본 논문에서는 다양한 응용에 적용하기 위하여, 또는 연구를 위하여 새로운 파일시스템 개발을 개발하는데 있어서 초기에 겪어야 하는 기술적 어려움을 쉽게 극복하기 위한 파일시스템 템플릿을 개발하였다. 연구에서는 리눅스 파일시스템의 분석을 통해 파일시스템 구현에 필요한 세부 정보를 문서화하였고 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 파일시스템 템플릿을 구현하였다. 작성된 문서와 파일시스템 템플릿의 소스를 이용하여 새로운 파일시스템 개발을 필요로 하는 연구자들의 개발 생산성을 높일 수 있게 하고 부수적인 노력을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있다.

Recently, CYP2A6, CYP2B6, CYP2C8, andCYP2E1 have been reported to play a role in the metaboliceffect of pharmacological and carcinogenic compounds. Moreover, genetic variations of drug metabolism geneshave been implicated in the interindividual variation indrug disposition and pharmacological response. To definethe distribution of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs)in these four CYP2 family genes and to discover novelSNPs across ethnic groups, 288 DNAs composed of 48African-Americans, 48 European-Americans, 48 Japanese,48 Han Chinese, and 96 Koreans were resequenced. A totalof 143 SNPs, 26 in CYP2A6, 45 in CYP2B6, 29 in CYP2C8,and 43 in CYP2E1, were identified, including 13 novel variants. Notably, two SNPs in the regulatory regions, apromoter SNP rs2054675 and a nonsynonymous rs3745274(p.172Q[H) in CYP2B6, showed significantly differentminor allele frequencies (MAFs) among ethnic groups(minimum P = 4.30 9 10-12). In addition, rs2031920 inthe promoter region of CYP2E1 showed a wide range ofMAF between different ethnic groups, and even amongother various ethnic groups based on public reports. Among 13 newly discovered SNPs in this study, 5 SNPswere estimated to have potential functions in further insilico analyses. Some differences in genetic variations andhaplotypes of CYP2A6, CYP2B6, CYP2C8, and CYP2E1were observed among populations. Our findings could beuseful in further researches, such as genetic associationswith drug responses.
의치세정제와 소독제가 의치상 레진의 색조, 표면경도, 표면조도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to compare effects of denture cleansers and disinfectants on the color. surface hardness, and surface roughness of reinforced acrylic resin using polyhedral oligosilsesquioxane molecules(POSS resin) to those of common resins. According to manufacturer's instructions, 45 specimens were made from three denture resins(Luciton 199, Paladent 20, POSS resin), and polished. Five denture cleansers(distilled water, glutaraldehyde, alkaline hypochlorites, chlorhexidine, alkaline peroxides) in combination with three denture resins were evaluated before and after immersion for 7 days. Color data in $L^*a^*b^*$ system were measured with a colorimeter. Surface hardness data were measured with a microhardness tester. Surface roughness data were measured with a 3-dimensional surface analyzer. Data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA, one-way ANOVA, and t-test. The results were as follows : 1. All resins(Luciton 199, Paladent 20, POSS resin) showed significant differences in color after immersion in hypochlorites(p<0.05). 2. POSS resin showed significant differences in color compared with Paladent 20 in all denture cleansers, but no statistically significant differences with Luciton 199(p<0.05). 3. Luciton 199 showed significant differences of surface hardness in chlorhexidine, Paladent 20 showed significant differences in glutaraldehyde and chlorhexidine. POSS resin showed a little change of surface in all denture cleanser, but no statistically significant differences(p<0.05). 4. Luciton 199 and Paladent 20 showed significant differences of surface roughness in hypochlorites and glutaraldehyde, and POSS resin showed no statistically significant differences in all denture cleansers(p<0.05).

Purpose: This study purpose to comparison the effects of passive scapular alignment exercise and hold & relaxation technique on craniovertebral angle (C1~C7) with forward head posture due to using variety bag and using computer in healthy subjects. Design: Randomized Controlled Trial. Methods: 22 subjects were divide into two groups: PSAEx group and H/R group two groups. After exercise, the CVA were measured using C7 and tragus. Collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.2 Results: There were significant differences pre and post the exercise. Conclusion: PSAEx and H/R technique was effective to correct a abnormal CVA posture. The result of this study may helpful as basic data for orthopedic physical therapy.
