대학캠퍼스 조명디자인 가이드라인에 관한 연구 : 건국대학교 서울캠퍼스 조명디자인 가이드라인을 중심으로

현대사회는 고속 발전하고 있는 데 사람들은 생활 속에서 각양각색의 야간조명방식을 사용한다. 조명은 다른 사람에게 좋은 이미지를 직접 보여줄 수 있는 동시에 주변 야간환경도 미화시킬 수 있다. 옛날의 조명이 단지 안전을 위해서 만들었다면 지금은 아니다. 아름다운 조명이 사람의 생활에서 무척 중요한 일부분이 된다고 볼 수 있다. 대학 캠퍼스조명도 마찬가지다. 비록 조명디자인의 기술이 예전보다 많이 변화하고 진보했지만 이런 변화들을 눈여겨봄으로써 어떤 부족한 점도 있는 것이다. 본문의 주제는 대학캠퍼스 조명디자인 가이드라인에 관한 연구할 뿐만 아니라 건국대학교 조명디자인 가이드라인을 중심으로 연구한다. 위에서 말했듯이 도시의 빛의 설계는 왕성히 발전하고 있다. 다른 편으로 많은 조명디자이너들이 도시의 야간조명의 진보를 위해 노력하고 있다. 최근 몇 십 년에 제 3의 기술 혁명을 의지하여 우리 주면의 환경이 예전보다 천지가 뒤집힐 정도로 대변하였다. 사림들이 단일한 생활 방식에서 뛰쳐나오기 시작하고 있다. 그러므로 사람들이 주변의 거주환경에 대한 관심을 가지고 있음에 따라 도시야간조명도 어떤 지위를 차지하게 되었다. 사람들이 다시 자신의 주변의 조명 환경을 살펴봤을 때 도시조명의 구멍과 부족점도 조금씩 사람에게 발견되었다. 때문에 사람들이 주변 환경 조명에 대한 요구에 많아지고 있었다. 여기부터 각양각색의 조명 설계가 계속해서 도시의 방방곡곡에 부여하고 있게 할 뿐만 아니라 지속적으로 완성하고 있다. 비록 대학캠퍼스의 조명디자인과 도시 조명다자인을 비교하면 자신의 다른 점이 있지만 도시 조명디자인에 속하기 때문에 대학캠퍼스의 조명디자인도 도시의 발전함에 따라 진보해야 된다. 그러나 지금까지 대학 캠퍼스 조명디자인의 전체적인 가이드라인이 상당히 부족하다. 많은 대학교는 단지 안전을 목적으로 설계하는 사고방식에 머물렀다. 야간 캠퍼스 문화와 경관의 표현 및 전교의 사람의 감각을 소홀히 하였다. 그러므로 대학캠퍼스의 야간조명의 개선을 위하여 새로운 가이드라인을 제출하는 것은 조금도 지체 없이 디자인해야 한다. 본문은 더 아름다운 대학캠퍼스의 조명 방식을 만들기 위해서 대학캠퍼스 조명예술을 연구대상으로 선택하였다. 또한 원래의 방식을 바탕으로 대학 문화, 친환경디자인, 새로운 조명방식 등 환경디자인 수단을 결합하고 다시 분석하여 건국대학교 서울캠퍼스를 중심으로 한 더 풍부한 대학 캠퍼스 조명의 개발을 위해 제안한다. With the high-speed development of the current society, people are choosing various night lighting styles. Lighting can not only give good image directly to other people but also glamorize the surrounding environment at night. Different from that in the old time, the current lighting is produced not limited by the safety. The gorgeous lighting is becoming one of the most important portion in people's life as well as university campus. There are still some insufficient aspects in spite of the great changes happened to the techniques of lighting design. The paper studied on the lighting design guidelines of university campus and focused on it in Konkuk university. The lighting design in cities is in full blast, so many lighting designers are making an effort to the development of urban night lighting. During the recent decades of years, the surrounding environment has changed like overturning the earth and the sky comparing since the third technical revolution. People are running out from the singular lifestyle. As a result, the status of the urban night lighting changed according to people's consideration to the surrounding environment. People found some defects and inadequate aspects of the lighting environment surrounding them when they looked into it. Therefore, people showed more requirements to the lighting environment around them. So, various lighting styles should be granted and got done all over the countries continuously. As the The lighting design in university campus is affiliated to the urban lighting design, it should also be advanced along with the development of that in cities despite of their different points. However, the overall lighting design guidelines of university campus are still quite insufficient. People still pay no attention to the night campus culture and the expressions of landscape and senses of the entire students. Therefore, the new guidelines should be presented without any delay for the improvement of the nighting lighting of the university campus. The purpose of this paper was to make more glorious lighting styles for the university campus and the lighting art of university campus was selected as the object. Based on the original styles, we proposed for the development of more abundant university campus lighting and focused on the Seoul campus of Konkuk University by combining the environment design means, such as the university culture, eco-friendly design, and new lighting styles.

