지체장애여성의 사회적 지지와 양육행동에 관한 연구 : 자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로

이 연구는 지체장애여성의 양육행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 긍정적인 양육행동을 강화하고 효과적인 양육지원을 위한 사회복지 실천방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 외적 자원인 사회적 지지와 내적 자원인 자아존중감이 지체장애여성의 양육행동에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고, 사회적 지지와 양육행동 간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이 연구에서는 초등학생 자녀를 양육하고 있는 지체장애여성 246 명의 설문자료를 분석하였으며, 그 결과 사회적 지지는 자아존중감에 영향을 미치고, 자아존중감은 양육행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 사회적 지지와 자아존중감을 동시에 투입한 결과 , 사회적 지지는 양육 행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않고, 단지 매개변수인 자아존중감을 통해서만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 자아존중감은 사회적 지지와 양육행동 간에 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 지체장애여성의 긍정적인 양육행동을 강화하고 효과적인 양육지원을 위한 사회복지 실천방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to present ways to strengthen physically disabled women's positive nurturing behavior and effective nurturing support by finding the factors affecting the nurturing behavior. For this, this study analyzed the effect of external support, i.e., social support, and internal support, i.e., self-esteem on physically disabled women's nurturing behavior, and examined the intervening effect of self-esteem on the relationship between social support and nurturing behavior. For this study, a survey of 246 physically disabled women with children in elementary school was conducted. The results showed that social support affected self-esteem and self-esteem affected nurturing behavior. Especially, social support affected nurturing behavior through the intervening variable of self-esteem. Based on such results, this study presented ways to strengthen physically disabled women's positive nurturing behavior.

여성장애인의 인권개선을 위한 실천과제 : 성폭력·가정폭력 및 결혼관련 실태 및 사례중심으로

본 연구는 우리사회의 전통적인 가부장적 문화와 사회체제 속에서 여성과 장애라는 이중차별의 고통을 겪고 있는 여성장애인의 인권실태를 파악하고자 여성장애인의 성폭력, 가정폭력 및 결혼과 관련된 임신, 출산, 육아, 가사 등에 초점을 맞추어 차별실태와 사례를 살펴보았다. 또한 이러한 맥락에서의 여성장애인의 인권확보 및 삶의 질 향상을 위한 사회복지적 측면에서 개입해야 할 실천과제를 제시해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인지적 관점에서의 여성장애인정책의 수립과 성인지력을 강화해야한다. 둘째, 여성장애인 결혼관련 임신, 출산, 육아, 가사 등에 대한 지원제도 및 서비스가 필요하다. 셋째, 성폭력 및 가정폭력 예방 및 피해자 보호활동을 전개해야 한다. 넷째, 여성장애인 복지증진사업 및 전문프로그램이 실시되어야 한다. 다섯째, 여성장애인 및 관련 프로그램에 대한 체계적 연구 및 확대와 모델개발이 이루어져야 한다. 여섯째, 여성장애인 복지를 위한 예산편성과 전담인력배치 및 전문성이 강화되어야 한다. 일곱째, 여성장애인 프로그램의 전달체계가 구축되어야 한다.

장애여성은 비장애여성에 비해 자녀를 앙육하는데 여러 가지 어려운 환경에 놓여있다 따라서 이러한 앙육환경은 장애여성의 앙육행동에 부정적인 영항을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 중요하게 연구,검토되어야 한다. 하지만 기존의 장애여성관련 연구의 대부분은 삶의 전 영역을 포괄하는 전반적인 차별상황 및 장애실태와 이에 대한 정책적 배려를 촉구하는 문제제기로 국한되어 있다 특히 자녀를 앙육하고 있는 여성의 사회적 지지와 부모역할 만족도 그리고 그들의 앙육행동 간의 관계를 다룬 연구는 대부분이 비장애여성의 경우를 설영하는데 그치고 있다 이에 본 연구에서는 장애여성의 자녀앙육을 지원하기 위해 만 3"'12세 자녀를 앙육하고 있는 장애여성의 사회적 지지와 앙육행동간, 그리고 이들과 부모역할만족도 간의 매개적인 경로와 인과관계를 실며보는데 목적을 두었다,이를 위해 대구지역에 거주하고 있는 만 3"'12세 자녀를 둔 138영의 장애여성을 대상으로 조사하였고, 분석방법은 SEM을 사용하였다 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 자녀를 앙육하고 있는 장애여성의 사회적지지, 부모역할만족도, 앙육행동 간의 직접효과외부모역할만족도의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 구조회귀모형을 검증하였다. 그 결과 모형의 적합도가 타당하게 나타났으며, 사회적 지지는 앙육행동에 긍정적 영항을 미쳤으며(정서, 정보, 평가, 물질순), 부모역할만족도도 앙육행동에 긍정적 영항을 미쳤다 또한 부모역할만족도는 사회적지지가 앙육행동에 미치는 영항을 매개하여 사회적 지지의 전체효과를 더 높이는 것으로 나타났다. Disabled women suffer much more than other people with parenting their children, and this may have negative effect on their parenting behavior. However, There are little study about parenting of disabled women even if it is a very important issue we should study. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate direct and mediate effect among social support, parenting satisfaction and parenting behavior. To do so, the subject of the study was 138 disabled women who bring up 3-12 years old children. And the analytic method used was the Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). The followings are the results of this paper. First, it was found that the model adaptability had a considerable validity by inspecting the SEM, which showed not only the direct effect between social support, parenting satisfaction and parenting behavior, but also the mediation effect by the parenting satisfaction. Second, the social support - emotion, information, evaluation, and matter support had a positive influence on the parenting behavior. The parenting satisfaction had a positive influence on the parenting behavior. Most of all the parenting satisfaction were found to increase total effect on the parenting behavior with mediation effect.

