CRESTIVE-DX: 임베디드 소프트웨어에 대해 테스트케이스 생성을 지원하는 분산 Concolic 테스팅 도구

본 논문은 임베디드 소프트웨어에 대한 Concolic 테스팅을 효과적이고 효율적으로 지원하기 위해 임베디드 타겟(target) 시스템과 호스트(host) 시스템의 분산적이고 동시적으로 테스트 생성을 위한 작업을 수행하는 Concolic 테스팅 도구의 설계와 구현 사례를 소개한다. 소개하는 테스트 케이스 생성 도구는 Concolic 테스팅 과정 중 (1) 임베디드에 종속적인 특성을 갖는 테스트검증 대상 프로그램의 실행 부분은 임베디드 타겟 시스템에서 수행하고, (2) 시스템에 비종속적인 실행 부분인 탐색 전략, 제약식 해법기 실행 과정은 계산성능이 좋은 호스트 시스템에 분산하고, 독립적인 단계를 동시적으로 실행하도록 기존 Concolic 도구를 개선하였다. Arm Cortex A54 아키텍쳐의 임베디드 타겟 시스템과 x86-64 아키텍쳐의 호스트 시스템을 대상으로 본 기법을 구현하여 오픈소스 C 프로그램의 Grep, Busybox Awk, Busybox Ed를 대상으로 실험한 결과, 기존 도구 보다 1.59∼2.64배 테스트케이스 생성속도가 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다. This paper presents the design and the implementation of CRESTIVE-DX, a concolic testing tool that distribute the concolic testing process over the embedded target system and the host system for efficient test generation of a target embedded program. CRESTIVE-DX conducts the execution of a target program on the target embedded system to consider possible machine-dependent behaviors of a target program execution, and conducts machine-independent parts, such as search-strategy heuristics, constraint solving, on host systems with high-speed computation unit, and coordinates their concurrent executions. CRESTIVE-DX is implemented by extending an existing concolic testing tool for C programs CREST. We conducted experiments with a test bed that consists of an embedded target system in the Arm Cortex A54 architecture and host systems in the x86-64 architecture. The results of experiments with Unix utility programs Grep, Busybox Awk, and Busybox Ed show that test input generation of CRESTIVE-DX is 1.59 to 2.64 times faster than that of CREST.

High Prevalence of Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis in Wild Ducks in the Middle Area of South Korea

Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP) causes a significant economic burden in theanimal production industry. The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of MAP in the feces of wildduck populations residing along a riverside close to farms in the center of Korea. From wild Spot-billed (Anaspoecilorhyncha) and Mallard (Anas platyrhynchos) ducks, 128 fecal samples were collected and analyzed usingmultiplex real-time PCR, sequencing, and nested PCR to confirm the presence of the organism. The molecular analysesshowed that 44 samples (34.4%) were positive for MAP, suggesting a high prevalence of MAP in the wild duckpopulation. Considering the nature and habitat of wild ducks, this result suggests that the organism was introducedfrom contaminated water from waste of nearby farms, and that the wild ducks may act as a transmitter of the organismto other wild birds or livestock.

수동적 SNS 이용과 우울의 관계: 자기해석양식을 통한 상향비교의 조절된 매개효과

본 연구에서는 수동적 SNS 이용, 상향비교, 우울, 자기해석양식간의 관계에 대한 통합적인 모형을 탐색하였으며, 수동적 SNS 이용과 우울의 관계에서 상향비교의 매개효과에 대한 자기해석양식의 영향을 조절된 매개효과 분석으로 검증하였다. 온라인 커뮤니티를 통하여 프로필 기반 SNS를 이용하는 320명을 대상으로 SNS 활동유형, 상향비교 경험, 자기해석양식, 우울 척도에 응답하도록 하였다. 분석 결과, 먼저 수동적 SNS 이용과 우울의 관계에서 상향비교의 매개효과가 확인되었다. 다음으로 수동적 SNS 이용과 상향비교의 관계에서 두 가지 자기해석양식의 조절효과를 각각 분석한 결과, 관계-상호의존적 자기해석만 조절변인의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 SPSS Macro를 이용하여 수동적 SNS 이용과 우울의 관계에서 관계-상호의존적 자기해석에 의해 조절된 상향비교의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 즉, 수동적인 방식의 SNS 이용이 높으면 상향비교에 더 많이 관여하게 되어 우울을 경험하게 되는데, 이 때 수동적인 방식의 SNS 이용이 많으면서 관계-상호의존적 자기해석이 높을 경우 상향비교를 더 많이 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과가 가지는 이론적 · 실제적 의의를 논의하였다. The present study attempted to build a comprehensive model of Passive Use of Social Networking Sites, Self-Construal Style, Upward Social Comparison, and a Depression by testing a moderated mediation model. 320 participants were asked to complete questionnaires of Use of Social Networking Sites, Upward Comparison, Relational-Interdependent Self-Construal, Depression. The study results indicated that first, the mediating role of upward comparison between passive social network service usage and depression was confirmed. Second, only the Relational-Interdependent Self-Construal out of the two styles of self-construal moderated the relation between passive social network service usage and upward comparison. Finally, we verify mediating effect of upward social comparison moderated by Relational-Interdependent Self-Construal, on the relationship between Passive Use of Social Networking Sites, and social comparison; if the individual with high Relational-Interdependent Self-Construal, upward comparison worsens. Theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