중국 고도(古都)의 문화적 가치 향상을 위한 조명 디자인 전략에 관한 연구 : 중국 항저우시(杭州市) 주도심지역을 중심으로

In China, the city's competitiveness is a new issue in the city management disciplines that have emerged in China's domestic cities in order to fully integrate international cities and promote the development of Chinese cities in the past ten years. In China, there is a special kind of urban group called "ancient capital". These cities carry a long culture and history of various regions in China, and most of the ancient cities were once a central city of a region in a certain period of China. However, now some ancient cities have a certain degree of competitiveness decline phenomenon. At the meanwhile, China has not strategic program to specifically promote the development of ancient cities at current stage. On the other hand, the 21st century is the era of cultural design, and urban cultural value has become the same as the soul of urban design. This thesis attempts to explore the strategy of upgrading the cultural value of the ancient city from the field of urban lighting design in order to enhance the cultural value of the ancient capital to promote the development of the ancient capital city. This thesis is divided into six chapters: In the first chapter of introduction, this thesis elaborates the relevant background of China at present, and through the derivation, the background, purpose, research methods and research scope of the research are clarified. In this thesis, set the ancient capital city Hangzhou of China as the specific case of this research, through the ancient capital of Hangzhou city lighting design research, at the same time, to reveal strategy development direction of the Chinese ancient capital city lighting design. The second chapter is the investigation part of the core key words related to the thesis, the first section has discussed the meaning of the ancient city definition and the cultural value, deduces the cultural value core of the ancient capital is the cultural value of the ancient capital landscape aesthetics, and discusses the significance of the study for the cultural value of the ancient capital landscape aesthetics. In the second section, the strategies, policies, plans and the meaning among the three aspects of the urban lighting design in Chinese ancient capitals are investigated and analyzed, which provides the theoretical basis for the further study of the thesis. The third chapter is the case investigation part of this thesis. This thesis chooses Kyoto of Japan, Seoul of Korea and Beijing of China as the cases study prior to research of the urban lighting design strategy of Chinese ancient capital cities, and elaborated the lighting design scheme and strategy of the three ancient capital cities at present. Besides, this thesis studies the current state of China's lighting design policies and plans, as well as the relevant benchmarks and specifications. And in the fourth section of the third chapter, the investigation were analyzed and summarized of the third chapter from the content comparison, binding force, mutual affiliation and other aspects, and derived the research methodology of the fourth chapter. The fourth chapter is the core of the thesis. Mainly conduct an investigation of Hangzhou from the perspective of urban landscape aesthetics. In the fourth chapter, this article starts from the meaning and method of setting Hangzhou city as a case study, investigates and analyzes the background of landscape culture and the change of landscape aesthetics in various periods of Hangzhou city, and through investigation, analysis and collation of the regional culture of Hangzhou city- Jiangnan water county culture, as well as survey and discussion of the current urban lighting design plan in Hangzhou to find out the advantages and disadvantages. The