지체장애여성 자녀의 사회적 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 -양육행동의 매개효과를 중심으로-

이 연구는 지체장애여성 자녀의 사회적 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 만 7세~15세의 자녀를 양육하며, 남편과 함께 생활하고 있는 전국의 등록된 지체장애여성 349명을 대상으로 장애관련특성을 통제한 후 지체장애여성의 개인적 특성 및 환경적 특성, 양육행동이 자녀의 사회적 역량에 미치는 직접적 영향과 양육행동을 매개로 자녀의 사회적 역량에 미치는 간접적 영향에 대해서 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석은 상관관계 및 회귀분석과 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 매개효과분석법을 실시하였으며, 최종결과는 다음과 같다. 개인적 특성인 부모역할만족도, 자아존중감, 환경적 특성인 사회·경제적 지위, 사회적 지지의 남편의 협력 및 주위도움과 양육행동이 자녀의 사회적 역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회·경제적 지위를 제외한 요인들 간에 양육행동은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구의 결과를 토대로 지체장애여성 자녀의 사회적 역량강화를 위한 사회복지실천 함의와 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this paper is to grasp influential factors to the social competence of physically disabled women's children. To achieve this, this study surveyed 349 physically disabled women around the country, who raise children aged from 7 to 15, living with their husbands, and empirically tested direct effects of physically disabled women's personal characteristics, environmental characteristics, and parenting behavior on their children's social competence, and indirect effects of physically disabled women's parenting behavior on their children's social competence. The correlation and regression analysis and mediation effect analysis by Baron & Kenny(1985) were used, and the findings are as follows: parenting satisfaction of personal characteristics, self-esteem, social and economical positions of environmental characteristics, husband's helps of social support, assistances around relevant people, and parenting behavior had significant impacts on their children's social competence. And the parenting behavior between factors except economical positions had a part of mediation effects as well. Based on the above facts, the implication of social welfare practices for improving children's social competence with physically disabled women, and related studies to be studied in future were suggested.

지체장애어머니를 둔 비장애 자녀의 사회적 역량에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine factors affecting social competence of non-disabled children with mothers with physical disabilities. For this, the study conducted survey among mothers with physical disabilities fostering children attending an elementary school. The study had following findings. First, the older mothers with physical disabilities were, and the severer the state of disability was, and the lower level of perceiving disability as a problem they had, the higher social competence non-disabled children had. Second, the warmer and more accommodative fostering attitude of mothers with physical disabilities was, and the more cooperation level from fathers the family had, the higher social competence non-disabled children had. Third, the level of help from neighbors as perceived by mothers with physical disabilities didn't affect social competence of non-disabled children. Based on these findings, the study discussed intervention methods in the aspect of social welfare in an effort to enhance social competence of non-disabled children with mothers with physical disabilities. 본 연구는 지체장애어머니를 둔 비장애 자녀의 사회적 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보고자 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 초등학생 자녀를 둔 지체장애여성을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지체장애어머니의 연령이 높을수록, 장애정도가 중증일수록, 장애를 문제로 지각하는 정도가 낮을수록 비장애 자녀의 사회적 역량은 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 지체장애어머니의 양육행동이 온정 및 수용적일수록, 남편의 협력 정도가 많을수록 비장애 자녀의 사회적 역량은 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 지체장애어머니가 지각하는 주위의 도움 정도는 비장애 자녀의 사회적 역량에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 지체장애어머니를 둔 비장애 자녀의 사회적 역량을 강화하기 위한 사회복지적 개입방안을 논의하였다.

대구시 장애인복지정책의 현황과 개선방안

본 연구는 현재 실시하고 있는 대구시 장애인복지정책의 내용을 중심으로 대구시 장애인복지의 현황과 개선점을 제시하고자 하였다. 그 결과 현행 대구시장애인복지정책이 중앙정부에서 제시하고 있는 장애인복지정책의 큰 틀을 벗어나지 못하고 있다는 점과 대구시장애인복지시설이 지역적으로 편중되어 있고, 특정 장애유형에 집중되어 있으며, 시설의 규모가 대규모라는 것을 확인하게 되었다. 여기에서 본 논문은 지역복지계획수립에 기초하여 대구시의 장애인복지정책의 방향을 올바로 수립하기 위해서는 정책입안자들의 장애인복지에 대한 관점과 인식변화가 선행되어야 함을 지적하였다. 또한 대구시도 장애인복지의 중요성을 인식하고 있지만 실질적인 재정지원에 있어서는 소극적이라는 사실을 파악하였다. 따라서 대구시 장애인복지정책의 실질적 수립을 위해서는 현재 대구시장애인복지의 현황에 기초하여 개선점들이 모색되어야 할 것을 제시하였다. This study presents the current situation and some improvements of social welfare policy for disabilities of Tae-gu city in the way of content analysis. The result is that the current disability welfare policy of Tae-gu city is not much different from that of central government and Tae-gu city s disability welfare facilities lay in a regional disproportion, concentrated on a specific type of disability. Furthermore the result showed that most disability welfare facilities are grand scale. With these reasons, this study pointed out that the perspective and recognition of policy makers on disability welfare should be preceded for establishment of desirable disability welfare policy. This study, moreover, gets hold of the fact that though Tae-gu city s policy makers recognize the importance of disability welfare but they are passive and negative in aiding fund. With these respect, this study suggest that there should be a groping of improvement on the basis of current disability welfare situation for the purpose of substantial establishment of disability welfare policy of Tae-gu city.