프로세스 기반의 연구 관리 시스템 구축에 관한 연구

4차 산업혁명에서 핵심은 지능정보기술이다. 데이터를 처리하고 활용하며 새로운 유형의 정보를 생성하여 보유하여야만 급변하는 정보사회를 선도할 수 있다. 이제는 자급자족식의 데이터 수집에서 벗어나, 개방형 혁신환경을 조성하여 외부의 기술, 지식, 아이디어 등을 수용하여야 한다. 내·외부의 유연한 관계형성과 소통창구를 마련하여 유기적인 협의체를 구성하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위하여 인천국제공항공사에서는 개방형 혁신 플랫폼 기반의 연구관리지원시스템을 구축하였다. 스타트업 플랫폼, R&D 협업지원, 연구관리지원 등 세 가지 요소로 구성된 본 시스템을 통해 기업의 사회적 책임 완수와 일자리 창출에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 프로세스 정립을 통한 연구 관리로 표준화된 연구과제관리 플랫폼을 마련하였다. 이를 통해 인천공항은 미래를 준비하는 공항 R&D 추진 체계 구축을 완료함으로써 일류 혁신 기업의 기반을 조성하였다.

Hearing aids are becoming more popular as the elderly population grows, but complicationsrelated to their use are also increasing. We present a rare case where an ear mold impressionentered the mastoid cavity during fitting, causing delayed inflammation about 10 years later. Unlike most reported cases, this patient did not experience immediate symptoms during theimpression-making process. Our case highlights the importance of thorough physical exami-nation by an otolaryngologist, including assessment of the tympanic membrane and externalauditory canal, when fitting hearing aids to prevent similar complications.

Treatment Outcomes of Patients with Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Unknown Primary

The purpose of this study was to evaluate clinical characteristics and treatment outcome of patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma of unknown primary (HNSCCUP), treated according to the method of our hospital. Six patients with histopathologically and radiologically confirmed HNSCCUP January 2010-December 2016 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent radical neck dissection involving level I-V, bilateral tonsillectomy, and diagnostic esophagoscopy and postoperative radiotherapy (RT), with or without concurrent chemotherapy. There were no major complications resulting from surgical intervention. Duration of follow-up was 56.3±20.2 months (range, 28-82 months). There was no recurrence or late detection of primary site of HNSCCUP. All patients with HNSCCUP except one were alive, at the time of the last follow-up. The other patient had no recurrence of HNSCCUP, but died of colon cancer at 58 months postoperatively. We have successfully treated patients with HNSCCUP by performing radical neck dissection, bilateral tonsillectomy, and diagnostic esophagoscopy and postoperative RT with concurrent chemotherapy, and recommend using this method as the main treatment method.

Giant Low-Grade Fibromyxoid Sarcoma in the Neck

Low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (LGFS) is a soft tissue tumor that rarely occurs in the headand neck region. It occurs mainly in the proximal extremities and the trunk and is prevalent inthe young and middle-aged adults. In the present case, LGFS was present at an atypical locationand at an unusual age. The treatment of choice for LGFS is radical wide surgical excisionwith a clear margin. Long-term follow-up is essential for all patients with LGFS, as it has thepotential for late recurrence or metastasis.

Capnography로 조기에 발견한 악성고열증 : 증례 보고 A case report

Malignant hyperthemia is an autosomal-dominant inherited disorder of the skeletal muscle cell characterized by a hypermetabolic response to all commonly used inhalational anesthetics and depolarizing muscle relaxants. The clinical syndrome includes muscle rigidity, hypercapnia, tachycardia and myoglobinuria as result of increased carbon dioxide production, oxygen consumption and muscle membrane breakdown. Early recognition and vigorous treatment are very important factors determine patient's prognosis in malignant hyperthermia. However, it is very difficult to diagnose malignant hyperthemia during anesthesia because malignant hyperthemia presents with multiple nonspecific signs and laboratory findings of variable intensity and time course during and after exposure to anesthetic agents. We report a case of malignant hyperthemia which was diagnosed early using capnography before the appearance of hyperthemia and successfully treated. The malignant hyperthemia episode developed 20 minutes after induction of anesthesia with thiopental sodium, pancuronium, isoflurane, N_2O and O_2. When we suspected episode, we could not-tidal CO_2. We discuss here the usefulness of capnography in early recognition of malignant hyperthemia and the importance of early recognition in prognosis. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2002; 43: 667~672)
