運動選手에 있어서 物理的 刺戟이 身體機能에 미치는 影響 : In the Case of the Olympic Swimming Players

本 實驗은 84. L.A Olympic 일본 수영 후보선수에게 高麗手指針으로 物理的인 刺戟을 1週間 계속 針한 후 刺針이 운동선수의 身體的 지각증상 및 각 기관의 기능에 영향을 줄 수 있나하는 의도에서 유산소능력인 PWC 170을 비롯하여 max V´O_2, B.P, R.R, H.R, Flicker value를 측정하였다. 실험결과로는 ① 신체적 자각증상이 점차 없어지거나 감소되었다. ② 同一負荷를 준 作業時에 대조군에 비교하여 실험군의 max H.R이 저하되었다. ③ max V´O_2는 실험군이 의의있게 증가하였다.(P<0.002) ⑤ pulse pressue는 실험군은 정상범위에 속한 반면 대조군은 높은치를 나타내어 피로의 지속현상을 보여주고 있다. ⑥ Flicker value도 대조군은 差가 없으나 실험군에서 증가를 보였다. 이상의 결과로 "침"이라는 물리적 자극을 주었을때 운동선수들에게 호흡순환계에 변화를 주는것을 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 針이라는 物理的 刺戟에 대하여 生體內 변화를 일으키는 과정의 확실한 mechanism은 자료화 되지 않았으나 體內에 神經系(交感神經 및 副交感神經)에 의해 혈관에 미치고 血壓, 脈拍, 홀몬등에 반응을 미치고 있다고 하겠다. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of the exercise on the Cardio-respiratory responses and subjective symptoms during exercise. The subjects for this study were 18 girls and 1 boy swimmers(13∼18 yrs). Some of the players belonged to the candidetes of the 1984 L.A. Olympic. The subjects were divided into two groups: the experimental group of 13 girls and 1 boy and the control group of 5 girls. The ewperiment was conducted at Fuzimura Swimming School in Tokyo for 8 days from the 8th to the 15th of August, 1983. All members of the experimental Groups were acupunctured for 30 of 40 minutes after the exercise everyday. The test items were daministered: Heart Rate (HR), Submaximal Oxygen lntake (max VO_2), Respiratory Rate(RR) were tested by PWC170(the physical work capacity) by means of the bicycle ergometery (60rpm/min) during 12 min. of Padaling. And subjective symptoms, blood pressure and Flicker test were tested before and after everyday acupunture. The members of the experimental group were acupuntured after the exercise everyday. The findings of this study were swimmarized as follows: 1) The subjective symptoms of pain were gradually reduced everyday. 2) PCW170 tested means of bicycle ergometery: The HRmax of 159.5±11.5 beats/min decreased to 148.9±11.4 beats/min after the experiment(See fig). 3) Max VO_2 increased significantly by 13% compared with the control group(p<0.002). 4) VO_2max/㎏/㎖ increassed significantly in the experimental group (acupuntured) (p<0.003). But the control group showed no significant increase. 5) The Respiratory Rate and Heart Rate decreased for resting time after experimental period in the experimental group. 6) The experimental group showed higher Flicker value than control group did. This research showed the significant correlations between VO_2 ma and VO_2max/㎏. ㎖ From the Results, it may be concluded that operation of acupunture for swimmers improves Cardio-resporatory responses.

In order to investigate the maximal aerobic power of the middle school girl TC(Total Cholesterol), TG(Triglyceride), HDL-C(HDL cholesterol), LDL-C, FFA were measured during the treadmill exercise by the graded work load method. After the maximal performance. TC. TG. HDL-C LDL-C and FFA were measured in order to investigate the change of lipid metabolism for the control groups. The results of this study showed that TC was not different significantly at rest. But after the exercise, the experimental group was 166.11㎎/㎗. The control group was lower than the experimental group. For TG the control group was 198.13㎎/㎗ at rest but the experimental group was 77.46㎎/㎗. As for HDL-C the experimental group was 12㎎/㎗ higher than the control group at rest, after the exercise the experimental group was higher than the control group by 19.4㎎/㎗. In case of LDL-C the contol group was 303.4㎎/㎗ at rest, after the excise the experimental group showed 107㎎/㎗ higher than the control group. The control group was 80% higher than the experimental group for FFA at rest. After the exercise, the experimental group was higher than the control group by 100%. VO_2 max was 40.40㎖/㎏.min for the control group, 57.69㎖/㎏.min for the experimental group. The aerobic power of the experimental group was higher than the control group at rest, but TC was lower than the control group. The aerobic power was larger at rest, TC was lower, the contents of TG, FFA was lower by 50%, HDL-C was higher, the LDL-C was higher after the exercise in the experimental group.
IMP法에 의한 女子大學生의 心拍出量, 有酸素的能力 및 血液性狀 測定에 關한 硏究

IMP법에 의한 심박출량 및 유산소능력과 혈액성상의 생리학적 Index가 안정시 및 최대하부하 및 최대부하작업시에 변화되는 성상에 대한 자료를 구하고자 건강한 여자대학새 10명을 대상으로 Impedance Cadiograhic method에 의해 cardiac output, Stroke Volume을 측정 하고 aerobic power를 규명하고저 환기량(V˙E), 최대산소섭취량(V˙O_2Max), 심박수(HR), 호흡수(RR), 환기당량(V˙E/V˙O_2), 호홉상(RQ)을 측정했으며 혈액계에서는 적혈구(RBC), 백혈구(WBC), 혈색소(Hb), 헤마토크릿치(HCt), 혈중유산농도(Lactate), 평균적혈구 혈색소량(MCV), 평균적혈구 혈색소농도(MCH), 평균적혈구 혈색소용적(MCHC)을 측정, 산출하여 운동부하 강도의 변화에 따른 각각의 측정치를 구하였다. The purpose of this study is elucidate the physiological index of cardiac output, stroke volume, aerobic power and blood system of healthy young female at rest, during submaximal and maximal work by examining ten young female aged 18 to 24. The results are as follows; 1. Heart rate and cardiac output increased as load increased 2. The stroke volume and heart rate was 111 beats/min and then were leveling off 107ml/beat. 3. Stroke volume decreased by 5~9% during maximal work 4. The relationship between cardiac output and oxygen uptake showed linear relationship to rate of 2.791/min 5. Both LVET and QS_2decreased reversely 6. The average of VO_2max(2.791/min) showed higher value than the average women student. 7. WBC increased by 80%(9270mm^3) compared to at rest. 8. Hb incresed 12.2g/dl at rest while was 14.68g/dl at maximal work. 9. The index of MCV, MCH and MCHC at rest, at submaximal work and at maximal work showed no significant difference each other 10. Lactic acid in the blood was 1.33 mM/1 at rest beat was 10.78mM/1 at maximal work.
