        The main purpose of this paper is to introduce a new type of q-Euler numbers and polynomials with weak weight (,w):~E (;w)n;q and ~E(;w)n;q (x), respectively. By using the fermionic p-adic q-integral on Zp, we can obtain some results and derive some recurrence identities for the q-Euler numbers and polynomials with weak weight (,w).

        THE n-TH TWISTED CHANGHEE POLYNOMIALS AND NUMBERS

        The Changhee polynomials and numbers are introduced in [6]. Some interesting identities and properties of those polynomials are derived from umbral calculus (see [6]). In this paper, we consider Witt- type formula for the n-th twisted Changhee numbers and polynomials and derive some new interesting identities and properties of those polynomials and numbers from the Witt-type formula which are related to special polynomials.

        민간단체 풍선날리기와 분단 번역의 정치: 행위자-네트워크 이론을 중심으로

        The situation of division of Korea to north & south is continuing since 1948 including 6.25 War. Also the aspect of division is kind of life style to Korean today as it’s period of division. The overcome of the division is one of the purpose of North Korea Study. There are so many different ways to cure and get over division. But I would like to focus on analysis of problems caused of division to overcome division. This paper is a case study of NGO’s(The Federation of NK Democratization)ballon flying October 22nd in 2012 base on ANT(Actor-Network Theory). NGO’s balloon flying to the north is not a simple political issue but the most politicized means of psychological warfare. I would like to analyze this NGO’s balloon flying to confirm the reason that NK defector’s NGOs use balloon flying as the means of psychological warfare to the North Korea. Including the reason that South Korea government aware NGOs use balloon flying as serious security threat and why North Korea menaced fire to the place of balloon flying, Imgingak which is placed on northwestern part of South Korea. The Actor-Network Theory focus on human and nonhuman actor’s combination to analyze social phenomenon. Also I focus on human and nonhuman things like balloons, bills, wind, north korea defector’s organizations and South & North Korea government as actors to analyze NGO’s ballon flying. To confirm of actor’s network in NGO’s ballon flying, I analyze actor’s combination in phase. So we can see there are so many actor’s network combination in balloon flying. NGO’s balloon flying is a division of Korea’s hybrid. But After NGO’s balloon flying is functionalized as a security to the both of South and North Korea, there will be another hybrid result of NGO’s balloon flying. 본 논문은 탈북자단체인 북한민주화연합회가 2012년 10월 22일(10:00~11:00/임진각 망배단) 시도하고자 했던 풍선을 이용한 대북전단 살포를 둘러싸고 조성되었던 남북 간 일촉즉발의 위기상황에 주목하여, 이 ‘짧지만 강렬했던’ 사건 속에 숨겨진 분단 번역의 정치를 행위자-네트워크 이론(ANT: actor-network theory)을 통해 추적하고 재구성하는 사례 연구이다. 이 글에서는 2012년 10월에 있었던 ‘풍선 날리기’ 사건에 대한 사례 연구를 통해 풍선이라는 사물의 기본 속성이 다양한 인간과 비인간 행위자의 결합을 통해서 민간차원에서 대북심리전에 이용되고 있는 이유, 탈북단체를 포함하여 ‘풍선날리기’와 관련된 수많은 행위자들에게 ‘풍선 날리기’가 갖는 의미, 이로 인해 발생하는 안보위기를 방지하려는 국가위기관리기구의 노력 등을 ANT에 입각하여 추적하고 기술하고자 한다. 2012년 10월 22일 북민련의 ‘풍선 날리기’가 안보위기로 가게 된 과정과 배경, 이를 둘러싼 행위자-네트워크, 그리고 블랙박스화를 역동적으로 파악해 보는 사례연구이다.

        컴퓨터를 이용한 자기주도적 학습력 연구

        This paper contains the production of learning program needed self-leading study through multimedia and the research methods of elevating learning ability in teaching-learning activities. Two classes, 109 high-school girls in first grade are selected for the purpose of comparing multimedia-assisted learning activities with traditional learning activities. One of the regulated classes studied with the traditional method for 20 hours while the other experimented had a computer-assisted study for the same hours in multimedia lab. According to achievement test after studying for 20 hours in each way, self-leading learning method through multimedia has not been significant on the whole at 10% significant level in the aspect of scholastic achievement. Nevertheless, for high-level students it has been more significant in the area of application as well as understanding than in that of knowledge, understanding; in addition, especially more significant and highly-efficient in the learning activities of trigonometric function section than in that of any other parts. As well, it has been significant in the area of knowledge for plain students. In conclusion, we ascertain that self-leading multimedia learning program of our own developing should be helpful to having scholastic achievement maximized, making students motivate and making teaching-learning activities more efficient.

        학습구조차트를 이용한 학습 활동이 수학 학습에 미치는 효과

        Teachers tend to believe that their students may not only fully understand what they have been taught in the classroom by self-studying and solving that problems but also perceive the structural relations in all the contents of learning. What they are studying at school, however, is totally new and strange to them. The relations, in the learning elements and contents, are difficult to understood. The purpose of this study is to show the effects of Professor Saito Noboroo's Climbing Learning Method using Learning Element Structure Chart. This method, in ither words, is the way of making learners form basic concepts and learn the relations of concept with handing out the concrete charts of the conceptional structures which are in teacher's mind. We have ben trying to find out the gradual effects to the Mathematics study after this method was applied to the two modeling classes of second year girls' middle school for six months or so.

        ON THE q-GENOCCHI NUMBERS AND POLYNOMIALS ASSOCIATED WITH q-ZETA FUNCTION

        In this paper, we give the q-extension of the Genocchi numbers which can be viewed as interpolating of the above q-Genocchi zeta function at negative integers, in the same way that Riemann zeta function interpolates Genocchi numbers at negative integers. Also we treat some identities of the q-extension of the q-Genocchi numbers by using fermionic p-adic q-integration on Zp.
