        도로변 디지털 빌보드의 성공적 국내 도입을 위한 탐색적 연구 : 옥외 광고전문가의 심층 인터뷰와 해외 사례를 중심으로

        본 연구는 향후 국내에서 도로변 디지털 빌보드를 도입할 경우 성공적인 진입과 안착을 위한 토대 및 환경을 살펴보고자 하였다. 전 세계적으로 디지털 기술이 발달함에 따라 옥외광고 분야에서도 디지털화가 매우 빠르게 확산되는 가운데 최근 국내에서도 디지털 빌보드의 도입이 검토되고 있는 상황이다. 그렇지만, 도로변 디지털 빌보드에 대한 필요성과 활용성에 대한 논의는 아직 시작 단계에 그치고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 디지털 빌보드의 국내 도입에 대한 전반적 이해를 위해 국내 옥외광고 분야의 전문가들을 대상으로 한 심층 인터뷰와 해외 사례 조사를 실시하였다. 심층 인터뷰의 연구결과, 도로변 디지털 빌보드의 도입에 대부분의 인터뷰 참여자들의 다수가 찬성 의견이었으며 디지털 전환으로 새로운 매체적 가치를 창출할 수 있을 것으로 나타났다. 해외사례 조사 결과, 도로변 디지털 빌보드의 영상 표출방법 및 광고 표출시간, 화면의 밝기, 표출 컨텐츠의 성격 등에 대해 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 도로변 디지털 빌보드의 성공적 도입 방안과 적용 가능한 가이드라인을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 도로변 디지털 빌보드 매체의 효율적 운영방안에 대한 실무적 제언을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 향후 국내 디지털 빌보드 매체의 도입이 기업의 브랜드 캠페인에 적극적으로 활용되기를 기대한다. This study examines the foundation and environment for successful launch and settlement of roadside digital billboard in Korea in the future. With the development of digital technology around the world, digitization is spreading rapidly in the field of outdoor advertising. Recently, the launch of roadside digital billboards is under consideration in Korea. However, discussions about the need and availability of roadside digital billboards are still in its infancy. In this study, we conducted an in-depth interview with experts in the field of outdoor advertising to understand overall launch of roadside digital billboard in Korea and overseas case studies. As a result, most of the participants in the interview were in favor of launching roadside digital billboard and predicted that it would create media value through digital conversion. In addition, it was considered that the roadside digital billboard media could be successfully launched to the audience when they form a consumer awareness that it is a ‘useful public communication medium on the road’. Through these research results, we tried to derive the successful introduction of roadside digital billboard and guidelines applicable to roadside digital billboard.         생약(生藥) 약침액(藥鍼液)이 암예방(癌豫防) 효소계(酵素系)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        금은화, 당귀, 감두를 이용하여 조제한 각각의 약침액을 이용하여 암예방효과를 살펴 보았다. 발암물질을 무독화시키는 QR 생성 유도를 생쥐의 간암세포인 Hepa1c1c7과 측정하였으며, 그 결과 금은화 약침액, 당귀 약침액, 감두약침액을 처리한 Hepa1c1c7에서 QR생성이 유도되었으며 GSH 생성을 살펴본 결과 Hepa1c1c7세포에서 실험에 이용된 모든 생약 약침액에 의한 GSH 생성이 증가하였고, GST 생성 또한 증가하였다. Induction of phase Ⅱ enzymes such as quinone reductase (QR) or glutathione S-transferase (GST) is considered a major mechanism of protection against initiation of carcingenesis. The induction of detoxification enzymes and glutathione were studied with Lonicerae Flos aqua-acupuncture solution (LFAS), Angelicae gigantis Radix aqua-acupuncture solution (AGRAS), and Gamdutang aqua-acupunture solution (GAS) in murine hepatoma cells grown in microtiter plate wells. LFAS, AGRAS and GAS were potent inducers of QR activity. LFAS was induced about 2.6-fold at concentration of 3×. AGRAS and GAS were also induced about 2.6-, 1.8-fold at concentration of 5×, respectively. In addition, GST activity was increased with LFAS, AGRAS, and GAS. GSH levels were increased about 2-fold with LFAS at concentration of 5×, 1.3-fold with AGRAS at concentration of 3×, and 1.2-fold with GAS at concentration of 5×. These results suggested that LFAS, AGRAS, and GAS may act as blocking agents against carcinogenesis by induction of phase Ⅱ marker enzymes.

