage and bone, in vitro and in vivo‘ These results suggest that AIF contains efflεctive compound(s) which may modifY the progression of arthritis.

This paper presents an efficient VLSI architecture for transposing matris in high speed. In the case of transposing N*N matrix, N$^{2}$ numbers of transposition cells are configured as regular and spuare shaped structure, and pipeline structure for operating each transposition cell in paralle. Transposition cell consists of register and input data selector. The characteristic of this architecture is that the data to be transposed are divided into several bundles of bits, then processed serially. Using the serial transposition of divided input data, hardware complexity of transpositioncell can be reduced, and routing between adjacent transposition cells can be simple. the proposed architecture is designed and implemented with 0.5 .mu.m VLSI library. As a result, it shows stable operation in 200 MHz and less hardware complexity than conventional architectures.
정확도 보상기를 적용한 2차원 이산 코사인 변환 프로세서의 구조

This paper presetns a 2-D DCT architecture adopting accurac y compensator for reducing the hardware complexity and increasing processing speed in VL\ulcornerSI implementation. In the application fields such as moving pictures experts group (MPEG) and joint photographic experts group (JPEG), 2-D DCT processor must be implemented precisely enough to meet the accuracy specifications of the ITU-T H.261. Almost all of 2-D DCT processors have been implemented using many multiplications and accumulations of matrices and vectors. The number of multiplications and accumulations seriously influence on comlexity and speed of 20D DCT processor. In 2-D DCT with fixed-point calculations, the computation bit width must be sufficiently large for the above accuracy specifications. It makes the reduction of hardware complexity hard. This paper proposes the accuracy compensator which compensates the accuracy of the finite word length calculation. 2-D DCT processor with the proposed accuracy compensator shows fairly reduced hardware complexity and improved processing speed.
