공공실버주택 거주 노인을 위한 복지기술 기반 커뮤니티케어 모델개발 기초연구: 서비스 제공자 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to develop a conceptual framework for establishing welfare technology based community care model for older people living in public silver housing. Specifically, the current study discussed the direction of social service model which is suitable for the 4th industrial revolution through the application of welfare technology to develop a model for providing community care services. Qualitative research using both individual interviews and focus groups has been conducted to explore the needs and problems for older people living in public silver housing and to find strategies for providing effective and efficient community care services. Findings indicated that four themes including 1) the life and function of older people, and their goal, 2) older people and environment, 3) purposes and methods for service provision, 4) efforts for smooth social service delivery were identified. A total of 12 domains and 47 sub-domains by each theme were drawn. It suggests that it is necessary to provide services based on understanding of environments where they reside. Qualitative and quantitative changes should be also accompanied to ensure the services runs smoothly. The current study demonstrated that a series of processes such as causal condition, responses, strategies, and outcomes are necessary to develop a community care model based on themes. Moreover, meeting situational and mediating conditions, eliminating obstacles, and making additional efforts for service provision is necessary to successfully achieve such processes. Findings found that welfare technology is a useful condition for the safety of older people, daily life support, and efficiency of work for service providers. This study is meaningful in that it provided the conceptual framework and basic data for developing community care models for older people in Korea. 본 연구는 케어안심주택의 한 유형인 공공실버주택에 거주하는 노인을 위한 복지기술 기반 커뮤니티케어 모델 정립을 위한개념적 틀을 개발하는 것을 주요 목적으로 하고 있다. 특히, 커뮤니티케어 제공을 위한 서비스 모델을 개발함에 있어서 복지기술 개념을도입하여 4차 산업혁명 시대에 적합한 사회서비스 모델의 방향성을 함께 논의하였다. 이를 위해 서비스 제공자를 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰와 개별심층면담 방법을 활용해 공공실버주택 거주 노인의 욕구 및 문제를 파악하고, 효과적이고 효율적인 커뮤니티케어 서비스제공 방안 등을 탐색하는 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 자료 분석을 통해 1) 노인의 삶과 기능, 그리고 목표, 2) 노인과 환경, 3) 서비스제공의 목적과 방법, 4) 원활한 사회서비스 전달을 위한 노력이라는 범주를 발견할 수 있었다. 각각의 범주에서는 총 12개의 주제어와47개의 세부주제어가 도출되었다. 이와 같은 주제어들은 종합적으로 노인의 특성과 그들이 거주하는 환경에 대한 충분한 이해를 토대로서비스가 제공될 필요가 있으며, 서비스가 원활하게 이루어지기 위해서는 질적, 양적 변화가 필요함을 제시하고 있다. 주제어들에기반한 커뮤니티케어 모델 개발을 위해서는 인과적 조건, 반응, 전략, 결과라는 일련의 과정이 필요하며, 이와 같은 과정을 성공적으로달성하기 위해서는 상황적, 중재적 조건의 충족과 장애요인의 제거, 서비스 제공을 위한 추가적인 노력이 필요함을 확인하였다. 아울러본 연구에서는 복지기술이 노인의 안전, 일상생활 지원 및 서비스제공자의 업무 효율화 등에 유용한 상황적 조건임이 밝혀졌다. 본연구는 국내 노인 대상 커뮤니티케어 모델 개발에 필요한 개념적 틀과 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 중요한 의의가 있다.