        영상합성을 위한 촬영 및 3D CG 속성에 관한 연구 -<Virtual Photography> 작품 분석 및 제작을 중심으로-

        A visual media has progressed rapidly with modern technology. With the advance, visual contents such as photography, movie and video are composed. Especially, the composition that blends with diverse range of media and makes people imaginative and excited is the key word for modern visual expression. With this change of digital age, in the visual field, the 3D CG composition makes composed image fresher and more realistic. The 3D digital virtual image already confirmed modern technology of the indefinite potential by overcoming the physical limit caused by the existing cameras and lighting. In particular, the real composition technology in the movie industry has dramatically developed and the impact of the technology has been recognized. However, other visual fields, specially photography has not made use of the 3D CG compare to the movies industry. Above all, those people in the photography industry hardly use the technology for some reason despite the popularity of the digital photography. Therefore, it is imperative that we study optimized composition for photography with 3D CG. The thesis shows the potential of the composition photography with 3D CG. You can see realistic composed image work <Virtual hotography> in the thesis. Through the work, Iorganized data of the attribute in photographing that is efficiently employed for the composition with 3D rendering image. The first step is analysis and organization of the matching the important attribute of camera and lighting in photographing and 3D CG rendering for realistic composition. The second is real composed image production based on the result of the analysis.The goals of the study are completing the composition work with 3D attribute by materializing restriction of the existing photography. Also I hope, by studying the attribute of the lighting and camera, the scope of the research would be expanded in the near future. I make sure that the thesis would be foot hold of the pcoming study.

        모터의 전류치를 활용한 전동차 출입문의 특징추출 및 고장진단 예지 알고리즘 선정 방안 연구

        Recently, the manufacturing requirements of Rolling Stock are required to diagnose and manage the condition of major safety devices (doors, brake, signals, etc.) to suggest a plan for efficient maintenance. Based on these backgrounds and technology trends, research on Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Prognostic Health Management (PHM) has been actively conducted in recent years. In this study, the current value of the engine drive motor of the door of a Rolling Stock is measured by dividing it into four classes (normal open/abnormal open, normally closed/abnormally closed), and statistically analyzed 13 factors of time domain statistics based on time domain statistics. After verifying the significance, suitable Features were extracted. Based on the machine learning theory, a predictive algorithm that can classify the extracted Features was selected, and the accuracy was verified against the actual measured data class with the selected prognosis algorithm.

        It was proposed that the substance of Kyungrak is a new anatomic-histological system in the living body and entirely different either from the nervous system or blood and lymphatic vessels. This system is covering the whole body, regulating and coordinating the biological processes that lie at the bottom of the vital activity. One of the substance of Kyungrak is acublast. The aim of this study was to isolate and culture the acublast from human placenta or blood of umbilical cord. It was found that particular cell organism isolated from placenta and cultured with RPMI 1640 containing 10% FBS and hormones was grown for four weeks. Although this organism was different from blood cells morphologically, biochemical study of the organism is required to identify as the acublast.