fifth chapter is the proposition part of China's ancient capital lighting design. In the first part of the fifth chapter, through the strategic direction, strategic promotion issues and ancient capital lighting design strategy model of the Hangzhou, the lighting design strategy of the main district in Hangzhou city was deduced. The second part is aimed at the ancient capitals of China, through the strategic system direction and the strategy implementation conditions, the ancient Chinese lighting design and implementation plan have been derived and discussed. The third part is based on the previous series of studies to deduce the concept of ancient capital cultural lighting, and its necessity, effect and cultural value relations with the ancient capital have been discussed. The sixth chapter is the conclusion part of this thesis. It is mainly the summary and generalization of the contents in the above five chapters. It summarizes the core essence of the investigation and analysis part and the related conclusions of the thesis generally. This thesis is based on the position of enhancing the cultural value of China ancient capitals to discuss the strategy of Chinese ancient capital lighting design. Therefore, on the basis of the theoretical literature, this thesis focuses on the cultural value of Hangzhou besides the investigation on ancient capital culture value, strategy, related policies and the current state of China city lighting design, namely: make deep investigation, analysis and reorganization of regional landscape culture background and landscape aesthetics in Hangzhou city, and through the analysis of the ancient capital cultural design strategy, the author draws out the strategic direction applicable for the ancient Chinese lighting design and the cultural lighting design concept of the ancient capital. 21세기에 있어서 국가 미래경쟁력의 기본적인 인프라는 도시의 발전이었으며, 이러한 도시의 발전모델의 성공은 국가 전체의 성공으로 이어져 왔다. 반면에 경쟁력이 없는 여러 지역 도시로 구성된 국가에 있어서는 국가의 발전 또한 없었다. 이러한 도시들은 지방적 성격을 지닌 경쟁지역으로, 국가 경쟁력 연구의 기초 단위로 나날이 그 중요성이 더해 가고 있다. 중국에서는 최근 몇 십 년 동안 중국 내 많은 지역 도시들을 국제적인 도시 반열에 올려놓아 중국의 지역 도시 발전을 촉진시켜 왔으며, 도시 경쟁력 관리 학문영역에서 새로운 화제로 떠오르고 있다. 또한 중국에서는 도시집단의 여러 유형 중 '고도(古都)'라 불리는 특수한 지역 도시들은 중국 각 지역의 유구한 문화와 역사를 이어가고 있는데, 대부분의 '고도'라 불리는 도시는 과거 한 지역 내부의 중심이 된 도시들로, 매우 독특한 도시 경쟁력을 지니고 있다. 그러나 오늘날 도시화의 쾌속 발전과 더불어, 상당수의 고도 도시에서 일정부분 그 경쟁력이 쇠락하는 현상이 나타나고 있다. 또한, 21세기는 문화 디자인의 시대이다. 디자인 대상과 그 관련 사물의 문화적 가치에 대한 연구는 나날이 당대 디자인의 핵심이 되고 있다. 마찬가지로 이를 도시 디자인 영역에 적용하면, 도시 문화 및 도시의 문화적 가치는 도시 디자인의 영혼 같은 존재가 된다. 따라서 도시의 문화적 가치가 도시 디자인에 가져다주는 의의를 연구하는 작업은 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 그중에서도 특히 문화 역사가 오래된 '고도'에 있어서 핵심가치는 그 독특한 문화적 가치이다. 이에, 선행연구를 통한 고도의 문화적 가치의 향상은 고도 도시의 경쟁력을 향상시키는 매우 효과적인 방법임을 알 수 있었다. 중국 정부는 최근 10년간 문헌을 발표하여 각 대형 도시들이 도시 조명 디자인을 발전시키고 관련 산업을 결정하도록 하여 고도 도시에 또 한 번의 발전 계기를 만들어 주었다. 그러나 중국 도시의 조명 디자인 발전은 비교적 늦게 시작된 편이라, 아직까지 정착된 이론과 실천 체계가 미흡한 편이다. 따라서 본 논문은 중국의 고도 도시 조명 디자인의 전략을 발전시키는 것이 이미 오늘날 중국이 당장 맞이해야 하는 중대사임을 인식하였다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 중국 대표적 고도 중 하나인 항저우시의 문화적 가치의 핵심 미학을 중심으로 조사와 분석을 통해서 중국 고도 조명 디자인의 전략을 도출하였다. 논문 진행 과정을 요약하면 아래와 같다. 우선 본 논문의 입장에 따라 고도와 중국 고도의 개념을 파악하여 일반적 역사도시와 대고도의 양자관계를 넓은 의미와 좁은 의미로 도출하였고 고도의 문화적 핵심 즉 경관 미학과 연구의 의의도 명확하였다. 논문의 연구 목적은 조명 디자인의 전략 도출을 감안하여 전략, 그 관련한 정책, 계획, 3자 간의 개념, 관계를 연구하여 이후 연구에 이론적인 기초를 만들어 주는 것에 있다. 또한 교토, 서울, 베이징 등 동아시아 고도를 사례로 조명 디자인 현행 계획을 연구하였고 중국 국가 도시 조명 디자인과 법령, 기준도 조사·분석하여 요소별 조사를 통해 항저우시 미학 연구의 방법도 도출하였다. 미학 연구 부분에서 항저우 각 시대의 도시 미학 배경과 사상을 연구할 뿐만 아니라 항저우 지역에 있는 강남수향 마을과 강남수향 문화도 조사·분석하였다. 그 후 항저우 현행의 도시 조명 디자인 문제점을 파악하는 기초 위해 위에 분석 내용을 종합하여 항저우 주도심지역의 전략 발전 방향, 추진과제, 모델과 중국 고도 문화적 가치를 향상을 위한 조명 디자인의 전략 기조, 전략 체계, 전략 실행 고려 요건을 도출하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 향후 중국 고도 조명 디자인의 새로운 연구의 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대해 본다.