공공실버주택 거주 노인 대상의 Wel-Tech 프로그램 효과성 평가: 커뮤니티케어 모델 개발을 위한 선행 연구

본 연구는 공공실버주택 거주 노인을 대상으로 커뮤니티케어 모델을 개발하기 위한 선행 연구로써, Wel-Tech 프로그램의효과성을 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 본 연구에서 제안한 Wel-Tech 프로그램은 노인의 신체기능 유지 및 향상, 인지기능활성화, 심리적 안정 및 정신건강 증진에 초점을 두었다. 프로그램의 효과성을 확인하기 위해 비동일 통제집단 전후 비교조사 설계를적용하였으며, 2개의 실험집단과 1개의 통제집단을 서비스 내용에 따라 구성하였다. 실험집단 1(n=9)과 실험집단 2(n=9)는 Wel-Tech 프로그램의 제공 여부, 실험집단과 통제집단(n=19)은 커뮤니티케어 서비스의 제공 여부에 따른 차이로 구분하였다. 실험집단에 포함된대상자는 3개월에 걸친 커뮤니티케어 서비스 프로그램에 참여하였고, 모든 대상자는 실험 전후로 설문조사에 참여하였다. 연구 결과, Wel-Tech 기반 커뮤니티케어 서비스를 받은 실험집단 1은 우울 수준이 향상되고, 기억력 및 인지기능 평가에서 긍정적인 효과가 있는것으로 나타났다. 또한, 전반적인 삶의 만족도도 실험집단 2와 통제집단에 비해 긍정적이었으며, 신체기능 역시 다른 집단이 저하되는것과 달리 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 Wel-Tech을 커뮤니티케어 모델에 적용함으로써 서비스 프로그램의 효과성을 극대화시키고, 시대적 변화를 고려한 노인 복지 서비스의 방향성을 제시했다는 점에서 중요한 의의가 있다.

A method to determine maximum contaminant loading limit in the vicinity of pumping wells is introduced. The method is based on numerical modeling of solute transport applying the adjoint-derived backward equation of the general advection-dispersion equation (backward transport equation). A general idea of the backward transport equation is illustrated and also the compatibility of the equation with the advection-dispersion equation is shown through a numerical test. Then a process to derive contaminant concentration at pumping wells is presented, based on which one can determine the maximum contaminant loading limit to satisfy given criteria of the water quality at pumping wells. This method is applied to a field site in Buk-myeon and Daesan-myeon located in Changwon city, South Korea. The maximum loading limit of nitrate from the potential source loading area near pumping wells in concern is estimated to be 1.95 × 10-2 kg-N/m2 in consideration of denitrification, and 9.55 × 10-3 kg-N/m2 with no regard of it to satisfy the Drinking Water Quality Standard of nitrate in Korea. Since the annual average application rate of total nitrogen fertilizers in Korea is estimated to be 3.54 × 10-2 kg-N/m2, understanding the geochemical condition of the area would be needed to suggest

보육교사의 자기돌봄과 소진의 관계에서 교사효능감의 병렬다중매개효과

The purpose of this study was to analyze the parallel multiple mediating effect of child care teacher’s teacher efficacy in the relationship between self-care and burnout. The survey was conducted on 276 teachers of 3 to 5 year classroom from daycare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Participants responded to questionnaires that measured burnout, self-care, and teacher efficacy. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis using SPSS 26.0. Furthermore, the parallel multiple mediating effect was analyzed using the PROCESS Macro for SPSS version 3.5 (Model 4) and the statistical significance of the meditating effect was examined by bootstrapping. The results were as follow. First, self-care, burnout, and teacher efficacy of child care teacher were found to be correlated. Second, only classroom management in the subfactors of teacher efficacy was found to have the partial mediating role in the relationship between self-care and burnout. The results of this study emphasize the importance of self-care and teacher efficacy for child care teacher’s burnout. These findings can serve resources to develop programs for child care teacher’s burnout. 본 연구는 보육교사의 자기돌봄과 소진의 관계에서 교사효능감의 병렬다중매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도 소재 어린이집 만 3∼5세 학급 담임교사 276명을 대상으로 자기돌봄, 교사효능감, 소진을 평가하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0으로 기술통계, 상관분석을 하였고, PROCESS Macro version 3.5(Model 4)를 사용하여 병렬다중매개효과를 검증하였으며, 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 검증하기 위해 부트스트래핑을 활용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 자기돌봄, 소진, 교사효능감은 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교수효능감 하위요인 중 교육전략 효능감만 보육교사의 자기돌봄과 소진의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 보육교사의 소진을 예방하는 데 있어서 자기돌봄과 학급운영 교수효능감의 중요성에 대한 함의를 제공한다.