        애엽(艾葉) 약침액(藥鍼液)의 급성(急性)·아급성(亞急性) 독성(毒性)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        Acute and subacute toxicity of Artemisia asistica Nakai Aqua-acupuncture Solution (ANAS) were studied in ICR mice. In acute toxicity test, mice were injected intraperitoneally with single dose of $1{\times}$, $5{\times}$, $10{\times}$ ANAS, and toxicological responeses were observed for consecutive 14 days. Mortality, body weight changes, organ weight, and serum chemistry were performed. The mortality and body weight changes of mice treated with $1{\times}$ and $5{\times}$ ANAS were not affected during the experimental periods. With the $10{\times}$ ANAS treatment, there were dead animals and changes of body weight, organ weight and serum biochemical values were observed during the experimental period. In subacute toxicity test, mice were injected intraperitoneally with doses of $1{\times}$, $10{\times}$ ANAS for 14 days. No difference was found between control and $1{\times}$ ANAS treated group in mortality, changes of body weight and organ weight, and serum biochemical values. However, Dead animals, changes of body weight and organ weight, and increased serum biochemical values were observed with $10{\times}$ ANAS treated groups. These results suggest that $1{\times}$ ANAS causes no toxicity in acute and subacute toxicity tests. However $10{\times}$ ANAS causes toxicity in both tests.

        시호 약침제제의 자유기 소거능 및 지질과산화 억제효능에 관한 연구

        Bupleury radix has been used for the treatment of fever, liver disease, inflammation in traditional medicine. The present study was carried out to evaluate the antioxidant effects of Bupleury radix aqua-acupuncture solution (BRAS) in vitro. Oxygen derived free radicals produced in the course of normal aerobic life, such as superoxide anion radical($O_2^-$ ), hydroxyl radicaI( OH), hydrogen peroxide($H_2O_2$) and singlet oxygen($^1O_2$) can attack polyunsaturated fatty acid in cell membranes, enzymes, other cell compounds, and give rise to lipid peroxidation, DNA damage, lipofuscin accumulation, structure alteration of cell membrane and cell death. In this study, antioxidant effects of BRAS on lipid peroxidation were determined according to the method of TBA. BRAS inhibited markedly peroxidation of linoleic acid during the autoxidation, and also inhibited lipid peroxidation induced by hydroxyl radical derived from $H_2O_2-Fe^{2+}$ in rat liver homogenate. And BRAS showed 30% scavenging effect on DPPH radical, also exhibited a 30% inhibitory effect on superoxide generation from xanthine-xanthine oxidase system. In addition, BRAS protected the cell death induced by tert-butyl hydroperoxide(t-BHP) and significantly increased cell viability in the normal rat liver cell(Ac2F).

        시호 약침제제가 생쥐의 면역활성에 미치는 영향

        In order to investigate the effects of Bupleuri Radix aqua-acupuncture solution (BRAS) on immuno suppression induced by glucocorticoid, ICR mice were administrated with glucocorticoid (80 mg/kg) for 7 days, and immunized with hapten, methamphetamine-horseradish peroxidase $(10\;{\mu}g/mouse)$. And then, BRAS (0.2ml/mouse) injected into $CV_4\;and\;BL_{23}$, which are the classical acupuncture points in traditional medicine, for 7 days. And then B and T cells proliferation and cytolytic activity of natural killer (NK) cells were measured. Intraperitoneal injection of glucocorticoid decreased lysozyme activity in macrophage and cytolytic activity of NK cell. B and T cell proliferation were significantly increased in aqua-acupuncture group compared to normal group. On the other hand, BRAS significantly increased the lysozyme activity in macrophage, and the cytolytic activity of purified NK cell on K562. These results suggest that BRAS at $CV_4\;and\;BL_{23}$ may proliferate B and T cells that are suppressed by glucocorticoid and activate NK cell activity.

        괴화약침액이 간세포의 Quinone redutase 와 Glutathione S-transferase 활성에 미치는 영향

        Sophorae Flos aqua-acupuncture solution(SFAS) was prepared and tested for the induction of quinone reductase and glutathione S-transferase activities and glutathione. SFAS significantly induced QR activity at the concentrations of $0.5{\times},\;1{\times}\;and\;3{\times}$ in cell culture. However, GST activity in murine Hepa 1c1c7 cells was slightly increased with SFAS. SFAS increased GSH levels. 괴화약침액이 간세포의 quinone reductase, glutathione S-transferase 와 환원형 glutathione의 활성에 미치는 영향을 살펴 본 결과 괴화약침액은 암예방 효소인 Phase II enzyme을 유의성 있게 증가 시켰다. 따라서 괴화약침액은 암예방에 효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다.
